Study on the Promotion Strategy of College Students’ Reading and Writing Ability Under the Micro Network Environment

Network media has become more and more involved in our daily life. It has become a part of modern life that cannot be stopped or rejected. Then, how to correctly face the changes in the Internet era is placed in front of everyone. Students need to “learn how to use the media to get their all-round development, effectively prevent the foreign information pollution, and actively guide students to a truly rational attitude for WeChat, blog and micro-blog”. It is a kind of media literacy being confronted with the network’s ability to consciously resist the harmful information, but also to benefit their own development and firmly grasp the information, so as to make full use of the convenience of network self promotion. “Screen reading” network plays an important role in college students’ life, and the fragmentation, the text features of the writing ability of college students also have a strong impact; this paper focuses on the influence of college students in the network reading and writing patterns on their writing ability and influence. From the perspective of media literacy education for college students, writing ability and reading ability provide a feasible way.

Use of English Reading Strategies by Science-oriented College Students in Relation to Gender Difference

The purpose of this study was to investigate the use of English reading strategies by the science-oriented college students in relation to their genders. The participants were 401 first year science-oriented college students. A reading questionnaire was used to collect the data. The results showed that the male and female students existed significantly difference in reading strategy use, with female students employed reading strategies significantly more frequently than did the male students.

At present,Chinese colleges and universities are facing the reality of the overall physical decline of college students,and the quality of college physical education has been questioned by all parties.In order to improve the quality of college physical education and strengthen the physique of college students,this paper first studies the causes of the decline of College Students'overall physique.The study found that,in addition to historical and social factors,many practical factors of college physical education,including teaching content,teaching organization form,teachers’quality,teaching evaluation mechanism and hardware facilities construction,have great influences on the improvement of college students’overall physique.Based on the causes of the decline of college students’overall physique,this paper puts forward feasible promotion strategies from the aspects of physical education curriculum,extracurricular sports activities,and physique monitoring.

Encouraging Reading Habit among Chinese University Students

University and college curriculum in China is increasing placing more emphasis on producing and developing graduates with comprehensive qualities in recent years.One of the main factors that affects the development of high quality college graduate is the students’active reading habit.However,recent statistics on Chinese college students have shown that the number of students who read habitually is not ideal nor encouraging.Campaigns launched to promote reading habits in the university have only minimal effects on the students.In this work,some of the problems faced in promoting reading habit among college students in China and the potential solution for solving these problems are discussed.It is hoped that the content in this article would provide some insights for college administrators to encourage reading habits among college students.

A Research on the Strategies for Improving the Teaching Level of Thai Reading in Colleges and Universities

The traditional teaching of Thai reading in colleges and universities mainly focuses on imparting knowledge,hoping to help students accumulate Thai knowledge efficiently.With the continuous attention to the instrumental and humanistic values of language,the focus of college and university teachers has gradually shifted to the training of application skills and the improvement of thinking quality[1].In order to fully demonstrate the value of its teaching,Thai reading teachers need to combine the development needs of students with practical application,constantly innovate teaching strategies,improve the teaching level of Thai reading,and comprehensively promote students’Thai literacy.Based on this and in view of various practical experiences,this paper discusses the strategies to improve the teaching level of Thai reading in colleges and universities.

Reading, Habitus, and Social Representations in a University Context

The lack of reading habits among Mexican population is an idea based on national and international indicators, which illustrate the danger of this situation; however, these indicators fail to go deeper into the problem. This project was aimed to obtain more information about the habitus and social representations of college students reading habits, using as theoretical elements the principles developed by Pierre Bourdieu and Serge Moscovici. The project was developed in a public university, located in Mexico＇s northeast region; 19 students were part of the sample group. Two research tools were used to obtain data： survey and focus group. The project analyzed academic and environmental aspects, beyond the ＂ought to be＂, that affected the development and provided characteristics on the daily sociocultural reality of the students, with a view of the real environment of the students without ＂make-up＂. The project deepened into the analysis of the reading practices and not only the usual numeric indicators, which traditionally condemn the reading practices in Mexico. The results of this study showed that students read a lot more than what they and their teachers think they do, this taking into consideration electronic documents, general interest publications, and commercial magazines, among others. 高等教育数字化转型对大学生的数字化学习、生存和发展能力提出更高的要求,作为新媒体时代主流阅读形式的数字阅读,重塑了大学生的学习、生活和社交生态。文章采用案例分析、调查研究等方法,对安徽省高校图工委2014-2023年开展的“书香江淮”数字阅读项目活动数据进行收集、整理和分析,总结得出该项目在四个方面取得突出成效:为高校图书馆开展大规模数字阅读推广活动提供范例,引领大学生文化和价值观建设,全面提升大学生数字人文素养,满足大学生对数字时代精神文化生活的新期待。针对项目实施过程中暴露出的问题和不足,提出从丰富平台资源和功能建设、创新阅读推广形式、加强项目全过程管理、提升项目认可度和权威性等方面进行优化,深化数字阅读育人效果。

阅读是传承与弘扬中华优秀传统文化的重要方式。深入分析大学生中华优秀传统文化阅读行为,有助于相关机构提供更具针对性和有效性的阅读服务。文章采用问卷调查法,以威尔逊信息行为模型为理论基础,从阅读需求、阅读寻求、阅读处理与利用、阅读障碍和阅读动机等方面对四川省12所高校和科研机构大学生的中华优秀传统文化阅读行为进行调研,提出了将“新教育阅读”理念融入阅读活动、重建校园阅读文化、加大新兴媒介利用力度、内容为王和多元化内容呈现形式等改进建议。

文章以沈阳理工大学图书馆为例,通过分析高校图书馆在馆藏资源、人力资源、服务实践等方面的优势,探索将高校图书馆阅读推广服务延伸至中小学校园的可行性和实现路径。以全国国民阅读调查、青少年实际阅读情况调查、语文教育发展调查等3个调研报告为基础,阐述中小学生课外阅读中的4对矛盾,提出4个有针对性的推广服务路径,即课程辅导型、兴趣拓展型、学科引导型和资源交互型。

大学生数字深阅读影响因素fsQCA组态分析

在数智时代,大学生越来越倾向于数字阅读,数字阅读深度值得关注。为了探索大学生数字深阅读形成因素,以已有研究文献为理论基础构建数字深阅读影响因素模型,运用模糊集定性比较分析方法探究大学生数字深阅读组态影响因素。单因素必要性分析得出阅读客体感知有用和感知易用为必要条件;组态条件充分性分析得出7条大学生数字深阅读实现路径,归纳为技术驱动型、热度引领型和主体主导型3种类型。研究结论表明大学生数字深阅读体现出“内容为王,联结致胜”的特点,对此提出改善大学生数字深阅读的4个建议:文献资源建设泛在化、数字技术驱动智慧化、阅读热点营造聚焦化和数字素养教育日常化。
