境外铁路专用施工机械台班单价影响因素与算法研究

境外铁路专用机械台班单价影响因素较多,计算不准会导致设计概预算失真,影响项目造价和决策。分析工作量和进出口费用对台班单价的影响,判别项目完工后机械的处理方法,以及研究基于上述影响因素的台班单价计算方法。研究发现对台班单价影响较大的因素有工作量、进出口费用和处理方法。工作量未达到耐用总台班时,存在余留价值,随着使用台班的增加而减少。提供的算法可以判别处理方法,判别系数小于0时,应报废并一次摊销所有耐用台班;判别系数大于0时,应运送回国,判别系数数值越大越值得运送回国。工作量小于临界点时,台班单价保持不变;工作量大于临界点时,台班单价随工作量增加而减少。

The Input-Output Model and the Analysis of Profit and Tax of Product

With the combination of modern quantitative analysis method and enterprise inputoutput model,in this paper we make a scientific analysis on the effect to product profit tax from the change of internal and external important factors of enterprise,and some important results hare been given.
