Investigation of system structure and information processing mechanism for cognitive skywave over-the-horizon radar

Based on the cognitive radar concept and the basic connotation of cognitive skywave over-the-horizon radar（SWOTHR）, the system structure and information processingmechanism about cognitive SWOTHR are researched. Amongthem, the hybrid network system architecture which is thedistributed configuration combining with the centralized cognition and its soft/hardware framework with the sense-detectionintegration are proposed, and the information processing framebased on the lens principle and its information processing flowwith receive-transmit joint adaption are designed, which buildand parse the work law for cognition and its self feedback adjustment with the lens focus model and five stages informationprocessing sequence. After that, the system simulation andthe performance analysis and comparison are provided, whichinitially proves the rationality and advantages of the proposedideas. Finally, four important development ideas of futureSWOTHR toward ＂high frequency intelligence information processing system＂ are discussed, which are scene information fusion, dynamic reconfigurable system, hierarchical and modulardesign, and sustainable development. Then the conclusion thatthe cognitive SWOTHR can cause the performance improvement is gotten.

Information Comprehension Based on the New Knowledge Acquired by Cognitive Subject as the Fourth Dimension Set

On the basis of studying general comprehension model of information, this paper puts forward the Four Dimensions Set Information Comprehension Model （FDSICM） based on regarding the new knowledge acquired by cognitive subject as the fourth dimension set. Making use of the Four Dimension Set Information Comprehension Model （FDSICM）, this paper analyzes the information attributes and expatiates from three levels the comprehension of the information meaning.

Research on Dynamic Graphic Features in Digital Media Interfaces

In digital media interfaces,dynamic graphics integrate elements of animation design,graphic design,and cinematic language,presenting in various forms and demonstrating significant inclusivity.From the perspective of visual cognition,by capturing dynamic graphics within the interface,three-dimensional information such as time and space is acquired,and the cognition process exhibits characteristics of spatial and temporal correlation.In terms of information cognition,dynamic representation fragments information,resulting in a sense of discontinuity and intermittent memory.The efficiency of information cognition and transmission is enhanced through the coordination of audio,video,and other elements.In aesthetic perception,with the rise of Internet culture,people’s aesthetic perceptions towards dynamic graphic design have evolved,showcasing a generalization of form and the instantaneous nature of content.Technically,the complexity of design and the diversity of applications have established dynamic graphics as a typical design style label in digital media interfaces.
