College students with economic difficulties are the vulnerable groups who are easy to fall into the predicament of career development. They are mainly characterized as weak career awareness,unclear self-awareness,lack of social resources,and poor comprehensive quality. This paper comprehensively analyzed the predicament of college students and causes. On the basis of causes,it came up with strategies including establishing a perfect whole-process education mechanism,strengthening psychological health and ideological and political education,actively expanding social practice internship platform,and vigorously cultivating employment competitiveness,so as to help students with economic difficulties to get out of their predicament and realize sustainable and comprehensive career development.

The Development and Operation Mechanism of the Colleges’E-class Network Ideological and Political Education Platform——Based on post-95 college students’social behavior characteristics

Based on the investigation and analysis of the social behavior characteristics of post-95undergraduates, this paper puts forward the principle of sharing and building e-class platform and analyzes thedevelopment of the functions of the four platforms such as the teacher-student service system, instant interactionsystem, SNS community system and vertical segmental pushing system and the realization of the function of modularoperation. Finally, in order to ensure the stable operation of the E-class platform, four measures are put forward suchas the systematic construction of the system, the innovation of team work, the assessment of key performances and thecomprehensive guarantee, thus providing an external guarantee for the stable operation of the E-class platform.

Intercultural Competence Development of Chinese Students After a Short-Term Study Abroad Experience

This study investigated Chinese students’ intercultural competence and linguistic growth during a six-week study abroad program. The students and their professor participated in pre- and post-tests covering written and oral language competency as well as intercultural competence. The Global Scale of English assessed student language development to determine linguistic growth and the Assessment of Intercultural Competence of Chinese College Students (AIC-CCS) was used to determine student growth of intercultural competence skills, specifically related to cultural knowledge, skills, attitudes, and awareness as a result of their experiences in a non-Western context. Results indicated that students experienced a change in the salience of intercultural knowledge themes over their period abroad, as well as improved their individual language abilities. This study provides suggestions for future programming focused on the development of Chinese student intercultural competencies during short-term study abroad experiences in Western university environments.

Emotional Intelligence And Mental Well-Being Of Chinese College Students:A Personal Development Plan Abstract

This study employed a quantitative descriptive correlational design,the study surveyed a total of 202 participants.Emotional intelligence levels were measured using a standardized questionnaire,while mental health status was assessed using the 20-item EPOCH scale.The findings revealed that respondents generally exhibited high levels of emotional intelligence and mental well-being.Gender and age were not found to significantly influence emotional intelligence or mental well-being.Furthermore,a positive correlation was observed between emotional intelligence and mental well-being among the participants.

何以“扶志”:高校资助对困难生理想志向的影响

经济困难有可能造成大学生的理想志向被压抑,并造成贫困的代际传递,高校资助或可成为“扶志”的手段。基于对南京3所高校1,027名学生的调查数据,分析了不同资助方式对困难生理想志向的影响。研究发现:第一,保障型资助和发展型资助均可提升困难生的理想志向,其中发展型资助更为显著,且社会与情感资助效果最佳;第二,受助学生对资助有效性的感知具有显著的正向中介作用,感知度越高,资助“扶志”的效果越好;第三,资助的落实时间对于资助的“扶志”效果具有显著的负向调节作用,落实速度越快,资助越有效。如欲优化资助工作、以资助“扶志”,高校需要结合保障型资助与发展型资助,尤其以发展型资助为主,并根据学生需求精准施助,同时兼顾资助的有效性和尊严性。

中国大学生规范性年龄歧视量表的编制与检验

编制当代中国大学生对老年人的规范性年龄歧视量表(AIC)并进行题项分析和信效度检验。通过线上访谈的形式收集筛选初始题项形成原始问卷,利用探索性和验证性因素分析的数据驱动方法形成最终量表,最终探索出主动传承、身份侵犯和被动消耗3个维度共13题,各维度与总分之间存在适当相关(0.567、0.793、0.871),三因素模型拟合指标良好,量表总体克隆巴赫α系数为0.835,格特曼折半系数为0.811,与C-FSA、SIC量表的效标关联效度分别为0.615、0.809。结合当代中国大学生对老年人的规范性刻板印象实际情况编制的中国大学生规范性年龄歧视量表信效度检验良好,具有理论数据上的可靠性和实际应用中的可行性。

父母职业观念对大学生职业发展的影响

为了解父母职业观念对大学生职业发展的影响,自编职业观调查问卷开展调研,采用相关性分析、回归分析等方法考察其影响作用。结果显示,大学生职业观整体发展状况良好,大学生父母职业观各维度与其子女职业观各维度的相关性显著,父母职业观维度可有效预测子女职业认知39.6%,职业道德36.3%,职业情感36.9%,职业评价39.7%与职业理想29.4%的变异率。父母应树立正确的家庭教育理念,引导子女建立正确的职业观,对子女抱以理性的职业期望。此外,学校、社区等也应共同努力,实现家庭教育与学校教育的融合发展,营造良好的社区教育环境,共同为大学生职业发展提供正向引导。

发展型资助模式下高职贫困生的心理精准扶贫工作研究——以江西机电职业技术学院为例

【目的】由于生活及经济负担,高职贫困生容易产生自卑、焦虑甚至抑郁等心理问题,因此解决高职贫困生的心理健康问题是高职院校的重要工作内容。【方法】课题组基于发展型资助的背景,结合高职贫困生的职业生涯规划及角色冲突分析,对高职贫困生进行角色拆分并分析其角色冲突,以心理精准扶贫为目标理念,系统性探讨了对高职贫困生心理精准扶贫的思路。【结果】“受助—自助—助人”的发展型资助路径可以助力高职贫困生逐步成为潜心学习、注重实践、思维创新、专业过硬的高素质人才,实现青春理想与人生价值。【结论】精准扶贫视角下,要想全面、彻底实现高校家庭经济困难学生心理扶贫工作,需要整合家庭、学校、社会等多方面资源,合力构建起家庭、社会、学校一体化资助网络,从而实现高职贫困生的发展型资助,并帮助高职贫困生群体成为关心父母的好子女、爱学习的好学生、爱生活的休闲者以及爱社会的好公民。
