An Empirical Study Based on the Teaching Quality and Related Issues of Japanese Education in Colleges and Universities

China’s social and economic development has developed rapidly in recent years.International trade is getting closer and closer,trade and cultural exchanges with Japan have increased year by year.China’s foreign policy gradually develops towards internationalization.Japanese language plays a very important role in the process of friendly cooperation between China and Japan.At this juncture and circumstances,many universities have added Japanese language majors in order to improve the Japanese language communication skills among domestic college students and learn more about Japanese language and culture.Compared with English,Japanese is not a widely spoken language.Moreover,the Japanese language is used less frequently and has a smaller range of application.At present,Japanese has not become a major language communication tool for Chinese and as well as for foreign communication.Some universities still use the traditional teaching methods of the past to teach Japanese language.Teachers are not capable enough,it simply cannot meet the actual development needs of modern society,which requires us to pay enough attention to the teaching of Japanese in colleges and universities,in our work we summarize the problems existing in the teaching process of Japanese language today,and formulate corresponding perfect countermeasures.

生态文明视域下自然文化育人体系建设探索与实践

生态兴则文明兴,生态衰则文明衰。生态文明建设是人民群众共同参与共同建设共同享有的事业,是关系中华民族永续发展的根本大计。生态文明教育是生态文明建设的重要基础,是加快形成推进生态文明建设良好社会风尚的重要举措,同时也是我国国民教育体系的重要组成部分,其重要性主要体现在对人的科学自然观、系统发展观和正确价值观的塑造上,对高校落实立德树人根本任务具有重要意义。我国高校生态文明教育起步较晚,虽已取得诸多成果,但仍然存在高校层面重视度不够、生态文明教育内容不系统、课程设置和教材不够完善、教育形式不够丰富等一系列问题。“立足地学、着眼生态、尊重自然、厚植文化”,自然文化教育是中国地质大学(北京)应时代之所需主动求变、谋自身之发展主动应变而进行的创新人才培养探索,是高校生态文明教育的重要实践,对进一步丰富我国高校生态文明教育发展路径具有重要的参考价值和借鉴价值。

高职院校课程思政督导工作实践探索

高职院校课程思政建设存在缺少系统化设计、内容建设不足、教师意识与能力有待提升、教学模式创新不足以及教学效果评价机制不灵活等主要问题,从教育教学督导视角,提出了以学生学习成果为导向,加强思政资源建设、提升教师思政育人能力、创新教学模式、建立全面客观的思政育人评价体系等一系列建设措施,构建了基于质量标准的课程思政督导评价体系。

基于校-院合作模式的线上线下融合教学在提升教学质量中的效果观察

目的 探讨基于校-院合作模式的线上线下融合教学对教学质量的效果提升。方法 按时间先后将2021-2022学年我院临床聘任带教老师60人及实习护生230人作为对照组,带教老师进行2周常规教学培训,实施传统教学模式;将2022-2023学年我院临床聘任带教老师62人及实习护生248人作为观察组,带教老师进行2周常规教学培训,实施基于校-院合作模式的线上线下融合教学。比较2组考核成绩、有效教学行为、教学效果评价及满意度。结果 观察组实习护生考核成绩优于对照组(P<0.05);观察组有效教学行为各项评分均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习护生对教学效果各项评价均高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组实习护生对管理模式、教学内容、教学效果及操作技能的满意度评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于校-院合作模式的线上线下融合教学可提高教学质量,提升护生考核成绩及实习护生满意度,值得推广。

高校残障毕业生就业结果的影响因素研究

人力资本理论认为受教育程度越高越利于就业,而专用性人力资本的存在会使不同专业的学生就业结果不同,但这些假设没有在残障大学毕业生中得到过充分检验。本文基于中国残联就业服务指导中心2017—2022年的全样本统计数据,利用Logit模型分析学历和专业是否会对我国残障大学生的就业概率和就业质量产生影响。结果表明,在残障毕业生中高等专科毕业生和研究生都比本科生就业概率更高,这与普通高校毕业生的情况有所不同;从就业质量来看,残障毕业生教育层次越高越容易实现高质量就业。在专业方面,理工农医专业的残障毕业生就业概率和就业质量高于人文社科专业毕业生。此外,残障的严重程度是影响残障毕业生就业概率和就业质量的重要因素,而心智障碍毕业生比其他残障类型更难实现就业。这些研究发现为残障学生在教育决策和专业选择上提供参考,也为高校在残障大学生的人才培养、就业指导等方面提供启示。

民办高职院校教师教书育人能力素质提升的意义、困境及策略

教师教书育人能力素质是高质量教师队伍建设的核心因素。全面提升教师教书育人能力素质,是民办高职院校提高人才培养质量和深化职业教育改革的重要支撑。调研发现,不少民办高职院校在提升教师教书育人能力素质时面临思想认识、制度设计和教学体系等多个方面的发展困境。基于此,相关院校应当从推进治理体系和治理能力现代化入手,引导教师主动完善知识结构,系统提升专业技能和综合素养,逐步实现可持续专业发展。

立德树人视角下课程设置对大学生德育素养的影响研究--以经济学专业为例

人才是第一资源,经济学人才更是推动产业结构优化升级,提升国家整体竞争力,实现经济高质量发展的重要引擎。因而,培养具备较高德育素养的经济学人才是高等教育的重要目标。良好的培养模式是提升经济学人才德育素养的主要推力,其中,课程设置是培养模式的核心组成部分,该文在立德树人视角下,使用问卷调查数据,实证检验课程设置对经济学专业人才的德育素养影响。研究结果表明,课程设置对高校学生德育培养具有显著促进作用,其中课程设置对学生创新能力的影响最大。高校应不断更新优化课程设置,包括增加实践性课程的比重,加强学生综合素质教育以培养创新思维和实践能力,提供多种形式的实践机会等方面提升经济学专业人才的德育素养。

新时代高校劳动教育与职业素养教育有效融合的途径

劳动教育与职业素养教育在我国高校教育体系中,既具备重合之处,同时也具备互补的方面。现阶段,高校在劳动教育和职业素养教育融合层面还存在部分问题,具体呈现在学生劳动意识薄弱、课程体系脱离劳动教育要求等层面。对此,高校要提升思想建设力度,培养学生积极劳动价值观;深化体面劳动认知,注重专业能力与技能培养;推进课程改革创新,积极构建完善的课程体系,以此促进新时代高校劳动教育与职业素养教育有效融合。
