The quantitative evaluation of multi-process collaborative operation is of great significance for the improvement of production planning and scheduling in steelmaking–continuous casting sections(SCCSs). However, this evaluation is difficult since it relies on an in-depth understanding of the operating mechanism of SCCSs, and few existing methods can be used to conduct the evaluation, due to the lack of full-scale consideration of the multiple factors related to the production operation. In this study, three quantitative models were developed, and the multiprocess collaborative operation level was evaluated through the laminar-flow operation degree, the process matching degree, and the scheduling strategy availability degree. Based on the evaluation models for the laminar-flow operation and process matching levels, this study investigated the production status of two steelmaking plants, plants A and B, based on actual production data. The average laminar-flow operation(process matching) degrees of SCCSs were obtained as 0.638(0.610) and 1.000(0.759) for plants A and B, respectively, for the period of April to July 2019. Then, a scheduling strategy based on the optimization of the furnace-caster coordinating mode was suggested for plant A. Simulation experiments showed higher availability than the greedy-based and manual strategies. After the proposed scheduling strategy was applied,the average process matching degree of the SCCS of plant A increased by 4.6% for the period of September to November 2019. The multi-process collaborative operation level was improved with fewer adjustments and interruptions in casting. 展开更多

Considering the high-quality requirements related to agricultural crop production,the collaborative operation and application influence of sprinkler drip irrigation is an important issue in precision agriculture.The objective of this review is to give a comprehensive demonstration focusing on the subject of collaborative operation and application influence of sprinkler drip irrigation,by using a set of comparative analysis and literature bibliometric maps,therefore the sprinkler drip irrigation quality considering actual influential factors could be determined and analyzed.This review establishes on a broad spectrum of agricultural drip irrigation performance,throughout its whole procedure of collaborative monitoring,irrigation scheduling,application efficiency,and environmental influence,covering such aspects as soil physicochemical quality,irrigation scheduling,water resource redistribution,crop productivity,tillage management,climate adaptation,and environmental monitoring,etc.This review indicates that,the irrigation efficiency and drip infiltration quality of soil field can be planned precisely and allocated reasonably by sprinkler drip irrigation,which has extraordinary infiltration capability and enables much better performance,than that of other ordinary irrigation approaches in accuracy,stability,regularity,and efficiency.Thereafter,the investigation on the collaborative operation and application influence of sprinkler drip irrigation can be used to ensure the infiltration uniformity of moisture distribution,and then the high-quality requirements of practical irrigation performance can be met,too.This systematic review facilitates the productive soil-moisture-environment management for precision irrigation and agricultural production. 展开更多

Over the past decade,the electric vehicle industry of China has developed rapidly,reaching one of the highest technological levels in the world.Nevertheless,most electric buses currently serve urban areas,being unsuitable for all-climate operations.In response to the objective of massively adopting electric vehicles for transportation during all the events of the 2022 Beijing Winter Olympics,a dual-motor coaxial propulsion system for all-climate electric vehicles is proposed.The system aims to meet operating requirements such as high speed and adaptability to mountainous roads under severely cold environments.The system provides three operating modes,whose characteristics are analyzed under different conditions.In addition,dual-motor collaborative control strategy with collaborative gearshift and collaborative power distribution is proposed to eliminate power interruption during gearshift process and achieve intelligent power distribution,thus improving the gearshift quality and reducing energy consumption.Finally,gear position calibration for all-climate operation and proper gearshift is introduced.Experimental results demonstrate the advantages of the proposed dual-motor coaxial propulsion system regard-ing gearshift compared with the conventional single-motor automatic transmission. 展开更多

As the effective capture region of optical motion capture system is limited by quantity,installation mode,resolution and focus of infrared cameras,the reflective markers on certain body parts(such as wrists,elbows,etc.)of multi-actual trainees may be obscured when they perform the collaborative interactive operation.To address this issue,motion data compensation method based on the additional feature information provided by the electromagnetic spatial position tracking equipment is proposed in this paper.The main working principle and detailed realization process of the proposed method are introduced step by step,and the practical implementation is presented to illustrate its validity and efficiency.The results show that the missing capture data and motion information of relevant obscured markers on arms can be retrieved with the proposed method,which can avoid the simulation motions of corresponding virtual operators being interrupted and deformed during the collaborative interactive operation process performed by multiactual trainees with optical human motion capture system in a limited capture range. 展开更多
