With the continuous development of domestic highway construction,highway civil engineering and service level quality have attracted much attention.Good pavement quality and high-quality service make people feel comfortable and smooth when traveling.High-quality pavement can significantly reduce the probability of traffic accidents.At present,there is a direct relationship between pavement quality and pavement construction operations.Carrying out pavement construction operations in cold high-altitude areas requires a reasonable selection of construction equipment and methods.The application of warm-mix asphalt pavement construction technology can ensure pavement quality.Therefore,this paper analyzes the advantages of warm-mix technology,the environmental characteristics of cold high-altitude areas,and construction preparations,and discusses the construction technology of warm-mix asphalt pavement in cold high-altitude areas in detail,to improve the overall road quality of cold high-altitude areas. 展开更多

Oil spills have become a serious problem in cold environments with the ever-increasing resource exploitation, transportation, storage, and accidental leakage of oil. Several techniques, including physical, chemical, a... Oil spills have become a serious problem in cold environments with the ever-increasing resource exploitation, transportation, storage, and accidental leakage of oil. Several techniques, including physical, chemical, and biological methods, are used to recover spilled oil from the environment. Bioremediation is a promising option for remediation since it is effective and economic in removing oil with less undue environmental damages. However, it is a relatively slow process in cold regions and the degree of success depends on a number of factors, including the properties and fate of oil spilled in cold environments, and the major microbial and environmental limitations of bioremediation. The microbial factors include bioavailability of hydrocarbons, mass transfer through the cell membrane, and metabolic limitations. As for the environmental limitations in the cold regions, the emphasis is on soil temperatures, freeze-thaw processes, oxygen and nutrients availability, toxicity, and electron acceptors. There have been several cases of success in the polar regions, particularly in the Arctic and sub-Arctic regions. However, the challenges and constraints for bioremediation in cold environments remain large. 展开更多

China's infrastructure has gradually achieved large-scale development,and transportation construction has also shifted from east to west,transitioning from plains to mountainous areas.High-fill embankments of different sizes in mountainous areas are unavoidable,and the settlement of high-fill embankments is usually the most concerned issue in high-fill projects.According to the current research of highway projects,most of the high embankments in mountainous areas are soil-rock mixed embankments or rock-filled embankments,and their post-construction settlements are directly related to construction technology and the type of filler used.In this paper,the problems in the settlement control of earth-filled embankment and related factors are analyzed in detail.The settlement control technology of high-fill embankment in high-cold and high-altitude areas is also discussed,so as to ensure the overall quality of high-fill embankment. 展开更多

The purpose of this study is to demonstrate the effect localized heating of the feet has on physiological and psychological reactions of female in an air-conditioned environment in summer. In Japan, female office workers wear less clothing than their male counterparts. In an air-conditioned office space in summer, female conducts thermoregulation by putting on cardigans, etc. but this action does not greatly contribute to improving conditions for the legs and feet, the lower extremities of the body. The improvement of sensational and physiological temperature by localized warming of the body can contribute to a healthy working environment for female office workers, their safety, and a reduction in air conditioning’s energy expenditure. We used the indoor thermal environment evaluation index ETF to investigate the effect localized heating of the feet has on human physiological and psychological response in an air-conditioned environment in summer. The result of heating by means of heat conduction via the sole of the foot was expressed more strongly as a psychological effect than as a whole-body physiological effect. Heating by means of heat conduction via the sole of the foot was a thermal environment factor that compensates for a low temperature in whole-body thermal sensation and whole-body thermal comfort. The effect of heating due to heat conduction via the sole of the foot was expressed in the change in sole-of- the-foot skin temperature. Applying slight heat conduction by means of heating via the sole of the foot demonstrated the result of improved whole-body thermal sensation and whole-body thermal comfort. 展开更多

The cold-region eco-environments along the China-Russia Crude Oil Pipeline (CRCOP) in northern Northeast China are in disequilibrium due to the combined influences of pronounced climate warming and intensive anthropogenic activities.This is evidenced by the sharp areal reduction and northward shifting of the boreal forests,shrinking of wetlands,enhancing of soil erosion,accelerating degradation of permafrost and deteriorating of cold-region eco-environments.The degradation of permafrost plays an important role as an internal drive in the eco-environmental changes.Many components of the cold-region eco-environments,including frozen ground,forests,wetlands and peatlands,forest fires and 'heating island effect' of rapid urbanization,are interdependent,interactive,and integrated in the boreal ecosystems.The construction and long-term operation of the CRCOP system will inevitably disturb the cold-region environments along the pipeline.Therefore,a mandatory and carefully-elaborated environ-mental impact statement is indispensable for the proper mitigation of the ensued adverse impacts.Proper management,effective protection and practical rehabilitation of the damaged cold-region environments are a daunting,costly and long-term commitment.The recommended measures for protection and restoration of permafrost eco-environments along the pipeline route include adequate investigation,assessment and monitoring of permafrost and cold-region environments,compliance of pipeline construction and operation codes for environmental management,proper and timely re-vegetation,returning the cultivated lands to forests and grasslands,and effective mitigation of forest fire hazards. 展开更多

This paper was studied for the morphological characteristics of the skin and hair coat of yak and their adaptability to the cold living environment in Qinghai-Tibetan plateau. The results indicated that it should be of vital importance marker for the morphological characteristics of the skin and hair coat with two type of yaks at 3 and 12 age in months and their regulations of growth and development to adapt to the cold living environment in Qinghai-Tibetan plateau,The main morphological indexes of the skin and hair coat of the rearing new yak strain were higher than those of the domestic yaks at the same age in months, or speak precisely, the new yak strain was more powerful adaptable to the alpine cold living environment than that of the domestic yaks. The resvlts above provided scientific basis for the native strain breeding of yak and the new yak strain rearing. 展开更多

In this paper,a climate-adaptation study of vernacular houses in northern Hebei Province has been conducted based on quantitative field surveys. Three typical vernacular houses with different kinds of building envelopes were selected. The field surveys included investigation on building material and construction,measurement of indoor thermal environment, infrared thermographic study of building envelopes and measurement of luminous environment. The results showed that the indoor air temperatures were below thermal comfort zone from late night till early morning and the horizontal temperature gradient was obvious. The adobe wall showed better thermal performance than the other two. As for the building layout,it is beneficial to put a storeroom on the north side of the house as a temperature buffer zone. Furthermore,due to missing insulation and the informal process of construction,significant amounts of heat escaped from building envelopes,especially from the corner of wall,ceiling and around the openings. The daylight factors on the work plan in the main rooms were accordance with design standards and the level of illuminance met the requirements of family's daily activities. 展开更多

Cardiovascular diseases(CVDs)have been the top-ranked cause of human death in the world for years,according to the World Health Organization.Accumulating evidence from epidemiological data supports the view that the risk of CVDs is higher in northern China than in southern area.There is no doubt that living environment has become a crucial factor contributing to the occurrence and progression of CVDs in northern region.However,there have not been any clinical guidelines for the prevention strategy of environment-related CVDs,especially for cold exposure.Thus,there is an urgent need for better understanding of the clinical characteristics and underlying mechanisms of cold-induced CVDs in order to formulate and implement proper and effective measures for minimizing the risk of CVDs for people residing in low-temperature area.Cold exposure,air pollution,lack of sunlight and irrational diet are believed to be crucial factors responsible for environment-related CVDs,and preventive measures might be carried out accordingly to decrease the high risk of CVDs in northern China. 展开更多

环境温度与睾丸扭转发生的相关性分析研究

目的:探讨环境温度是否为睾丸扭转发生的影响因素。方法:收集河北医科大学第二医院2013年12月至2020年12月确诊为睾丸扭转患者的具体临床数据。根据其发病时间在国家气象科学数据中心(http://data.cma.cn/)查询当天当地的气温。将其分为... 目的:探讨环境温度是否为睾丸扭转发生的影响因素。方法:收集河北医科大学第二医院2013年12月至2020年12月确诊为睾丸扭转患者的具体临床数据。根据其发病时间在国家气象科学数据中心(http://data.cma.cn/)查询当天当地的气温。将其分为0℃以下组、0~10℃组、10~20℃组、20℃以上组。根据各个分组睾丸扭转的发生数量,通过相关性分析,获得研究结果。结果:172例睾丸扭转患者中,发生率最高的温度区间是0~10℃组(35.5%)。12.8%的病例发生在0℃以下;34.9%的病例发生在10~20℃;16.9%的病例发生在20℃以上。不同温度区间睾丸扭转的发病率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=29.07,P<0.001)。Spearman检验提示不同温度区间与睾丸扭转患病率呈负相关(r=-0.261,P<0.01)。不同季节之间发病率比较差异无统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.349,P>0.05),但睾丸扭转的发病仍主要集中在秋冬季。结论:睾丸扭转的患病率与环境温度之间存在负相关趋势,环境温度降低时,睾丸扭转的患者会相对增加。不同季节之间睾丸扭转发病率无明显差别,但睾丸扭转的发病仍主要集中在秋冬季,提示临床秋冬季时要更加注意睾丸扭转的诊治。 展开更多

寒区低温环境导致电动公交动力电池容量衰减,充电设施服务范围及规划数量受到影响,给电动公交充电站选址及定容规划带来挑战。为提高电动公交充电站的低温适应性,提出针对寒区电动公交充电站的选址算法及定容模型。首先,在选址规划中,... 寒区低温环境导致电动公交动力电池容量衰减,充电设施服务范围及规划数量受到影响,给电动公交充电站选址及定容规划带来挑战。为提高电动公交充电站的低温适应性,提出针对寒区电动公交充电站的选址算法及定容模型。首先,在选址规划中,构建充电站渐进覆盖服务半径,利用改进近邻传播聚类算法确定充电站选址点,基于算法聚类中心构建充电站Voronoi图划分充电集群。其次,在定容规划中,构建动力电池低温容量衰减模型,确定寒区电动公交的充电需求;基于容量有限的截尾排队论模型建立充电站有效服务强度、拒绝服务率及充电满意度等约束;引入成本权衡系数,以规划年限内全社会成本最小为优化目标,建立寒区充电站定容规划模型,并设计遗传算法进行求解。最后,以哈尔滨市市区电动公交充电站选址定容规划为例进行分析,算例结果得到9个充电站选址点及其充电集群,以及各充电站的充电机配置数量和各项成本。针对环境温度和成本权衡系数进行灵敏度分析,结果表明:寒区低温环境对充电站的充电机配置数量和各项成本有显著影响,合理权衡充电站和电动公交两者利益有助于提高充电服务满意度,降低全社会成本。 展开更多

越来越多城市绿地生态网络建设进入存量更新和结构性优化并存发展的阶段,生态安全优先基础上如何进一步提升城市绿地生态网络的多种生态系统服务功能是当前风景园林实践研究的重要议题。应对全球气候变化、极端天气多发导致的人居环境... 越来越多城市绿地生态网络建设进入存量更新和结构性优化并存发展的阶段,生态安全优先基础上如何进一步提升城市绿地生态网络的多种生态系统服务功能是当前风景园林实践研究的重要议题。应对全球气候变化、极端天气多发导致的人居环境宜居性下降问题,目前基于气候适应的城市绿地生态网络规划关注促进自然通风以缓解夏季热岛效应,尚忽视了其冬季可能带来的负效应。从气候调节视角切入,探讨城市绿地生态网络在协同冬夏季小气候环境中的低效空间识别与精准修复技术方法。以江苏省昆山市密集城区的189个街区单元为研究对象,通过遥感反演的方法对其冬、夏季小气候环境进行分析,聚类获得7类小气候特征街区。之后,叠加现状绿地生态网络与计算流体力学模拟风环境结果,提取现状适于通风的生态廊道,从宽度、方向、类型等方面分析其潜在通风效能,耦合街区冬夏小气候环境特征,识别研判现状绿地生态网络在冬夏温湿环境调节上存在的低效问题,并提出冬夏协同的精准修复策略,为优化人居环境宜居性、提升城市绿地生态网络生态系统服务综合效能提供技术参考。 展开更多

姜黄素纳米晶注射液联合损伤控制性外科对高原寒冷环境腹部火器伤救治的实验研究

目的观察姜黄素纳米晶注射液(CNI)、损伤控制性外科(DCS)和CNI联合DCS治疗对模拟高原寒冷环境下猪腹部肠管火器贯通伤的救治效果。方法40只健康长白仔猪,随机数字表法分为4组,每组10只,对照组为高原致伤组(HI),实验组分别为高原致伤+CN... 目的观察姜黄素纳米晶注射液(CNI)、损伤控制性外科(DCS)和CNI联合DCS治疗对模拟高原寒冷环境下猪腹部肠管火器贯通伤的救治效果。方法40只健康长白仔猪,随机数字表法分为4组,每组10只,对照组为高原致伤组(HI),实验组分别为高原致伤+CNI治疗组(HIC)、高原致伤+DCS治疗组(HID)、高原致伤+DCS+CNI治疗组(HDC)。高原寒冷环境猪腹部火器肠管贯通伤模型建立:仔猪放入模拟高原寒冷环境的西北地区特殊环境人工实验舱48 h,并使用手枪射击右侧腹部。HIC组伤后2、8、16 h分别予以CNI静脉输注,此后每天输注3次。HID组伤后4 h予以DCS治疗。HDC组伤后CNI输注同HIC组,并于伤后4 h行DCS治疗。分别对比手术相关指标,术后并发症,伤后不同时间血液炎症相关指标、肝功能指标、24 h生命体征。结果HIC组较HI组血液学炎症指标改善,生存时间延长(P<0.05)。HID组和HDC组的腹腔积血、肠系膜损伤、弹孔直径、小肠挫伤、小肠破裂、结肠破裂差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HID组和HDC组的手术时间、术中失血量、术中补液量、麻醉复苏时间、首次排便时间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。伤后HIC组、HID组、HDC组比HI组的白细胞、ALT、AST、肿瘤坏死因子-α、IL-6水平低,且HDC组更明显(P<0.05)。HID组、HDC组生存率较对照组提高,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论CNI联合损伤控制性外科可能是高原寒冷环境腹部火器伤救治的有效方法。 展开更多

损害控制手术治疗高原寒冷环境猪腹部枪击肠管贯通伤的效果评价

目的观察损害控制手术(DCS)与传统手术对于高原寒冷环境下猪腹部枪击肠管贯通伤的救治效果。方法本文前瞻性研究,将30头10~12周龄健康长白仔猪,随机分为3组(各10只),分别为高原致伤组(HI)、高原致伤+传统手术组(HIT)、高原致伤+DCS组(H... 目的观察损害控制手术(DCS)与传统手术对于高原寒冷环境下猪腹部枪击肠管贯通伤的救治效果。方法本文前瞻性研究,将30头10~12周龄健康长白仔猪,随机分为3组(各10只),分别为高原致伤组(HI)、高原致伤+传统手术组(HIT)、高原致伤+DCS组(HID)。通过将仔猪放入模拟高原寒冷环境的西北地区特殊环境人工实验舱[设置舱内海拔6000 m,气压约4.7 kPa,温度(8±2)℃,模拟高原低压、低氧、寒冷环境]48 h,并使用警用制式QSZ92式手枪,9 mm手枪弹射击脐水平后方2 cm,右侧腹壁皱襞下缘交界处目标点制作高原寒冷环境猪腹部枪击肠管贯通伤模型。HI组受伤后予以伤口包扎后观察处理。HIT组伤后4 h予以断裂小肠或缺血坏死小肠切除后行肠管端端吻合的传统手术治疗。HID组伤后4 h行断裂小肠近端置入减压管,远端小肠封闭;连续多处穿孔小肠或缺血坏死小肠切除,近端置入减压管,远端小肠封闭的DCS治疗。分别观察并比较各组伤后不同时间一般情况、生命体征、手术相关指标,WBC、中性粒细胞计数(NEUT)、IL-6、TNF-α、ALT、AST、并发症发生率、存活率。结果HIT组和HID组的小肠挫伤、小肠破裂、肠系膜损伤、结肠破裂、弹孔直径、腹腔积血无明显差异(P>0.05)。HID组12 h开始呼吸(25.2±4.0)次/min、心率(129.9±9.8)次/min、体温(38.3±0.6)℃显著低于HI组[呼吸(38.7±4.7)次/min、心率(150.3±8.6)次/min、体温(40.2±1.0)℃]和HIT组[呼吸(32.0±4.0)次/min、心率(143.6±11.4)次/min,体温(38.8±0.6)℃];HID组48 h体温低于HIT组[(38.3±0.6)℃vs.(39.6±0.6)℃],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),生命体征更快达到平稳状态。HID组的手术时间、呼吸恢复时间、拔管时间、自由活动时间和首次排便时间显著短于HIT组[(46.00±9.37)min vs.(146.00±14.68)min、(26.20±4.24)min vs.(46.10±3.84)min、(45.40±3.03)min vs.(95.70±3.30)min、(96.90±4.48)min vs.(198.20±4.80)min、(27.90±7.80)h vs.(47.99±5.41)h];术中失血量及输液量少于HIT组(P<0.05)。HID组12 h开始WBC(18.4±4.8)×10^(9)/L、NEUT(3.3±1.1)×10^(9)/L、IL-6(110.4±8.7)pg/mL、TNF-α(288.5±16.4)×10^(9)/L低于HI组[WBC(56.6±9.3)×10^(9)/L、NEUT(24.0±4.4)×10^(9)/L、IL-6(158.8±16.0)pg/mL、TNF-α(425.4±35.3)pg/mL];HID组WBC和NEUT于12 h起低于HIT组;IL-6于24 h起低于HIT组;TNF-α于48 h起低于HIT组(P<0.05)。HID组12 h开始ALT、AST低于HI组[(88.4±9.9)U/L vs.(138.1±14.4)U/L、(110.4±8.8)U/L vs.(210.1±11.6)U/L];HID组24 h开始ALT、AST低于HIT组[(66.6±14.0)U/L vs.(82.0±8.3)U/L、(96.4±8.9)U/L vs.(10^(9).7±9.9)U/L],P<0.05。HID组术后发热、切口出血、切口皮肤淤斑、肠漏发生率低于HIT组(P<0.05)。HI组、HIT组、HID组72 h存活率分别为60%、70%、100%。HID组生存曲线优于HI组(P<0.05)。结论与传统手术治疗比较,伤后早期行DCS治疗,可缩短手术时间,减少术中出血,加快麻醉苏醒,促进术后早期胃肠道功能恢复及活动,降低手术并发症,改善仔猪生命体征、血清炎症因子水平、生存时间,提示DCS是早期治疗高原寒冷环境腹部枪击肠管贯通伤的有效方法。 展开更多
