The rapid development of cross-border e-commerce,especially since Chengdu was listed as an Integrated Pilot Zone for Cross-Border E-Commerce in 2016,has led to a rising trade value of agricultural products in the metropolis.This upward trend is also attributed to the China-Europe Railway Express and the Chengdu International Aviation Hub Integrated Functional Area,two infrastructure systems that have opened more international logistics channels for agricultural products in Sichuan province.However,the development of cross-border logistics has failed to respond to the rapid growth of cross-border e-commerce for agricultural products.This problem has given rise to longer delivery cycles,higher costs,and reduced product quality,hindering the development of cross-border e-commerce for agricultural products.Currently,most research efforts are focused on selecting a logistics mode which has created an urgency is to establish a logistics system.To that end,we must utilize the opportunities and preferential policies brought about by the Belt and Road Initiative to advance the establishment of a cross-border logistics system for agricultural products,which will create more channels for selling Sichuan’s agricultural products overseas.This article analyzes the current situation of the cross-border logistics system for agricultural products produced by the province and studies the potential relationships between a logistics system and cross-border trade of agricultural products.It seeks to build a logistics system that meets the demands of cross-border transactions using economic theories focused on cross-border e-commerce and logistics.Such a logistic system will help shorten long delivery cycles,cut delivery costs,and guarantee the quality of agricultural products.Also,it can contribute to the rapid development of cross-border e-commerce of agricultural products and solve problems in developing the agricultural products logistics system of Sichuan province. 展开更多

In order to know the current collaborative development situation and relationship of E-commerce and logistics, the paper evaluates the whole collaborative development level of Chinese E-commerce and logistics from 2008 to 2014 using the DEA model. Fund, infrastructure, labor and collaborative development are evaluated and analyzed in this model. The research indicates that E-commerce facilitates the logistics development but logistics can’t support E-commerce development well due to the lag effect which leads to lower collaborative development level. So optimizing the ratio of logistics investment and output, promoting logistics service quality and accelerating logistics development have been the key factors for promoting the collaborative development of E-commerce and logistics. 展开更多

The fifth-generation(5G)wireless communication networks are expected to play an essential role in the transformation of vertical industries.Among many exciting applications to be enabled by 5G,logistics tasks in industry parks can be performed more efficiently via vehicle-to-everything(V2X)communications.In this paper,a multi-layer collaboration framework enabled by V2X is proposed for logistics management in industrial parks.The proposed framework includes three layers:a perception and execution layer,a logistics layer,and a configuration layer.In addition to the collaboration among these three layers,this study addresses the collaboration among devices,edge servers,and cloud services.For effective logistics in industrial parks,task collaboration is achieved through four functions:environmental perception and map construction,task allocation,path planning,and vehicle movement.To dynamically coordinate these functions,device–edge–cloud collaboration,which is supported by 5G slices and V2X communication technology,is applied.Then,the analytical target cascading method is adopted to configure and evaluate the collaboration schemes of industrial parks.Finally,a logistics analytical case study in industrial parks is employed to demonstrate the feasibility of the proposed collaboration framework. 展开更多

A New Aware-Context Collaborative Filtering Approach by Applying Multivariate Logistic Regression Model into General User Pattern 被引量:1

Traditional collaborative filtering (CF) does not take into account contextual factors such as time, place, companion, environment, etc. which are useful information around users or relevant to recommender application... Traditional collaborative filtering (CF) does not take into account contextual factors such as time, place, companion, environment, etc. which are useful information around users or relevant to recommender application. So, recent aware-context CF takes advantages of such information in order to improve the quality of recommendation. There are three main aware-context approaches: contextual pre-filtering, contextual post-filtering and contextual modeling. Each approach has individual strong points and drawbacks but there is a requirement of steady and fast inference model which supports the aware-context recommendation process. This paper proposes a new approach which discovers multivariate logistic regression model by mining both traditional rating data and contextual data. Logistic model is optimal inference model in response to the binary question “whether or not a user prefers a list of recommendations with regard to contextual condition”. Consequently, such regression model is used as a filter to remove irrelevant items from recommendations. The final list is the best recommendations to be given to users under contextual information. Moreover the searching items space of logistic model is reduced to smaller set of items so-called general user pattern (GUP). GUP supports logistic model to be faster in real-time response. 展开更多

Environmental sustainability has recently become more and more of a concern in logistics service industry. Although studies on sustainable initiatives among logistics service providers (LSP) have been increasing in the extant literature, still little investigation has been performed between LSPs and shippers. The present paper aims to demonstrate award-gained sustainable logistics service initiatives implemented during the period 2006-2017 in Japan. Different with questionnaire- and interview-based studies employed in literature, we use text mining technique to explore the co-occurring links of data, i.e. connections of the practices, to present the collaborative sustainability actions carried out through providing and requiring logistics services. In contrast to the research regarding green supply chain management focused on manufacturing perspective, this study is positioned in the dual sides of consignors and logistics business operators, to depict their combined effort in achieving sustainability goals. The results of the study showed that text mining technique is useful for summarizing and presenting data in this research area. However, much remains to be learned about how to deal with the data more means-end logically for revealing more indirect associations between the data. 展开更多

Intelligent transformation of manufacturers requires smart logistics transformation collaboration,which improves competitiveness.In this study,we construct a Stackelberg game model based on the mutual influence and restriction in the relationship between a manufacturer and a logistics service provider(LSP)undergoing smart logistics transformation.We investigate whether cost-sharing(CS)or revenue-sharing(RS)contracts can coordinate the supply chain and suggest a hybrid CSeRS contract to improve performance.We find that,compared with decentralized options,CS and RS contracts achieve a higher level of smart logistics transformation.While the coordination and effectiveness of CS contracts are superior to those of RS contracts,neither can fully coordinate the supply chain.The proposed hybrid CSeRS contract allows the manufacturer to share the LSP’s costs before the transformation and its partial revenue after transformation,so that the LSP can reduce its service charge,thereby achieving full supply chain coordination. 展开更多

无人机配送正在成为解决物流末端配送难题的重要手段。无人机与车辆协同配送模式克服了无人机配送能力不足、安全性不高的弊端,是无人机参与配送的重要途径之一。针对农村电商物流“最后一公里”配送难、配送贵问题,考虑无人机与车辆协... 无人机配送正在成为解决物流末端配送难题的重要手段。无人机与车辆协同配送模式克服了无人机配送能力不足、安全性不高的弊端,是无人机参与配送的重要途径之一。针对农村电商物流“最后一公里”配送难、配送贵问题,考虑无人机与车辆协同方式、多无人机多包裹配送等约束,以配送成本最小化为目标构建混合整数规划模型并提出一种两阶段算法对无人机与车辆协同配送路径优化问题进行求解。第一阶段通过带约束的自适应K-means算法确定车辆停靠点范围,第二阶段设计爬山算子与分裂算子改进遗传算法,求得无人机与车辆配送路径。最后,通过算例实验验证了模型和算法的可行性与有效性。研究成果有望为农村电商物流末端配送降本增效提供新思路和参考价值。 展开更多

基于2006—2020年的省际面板数据,使用耦合协调度模型测算我国物流业和制造业的融合发展水平。研究发现:我国各省份物流业和制造业融合发展度逐步上升,总体上处于低水平向高水平过渡的协调阶段。(1)省际之间物流业与制造业融合水平存在... 基于2006—2020年的省际面板数据,使用耦合协调度模型测算我国物流业和制造业的融合发展水平。研究发现:我国各省份物流业和制造业融合发展度逐步上升,总体上处于低水平向高水平过渡的协调阶段。(1)省际之间物流业与制造业融合水平存在差异,其中浙江、江苏、山东和广东的融合发展水平最高,中部和西部省份融合发展水平提高较快,吉林、黑龙江和辽宁三省则有退步。(2)使用固定效应模型检验两业融合发展对全要素生产率的影响,发现两业融合发展度的提高能够促进区域全要素生产率的提升,该结论在利用IV-GMM和IV-LIML等模型估计下依旧显著。(3)两业融合发展度的提高一方面可以推动全要素生产率边界的扩大,另一方面有利于实际效率趋近最优效率。 展开更多
