With the rapid development of the Internet,the network ideology of colleges and universities is facing severe challenges.This paper deeply analyzes the root of the risk of network ideology and makes a specific investigation of the status quo of network public opinion in colleges and universities.On this basis,the study explores and puts forward a series of targeted risk prevention and resolution strategies,aiming at providing a systematic solution for the network ideology security of colleges and universities.In this paper,with the combination of theory and practice as the path,we verify the effectiveness and applicability of the proposed strategy through the analysis of the implementation effect of the strategy.This study also provides theoretical support and practical guidance for the prevention and control of ideological risks and public opinion guidance in universities under the network environment,which has important practical significance.With the continuous progress of network technology,the threats to the network ideology of colleges and universities are increasing.For example,the spread of false information has become a serious problem affecting the security of college network ideology.

Research on the New Model of Student Education Management in Vocational Colleges

Vocational colleges are an important type of higher education in China.Higher vocational education aims to adapt to social needs and designs students’knowledge,ability,quality structure,and training plans based on the cultivation of technical application skills.Emphasizing both theoretical teaching and practical training,graduates have the skills to work directly.At this stage,vocational education in China is in an important period of transformation and development.In order to better adapt to the rapid development of society,many vocational colleges have carried out management system reforms in student education management,with the aim of cultivating more high-quality and skilled talents that meet the needs of social development,and providing higher quality vocational education services for the country and society.In the process of physical education reform,due to regional and other factors,many reform models cannot adapt to the current situation of student education management in vocational colleges in the new era.Therefore,it is necessary to continuously explore new models suitable for vocational colleges.Based on the background of the physical education reform in vocational colleges,this article uses methods such as literature research and visits to analyze the current situation of education management in vocational colleges,the problems and possible reasons that exist in student education management in vocational colleges.This article discusses the possible new models of student education management in vocational colleges from the perspectives of repeated management methods,management concepts,management mechanisms,and evaluation systems,and elaborates on their new paths.Efforts are made to improve the management mode of student education in vocational colleges,innovate the management mechanism of vocational colleges,and actively explore the improvement of the management mode of student education in vocational colleges.

Analysis of the Management Measures After the Issuance of National Grants in Higher Vocational Colleges

The national grants are a subsidy policy implemented by the government to help students with financial issues to complete their studies.It can promote the healthy development of China’s education and cultivate a large number of outstanding talents for the country.In specific practice,some higher vocational colleges did not take effective management measures after distributing the national grant,which prevented the national grant from playing its due role.Based on this,this article summarizes the problems in the management of higher vocational colleges after the issuance of national grants,explores effective management measures,and lists examples to summarize management experience,so as to provide guidelines for relevant personnel.

Research on Financial Internal Control of Higher Vocational Colleges

Financial intemal control in higher vocational olleges is an important means to ensure the stable development of school finance.However,in practice,it was found that there are problems such as insufficient internal supervision,imperfect internal control system,and imperfect risk prevention mechanism.Therefore,this article aims to discuss the relevant overview,existing problems,and specific strategies of financial intermal control in higher vocational colleges to provide a reference for the improvement of financial internal control in higher vocational colleges.

深度学习下吊装作业工人防护装备及吊钩检测方法

为解决危大工程中吊装作业安全管理的问题,基于深度学习构建目标检测算法(You Only Look Once version 5,YOLOv5)网络模型,针对进入吊装作业区域内人员的防护装备进行多目标融合检测,并对吊钩在施工过程中的状态进行检测。在原始的检测网络模型中引入4种注意力机制,并通过5种训练模型的结果对比分析,进而选择卷积块注意力模块(Convolutional Block Attention Module,CBAM)最优模型。优化后的检测模型对安全帽的平均识别精度达86.5%,对反光衣的平均识别精度达83.0%,对吊钩的状态识别精度达92.0%。将训练好的人员检测模型和吊钩检测模型打包成exe执行文件,应用到施工安全管理人员的中控平台,可帮助管理人员更好地判断吊装作业的工作情况,进而及时进行风险管控。

中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅印发《关于加强重特大事件档案工作的通知》,要求加强重特大事件档案工作,为响应这一政策,文章从重特大事件档案的定义出发,阐述重特大事件档案管理的意义,对重特大事件档案管理的理论研究与实践现状进行分析,梳理重特大事件档案管理存在的经验与不足,并以国家电网四川省电力公司为例,率先对重特大事件档案的管理体系、专题数据库建设、信息化支撑等方面进行研究与验证,探索重特大事件档案管理的实现路径。

高校实验室安全管理是基础性、持续性工作。针对实验室安全工作中管理职责不清、安全意识不强、安全能力不高和安全措施不力等问题,提出通过落实安全主体责任、完善安全分级分类管理体系、建立规范化标准化监管机制、健全项目风险评估与管控机制等健全管理体制机制;通过建设安全教育体系、加强宣传教育和演练等提升人的安全意识;通过提升安全管理能力、应急能力等规范人的安全行为;通过加强实验室安全基础设施的建设、强化安全检查、加强实验室安全研究与标准建设等保证设施设备的安全状态。

思政教育下高校应急管理能力现状分析——以陕西省某高校为例

基于思政教育视角了解高校应急管理能力现状,探索高校提升应急管理能力的路径。以陕西省某高校学生为调研对象,采用问卷调研法获取数据信息并对数据进行处理分析。结果显示,思政教育视角下学生对高校的应急管理能力评价较高,主要体现在事中控制能力及原因分析、信息采集与传递等方面,但其事后分析能力维度还有待进一步提升。不同年级学生感知下高校应急管理能力的事后分析能力维度存在显著性差异。为此高校应强化应急管理能力事后分析过程的公开性,强化学生参与的主体地位,不断提升学生的安全责任意识,以提高高校整体的应急管理能力,保障学生生命财产安全。

赋能视角下中国高校知识服务能力提升路径研究

为提升中国高校知识服务效能,激发高校教师创新潜能、促进知识创新,在知识服务领域引入赋能理论,对中国9所高校26位知识服务主体进行深入访谈,结合C9高校发布的9份网络报道,运用扎根理论的编码技术进行数据处理,挖掘出技术赋能、市场赋能、知识赋能、心理赋能、制度赋能和组织赋能6个核心范畴,基于分析结果构建双因素视角下高校知识服务赋能理论模型(IMK-TPO模型),并采用问卷调查法对模型进行验证。结果发现,在高校知识服务赋能路径中,既要以制度赋能、市场赋能和知识赋能等保健赋能模式为保障,维持原有服务效能,还需以技术赋能、心理赋能和组织赋能等激励赋能模式为驱动,提升整体服务效能。其中,制度赋能和市场赋能需要政府等组织的协同支持;而知识赋能则需要通过持续学习来提升。基于此,提出由政府高校个人合力建立信息共享平台、搭建合作网络,强化学科交融互动的发展策略,以期促进中国高校知识服务发展。

“双高计划”建设背景下,相关各方都要求提高高职院校建设经费的使用效益。如何通过加强财务预算精细化管理,优化资源配置,提高财务治理能力和治理体系现代化水平,助力实现高水平高职院校和专业建设的战略目标,已经成为各建设单位关注的重点。通过探讨高职院校加强预算精细化管理的必要性,总结当前存在的实际问题,并从创新组织架构、科学预算管理、提高信息化水平等方面,提出高职院校预算精细化管理的提升路径。

高校院级分析测试平台构建与管理探讨

仪器设备使用与管理的信息化是当前高校院所实现开放共享服务的重要途径。结合以江苏省环境科学与工程重点实验室为依托的环境科学与工程学院分析测试平台预约系统的构建案例,介绍了系统的构建思路、组成模块、运行方式及管理模式等内容,介绍了院级仪器设备管理平台现状、院级分析测试系统的构建、管理运行模式探索等内容。院级系统的建立实现了对校级仪器设备信息化管理的补充,实现了不同教研室和科研课题组对仪器使用与管理的细化,有效促进了科研基础设施和仪器设备共享使用的全面化施行。

高职院校名班主任工作室的建设现状、运行困境与推进策略

名班主任工作室建设是落实“三全育人”“提质培优”行动计划的重要举措。通过问卷调查法、访谈法对高职院校名班主任工作室建设情况进行调查,发现名班主任工作室人数规模适宜、成员年龄结构均衡,成员期待开展班主任工作交流、经验研讨与业务培训,工作室运行模式多样化、专业活动频次适中,工作室对班主任队伍、学生成长和班级管理均有显著促进成效。但工作室存在四个方面的问题:师资来源单一,职称结构不均衡;配套政策制度不健全,运行机制不畅、建设经验欠佳;班主任业务能力培训偏少、教科研协同有待加强;工作室建设成效参差不齐、班级管理成效亟待提升等。可从优化工作室师资结构、健全工作室长效运行体制机制、打造班主任专业成长共同体、探索班级管理新模式等方面推进名班主任工作室建设,以期助推高职院校名班主任工作室高质量发展。

高职旅游管理专业大学生理想信念教育研究

大学生理想信念教育研究主要从大学生理想信念现状、存在问题和对策方面展开,但是对高职旅游管理专业大学生理想信念教育的研究较少。本文认为高职旅游管理专业大学生理想信念教育十分必要,但是也存在着一些问题,为此提出了加强专业文化建设,营造良好的理想信念教育氛围、结合旅游业特点,强化主流意识教育、改进人才培养模式,提升对旅游的热爱、开展第二课堂,提升社会理想、充分发挥思想政治理论课理想信念教育的主渠道作用等五个方面的对策。
