Clinical Efficacy Observation on Dysmenorrhea of Cold-damp Stagnation Type with Graphene Thermotherapy Based on the Idea of TCM "Preventive Treatment of Disease"

[Objectives] To explore the clinical efficacy of graphene waist protector on dysmenorrhea of cold-damp stagnation type.[Methods]150 patients with cold-damp stagnation type were randomly divided into 3 groups: 50 cases in the experimental group( using graphene waist protector),49 cases in the blank group( using the waist protector for removing the heating plate) and 51 cases in the control group( taking the Tongjingbao granules). After intervening for 3 menstrual cycles,visual analogue scale and the COX menstrual symptom scale were used to evaluate the clinical efficacy of graphene waist protector. [Results] The clinical effective rate of dysmenorrhea in experimental group was 64. 00%,while that of control group was 72. 54%. With the effective rate of symptoms,the test group was 56. 00% and the control group was 64. 70%; VAS dysmenorrhea visual score,duration of dysmenorrhea,severity of COX dysmenorrhea and duration of symptoms after intervention were significantly decreased in both experimental group and control group,the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05); for the differences of the scores before and after the intervention: the differences of the experimental group and the control group were statistically significant( P < 0. 05) compared with those of the blank group. There was no significant difference between experimental group and control group( P > 0. 05). [Conclusions] Graphene belt of experimental group and Tongjingbao granules of control group both have therapeutic effects on dysmenorrhea of cold-damp stagnation type. Graphene waist protector can relieve the pain and its accompanying symptoms in patients with primary dysmenorrhea of cold-damp stagnation type.

Energy decay for a class of nonlinear wave equations with a critical potential type of damping

The Cauchy problem for the nonlinear wave equation with a critical potential type of damping coefficient（1＋│x│）-1 and a nonlinearity │u│p-1u is studied.The total energy decay estimates of the global solutions are obtained by using multiplier techniques to establish identity ddtE（t）＋F（t）=0 and skillfully selecting f（t）,g（t）,h（t）when the initial data have a compact support.Using the similar method,the Cauchy problem for the nonlinear wave equation with a critical potential type of damping coefficient（1＋│x│＋t）-1 and a nonlinearity │u│p-1u is studied,similar solutions are obtained when the initial data have a compact support.

A Study on the Dynamic Characteristics of the Damping Capillary Type Spherical Hydrostatic Bearing

The dynamic mathematical model of the damping capillary type spherical hydrostatic bearing is established firstly,then the dynamic characteristics of the hydrostatic bearing are analysized in detail.By means of theoretical reasoning,a design guide that relates to J0,the static stiffness of the hydrostatic bearing,is put forward to guarantee that the hydrostatic bearing possesses the excellent dynamic characteristics.At last,the effect of the structural parameters on J0 is studied.

Exploration and Study of Jianpi Qushi Powder Combined with Standard Anti HP Quadruple Therapy in the Treatment of HP Infectious Gastritis of Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Stagnation Type

Objective: To explore the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Qushi powder combined with standard anti-HP quadruple therapy in the treatment of HP infectious gastritis with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation. Methods: From January 2020 to December 2021, 223 patients with laboratory-confirmed HP infection who were admitted to the Outpatient and Inpatient Department of Internal Medicine in our hospital were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into two groups. 101 patients in the control group were given standard anti HP quadruple therapy;122 cases in the treatment group were given traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Qushi powder combined with standard anti HP quadruple therapy. The two groups were rechecked carbon breath test after the designed course of treatment, and the curative effects of the two groups were compared. Results: 113 cases in the treatment group were cured by traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Qushi powder combined with standard anti HP quadruple therapy, and the cure rate was 92.62%. 84 cases in the control group were cured by standard anti HP quadruple therapy, and the cure rate was 83.17%, χ2 = 4.7955, P = 0.0285, the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Traditional Chinese medicine Jianpi Qushi powder combined with standard anti HP quadruple therapy in the treatment of HP infectious gastritis with spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation is one of the best treatment schemes for HP infection. The results of this study achieve the best clinical treatment effect, and provide a more valuable and reliable method for the treatment of gastropathy in clinical internal medicine, which is worthy of popularization and application.

Based on the characteristics of the epidemic situation and the authors’understanding of the related ancient books and documents,this paper explores the etiology and pathogenesis of Corona Virus Disease 2019(COVID-19)from 5 aspects:abnormal climate in"warm winter",unique geographical location,pathogenesis evolution of cold and dampness mixed with insidious dryness,transmission and change of"triple energizer"of toxic pathogens,and game between healthy Qi and toxic pathogens.Combined with the special treatment of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),the purpose is to make a modest contribution to curbing the epidemic situation with TCM.

EMF CHANGES MADE BY COLD DRAWING AND HEATING TREATMENT IN TYPE K HEAVY-GAUGE SHEATHED THERMOCOUPLE CABLES

The electromotive force (EMF) changes in type K heavy gauge sheathed thermocouple cables was investigated. To cope with this discrepancy owing to EMF steep reduction and understand the difference between type K heavy gauge sheathed thermocouple cables and small ones, the affects of EMF from sheath pipe, drawing times, annealing temperature, annealing time and annealing way were mainly studied and appropriately analyzed. The results show the change in the thermal EMF is related with the residual stress and crystal defects, which are imparted by cold work during manufacture. The affects of cold work can be removed by annealing. Finally, a feasible way of fabricating heavy gauge sheathed thermocouples was suggested according to practical situation.

Recent Situation of Acupuncture and Moxibustion in the Treatment of Stomach Pain with Deficiency and Cold of Spleen and Stomach

Stomachache is one of the most common diseases of digestive system, among which stomach pain of deficiency cold of spleen and stomach is the most common. Acupuncture and moxibustion therapy as an external treatment of traditional Chinese medicine for relieving stomach pain due to deficiency of spleen and stomach, has the advantages of convenient operation, small adverse reactions and remarkable curative effect, which is easy for patients to accept. In this paper, acupuncture and moxibustion therapy such as moxibustion and warm acupuncture therapy for stomach pain of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type is summarized to provide evidence-based basis for clinical treatment of stomach pain of spleen and stomach deficiency cold type.

Fatigue Response of Cold-Rolled Type-304 Stainless Steel Foil

This study presents the fatigue response of 304 stainless steel foil, cold-rolled to a thickness of 3.2 μm with 87 percent cold work at orientations of 0, 45, and 90 degrees to the direction of rolling. Fatigue specimens were fabricated by laminating a supportive layer of 20-μm polyimide film to one side of the foil and patterning 242 crack initiation features by photolithographic process. Progression of fatigue damage was determined through electrical resistance measurement. The fatigue response was demonstrated to be largely affected by anisotropy existing between the rolling direction and the off-axis orientations. Fatigue cracks that traveled in a direction parallel to the elongated grains (cyclic loads applied at 90-degree orientation to foil rolling direction) had the most fatigue response (undesirable characteristic). The construction of the specimens with thin foil supported by a film backing contributed to high fatigue threshold.

基于MCU探讨防风汤加减联合推拿治疗风寒湿痹型颈型颈椎病的临床研究

目的:基于颈椎多功能训练评估系统(MCU)探讨防风汤加减联合推拿治疗风寒湿痹型颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选取2022年1月~2023年6月期间就诊于福建中医药大学附属康复医院的风寒湿痹型颈型颈椎病患者共70例,根据随机数字表分为治疗组及对照组各35例。治疗组予口服防风汤加减联合推拿治疗,对照组予常规推拿治疗。比较观察两组患者治疗前后疼痛视觉模拟评分法(VAS评分)、颈椎功能障碍指数(NDI)量表、临床疗效及颈椎各方向活动度和肌力情况。结果:治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、NDI评分较治疗前增加,治疗组VAS评分和NDI评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后,两组患者颈椎各方向活动度和颈肌最大肌力较治疗前均有不同程度增加(P<0.05),治疗组颈椎各方向活动度及颈椎前屈、后伸、右侧屈方向的最大肌力均优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:防风汤加减联合推拿可显著改善风寒湿痹型颈型颈椎病患者的疼痛、颈椎活动功能,增强颈椎周围肌群的肌力,从而增强颈椎的稳定性,缓解临床症状,其疗效优于单纯推拿治疗。

Globally Bounded Solutions in A Chemotaxis Model of Quasilinear Parabolic Type

In this paper,we consider a quasilinear parabolic-parabolic chemotaxis model with nonlinear diffusivity,aggregation and logistic damping source:■where k1 epu≤D（u） or k1 up≤D（u）;k2 equ≤S（u）≤k3 equ;g（u）≤a-beku.It is proved that,if q <k-1 or q=k-1 and b> b0 for some constant b0> 0,then there exists a unique classical solution which is globally bounded.The results show the effect of the aggregation and the logistic damping source on the existence of globally bounded solutions.

Design, Development and Testing of an Air Damper to Control the Resonant Response of a SDOF Quarter-Car Suspension System

An air damper possesses the advantages that there are no long term changes in the damping properties, there is no dependence on working temperature and additionally, it has less manufacturing and maintenance costs. As such, an air damper has been designed and developed based on the Maxwell type model concept in the approach of Nishihara and Asami [1]. The cylinder-piston and air-tank type damper characteristics such as air damping ratio and air spring rate have been studied by changing the length and diameter of the capillary pipe between the air cylinder and the air tank, operating air pressure and the air tank volume. A SDOF quarter-car vehicle suspension system using the developed air enclosed cylinder-piston and air-tank type damper has been analyzed for its motion transmissibility characteristics. Optimal values of the air damping ratio at various values of air spring rate have been determined for minimum motion transmissibility of the sprung mass. An experimental setup has been developed for SDOF quarter-car suspension system model using the developed air enclosed cylinder-piston and air-tank type damper to determine the motion transmissibility characteristics of the sprung mass. An attendant air pressure control system has been designed to vary air damping in the developed air damper. The results of the theoretical analysis have been compared with the experimental analysis.

On Local Existence and Blow-Up of Solutions for Nonlinear Wave Equations of Higher-Order Kirchhoff Type with Strong Dissipation

In this paper, we study on the initial-boundary value problem for nonlinear wave equations of higher-order Kirchhoff type with Strong Dissipation: . At first, we prove the existence and uniqueness of the local solution by the Banach contraction mapping principle. Then, by “Concavity” method we establish three blow-up results for certain solutions in the case 1): , in the case 2): and in the case 3): . At last, we consider that the estimation of the upper bounds of the blow-up time is given for deferent initial energy.

DAMP与NET在器官缺血-再灌注损伤中作用新进展

缺血-再灌注损伤(IRI)是一种常见的病理生理现象,继发于器官移植、急性肾损伤、心肌梗死等众多病理过程中,显著增加了疾病严重程度与患者病死率。无菌性炎症是IRI的重要机制之一。细胞损伤相关分子模式(DAMP)是介导无菌性炎症的重要物质,其释放到胞外,通过与模式识别受体(PRR)结合,可有效激活免疫系统,启动并维持炎症反应。中性粒细胞胞外诱捕网(NET)是在炎症反应过程中由中性粒细胞释放的以DNA为骨架,含有组蛋白与众多颗粒蛋白的网状结构。近些年研究发现,DAMP与NET可通过无菌性炎症加剧IRI。本文回顾了DAMP、NET及其相互关系在IRI中的相关研究,对于理解IRI的病理生理学机制以及研究相应的防治策略有着重要的意义。

Research Progress of Jianpi Qushi Powder Combined with Standard Anti Hp Quadruple Therapy in the Treatment of Hp Infectious Gastritis with Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Stagnation

Stomach Helicobacter pylori infection is one of the common gastric diseases. Helicobacter pylori infectious gastritis of spleen deficiency and dampness stagnation is a relatively intractable chronic disease. In recent years, traditional Chinese medicine methods have emerged one after another in the treatment of gastric Helicobacter pylori infection. By collecting references, the author reviewed the clinical characteristics of gastric Helicobacter pylori infection and the new progress of traditional Chinese medicine treatment.

Evaluation of the Therapeutic Effect of Contrast-Enhanced Ultrasound on Different Types of Knee Osteoarthritis in the Elderly

Objective: To evaluate the curative effect of the Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) external therapy on knee osteoarthritis patients with different TCM constitutions using musculoskeletal ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography, and to explore the application value of contrast-enhanced ultrasonography in knee joint diseases. Methods: A total of 57 patients diagnosed with knee osteoarthritis in Shaanxi University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2019 to May 2021 were collected, and they were divided into qi stagnation and blood stasis type group (23 cases) and cold-dampness obstruction type group (34 cases) according to the traditional Chinese medicine method. All patients were given acupuncture combined with TCM fumigation and washing. All patients underwent musculoskeletal ultrasonography and contrast-enhanced ultrasonography before and after treatment, observed and recorded relevant data, and compared the treatment effects between the two groups. Results: 85.96% (49/57) of knee osteoarthritis (KOA) patients had suprapatellar bursa effusion, 42.1% (24/57) had iliotibial band bursae effusion, some of which had poor sound transmission, and thickened synovium was seen in most effusions, 33.33% (19/57) had osteophyte formation. Compared with before treatment, the depth of suprapatellar sac effusion in the Qi stagnation and blood stasis type group decreased after treatment (P Conclusion: Musculoskeletal contrast-enhanced ultrasonography was used to quantitatively evaluate the efficacy of TCM external therapy on KOA for different TCM constitutions. Dynamic observation of synovial lesions of knee osteoarthritis provides a valuable imaging method for evaluating the efficacy of traditional Chinese medicine.

On Damped Wave Diffusion of Oxygen in Pancreatic Islets: Parabolic and Hyperbolic Models

Damped wave diffusion effects during oxygen transport in islets of Langerhans is studied. Simultaneous reaction and diffusion models were developed. The asymptotic limits of first and zeroth order in Michaelis and Menten kinetics was used in the study. Parabolic Fick diffusion and hyperbolic damped wave diffusion were studied separately. Method of relativistic transformation was used in order to obtain the solution for the hyperbolic model. Model solutions was used to obtain mass inertial times. Convective boundary condition was used. Sharma number (mass) may be used in evaluating the importance of the damped wave diffusion process in relation to other processes such as convection, Fick steady diffusion in the given application. Four regimes can be identified in the solution of hyperbolic damped wave diffusion model. These are;1) Zero Transfer Inertial Regime, 0 0≤τ≤τinertia;2) Rising Regime during times greater than inertial regime and less than at the wave front, Xp > τ, 3) at Wave front , τ = Xp;4) Falling Regime in open Interval, of times greater than at the wave front, τ > Xp. Method of superposition of steady state concentration and transient concentration used in both solutions of parabolic and hyperbolic models. Expression for steady state concentration developed. Closed form analytic model solutions developed in asymptotic limits of Michaelis and Menten kinetic at zeroth order and first order. Expression for Penetration Length Derived-Hypoxia Explained. Expression for Inertial Lag Time Derived. Solution was obtained by the method of separation of variables for transient for parabolic model and by the method of relativistic transformation for hyperbolic models. The concentration profile was expressed as a sum of steadty state and transient parts.

New type steam turbine for cogeneration

A concept of energy saving & efficiency improving from cold source for cogeneration steam turbine was discussed herein. A new type "NCB" cogeneration steam turbine was proposed,which could considerably increase heat supply capacity,thermal efficiency and electric power. Taking 300 MW cogeneration steam turbine as an example,the results show that heat supply capacity reaches the maximum,i.e. increases by 30 %,thermal efficiency is improved by 12 %,and electric power is enhanced by 15 MW during peak heat load.

参蝎止痛胶囊联合董氏奇穴对寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者的临床疗效

目的 探讨参蝎止痛胶囊联合董氏奇穴对寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者的临床疗效。方法 80例患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组40例,对照组给予董氏奇穴,观察组在对照组基础上加用参蝎止痛胶囊,疗程1个月。检测临床疗效、中医证候评分、LKSS评分、WOMAC评分、NRS评分、AIMS2-SF评分、sIL-4R、TNF-α、HMGBl、TLR-4、BALP、BGP、β-CTX变化。结果 观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候评分、WOMAC评分、NRS评分、sIL-4R、TNF-α、HMGBl、TLR-4、β-CTX降低(P<0.05),LKSS评分、AIMS2-SF评分、BALP、BGP升高(P<0.05),以观察组更明显(P<0.05)。结论 参蝎止痛胶囊联合董氏奇穴可抑制寒湿痹阻型膝骨关节炎患者机体炎症反应,改善骨代谢,缓解膝关节疼痛及临床症状。
