The Integration Strategy of Class Teacher Management and Mathematics Teaching

The professional and moral education of high school mathematics teachers will make classroom management work better,but their work pressure will also lead to classroom management problems.To do a good job in high school class teacher management and organically integrate it with mathematics teaching,we need to start from two aspects:mathematics teaching class teachers and class teacher work teaching,and penetrate mathematical thinking into daily classroom management,moral education,and classroom culture construction.Based on the attributes of the subject,we guide high school students to reflect after class to stimulate their self-management initiative through the cultivation of qualified class representatives.In addition,it is necessary to skillfully resolve classroom generative problems,change the roles of teachers and students,and integrate classroom management with mathematics teaching.

On management of college English teaching of big classes

In recent years, the scale of enrollment of college students has been expanded. As a result, in colleges teachers are badly needed for the basic course of college English. To solve this problem, big classes are adopted for college English teaching in some universities. And scientific management can guarantee the quality of college English teaching of big classes. The students that the teachers contact now are new-style students of great personalities and thoughts. The old nanny-style head teacher isn't suitable in modern time anymore. Only constant learning, constant innovation and constant surpassing yourself can make the successors adapt to the modern society. As an organizer and director of the class, how does the head teacher implement the enterprise management mode in the class management as the quality educational theory updating continuously? This subject is based on the widely proposed "class management under enterprise mode" to rethink the new class management methods under the new situation through the research and practice in one's own class and provide a new effective and feasible mode for the class management in the future.

Analysis on the Problems Existing in China's College Classes and Management Strategies

Class is a place where all kinds of teaching activities are carried out and is a space where the teachers and students gather to study and grow up together. The scientific and reasonable college class management methods not only can effectively maintain the teaching order in class, but also can improve the students' learning initiative and increase the teaching efficiency, thus improving the quality of higher education. However, the situation of college class management is not optimistic at present. A Study on Time Management of College English Class

Teaching is a complicated system, involving the knowledge, ability, skills, quahty and other aspects, eacla ot wmcn presents a multidimensional structure. During the limited teaching time, it can＇t guarantee to finish and cover so many teaching contents and tasks without careful time management. Even if there is enough time, it can＇t result in high teaching efficiency naturally. The phenomenon of time-consuming but inefficiency often appears. How to optimize time management to improve teaching efficiency is worthy of our constant research. Take college English class as an example, this paper attempts to construct a general and high-efficiency time management mode of college English class based on some second language acquisition theories, combined with some teaching practice, improve the effect of the current college English teaching, and as a reference for other subjects.

The Description of Effective Classroom Management

Language teachers and researchers have shown high interest in providing effective classroom management. The purpose of this study is to explore successful classroom management from three aspects: effective time management in a classroom, effective teaching in small classes, and effective use of handouts for a lecture. The findings reveal that it is crucial for language teachers to deliver enough knowledge during the limited time. And then small class teaching is an inevitable trend that teachers should focus on. Finally, despite the disadvantages of handouts, using handouts effectively can benefit both teachers and students.

Design is a concept of either an object,a process,or a system that is specific and,in most cases,detailed.A service design is designing or organizing the experience around a product and the service associated with a product’s use.For this purpose,service design uses methods and tools derived from different disciplines like information and management science.The second level of management science is about building models and implementing models on computers.The paper presents the second stage of project“Service management for IoT in streetlighting”.From several points of view a review of streetlighting management is performed:(1)design and spending;(2)network element management;(3)network management;(4)new technologies in smart streetlighting.The authors synthesize main objects classes for service management and specialized managed objects classes for two areas-Service Provision and Officer control.The used design methodology is unified modelling language(UML)and particularly class diagrams.The models are intended for business developers,university professors,and students.

网络思想政治教育新平台探索——网络班级管理系统(Ⅰ-Class)实证研究

网络信息时代的全面来临对传统的班级管理和思想政治教育工作产生了巨大的影响和挑战。通过对山东大学、齐鲁工业大学等六所高校900余名学生的问卷调查分析,厘清了新形势下班级管理的困境、重点和方向。通过ICMS(网班管理系统)的研发与实践,探寻出了互联网时代开展班级管理和思想政治教育工作的新途径。

Managed DirectX三维建模技术中的类实现

三维建模技术是进行三维仿真的基础,使用高级语言和图形接口进行三维建模的开发是根本的解决方法。针对目前.NET技术的快速发展与应用,采用.NET语言和Managed DirectX技术进行开发,对基于Managed DirectX的三维建模技术中的三维模型类进行了研究及实现,并在.NET环境下开发了三维模型基类库,其中使用了参数化建模方法。最终实现了基本的三维建模类,在此基础上可进一步开发出通用的三维建模器。Managed DirectX作为DirectX中重要的成员,为基于.NET框架开发三维图形应用程序提供了极大的方便。

一种基于One-Class SVM和GP安全事件关联规则生成方法研究

随着信息技术的快速发展,网络安全威胁造成的危害日愈严重.安全信息和事件管理(SIEM)在查找组织内部威胁,可疑行为及其它高级持续攻击(APT)中发挥了重要作用.SIEM的检测能力主要依赖于准确,可靠的关联规则.然而,传统的规则生成方式主要基于专家知识人工编写检测规则,因此成本高,效率低.本文给出了一种具备自适应能力的规则生成框架来自动生成关联规则.首先为了更好地识别未知攻击,提出一种基于单类支持向量机(OneClass SVM)的安全事件分类算法对安全事件进行有效分类,实验分类效果准确率高达97%.其次为了提高规则生成准确率,通过重新定义个体结构,交叉与变异方式,优化了基于遗传编程(GP)的规则生成算法,规则适应度高达94%.实验结果表明,本文提出的框架具备自适应能力来识别未知攻击,具备较高的检测准确率,可有效减少人工参与.同时该框架已经部署在实际生产环境中,和原系统相比可以检测更多攻击类型.

This paper aims to analyze the differences between China and UK classroom teaching in middle school based on a case study ofa BBC documentary, Are Our Kids Tough Enough-Chinese School. The author found that there were many significant differences between the two countries in terms of the relationship between teacher and student, classroom teaching style and teaching methods.

Teaching in Small Classes

Small-class teaching has seemed to become one of the trends of education reforms worldwide as professional associations and school boards struggle to provide quality education. Many countries have implemented small-class teaching for many years. And therefore it has become a challenging activity for teachers to teach in small classes. This paper mainly focuses on the characteristics of small-class teaching, planning and skills needed for group management, small class discussion techniques and strategies of what to do when things go wrong in group sessions.

高职院校名班主任工作室的建设现状、运行困境与推进策略

名班主任工作室建设是落实“三全育人”“提质培优”行动计划的重要举措。通过问卷调查法、访谈法对高职院校名班主任工作室建设情况进行调查,发现名班主任工作室人数规模适宜、成员年龄结构均衡,成员期待开展班主任工作交流、经验研讨与业务培训,工作室运行模式多样化、专业活动频次适中,工作室对班主任队伍、学生成长和班级管理均有显著促进成效。但工作室存在四个方面的问题:师资来源单一,职称结构不均衡;配套政策制度不健全,运行机制不畅、建设经验欠佳;班主任业务能力培训偏少、教科研协同有待加强;工作室建设成效参差不齐、班级管理成效亟待提升等。可从优化工作室师资结构、健全工作室长效运行体制机制、打造班主任专业成长共同体、探索班级管理新模式等方面推进名班主任工作室建设,以期助推高职院校名班主任工作室高质量发展。

Research and Exploration of Blended Learning Based on Flipped Classroom and PAD Class

This paper combines two teaching methods-flipped classroom and PAD class-and applies it to the teaching reform of the Construction Project Management course.Passive learning has been replaced by autonomous learning,the dominant position of students in classroom learning is highlighted,and students are liberated from the traditional passive acceptance-type learning.This improves the effectiveness of teacher-student interaction and student mutual aid,enhances students’enthusiasm to participate in the classroom,and ultimately improves the effect of classroom teaching as well as realizes the personalized development of students.

Relationship between Teachers’Leadership and Classroom Climate in Chinese and Japanese Elementary School

The purpose of this study is to clarify the relationship between classroom climate and teachers’leadership through a comparison of Japanese and Chinese elementary school teachers.From this,exploring measures to improve the classroom climate.By creating a positive classroom climate,aiming to create a class that is free from bullying,school refusal,and school violence.184 elementary school teachers in China and Japan were randomly selected as study participants to investigate the relationship between teachers’leadership and classroom climate.As the data analysis results,fostering Maintenance Behavior of teachers’leadership is effective in creating a positive classroom climate.The results showed that Large Performance Behavior and Large Maintenance Behavior of teachers’leadership PM-type leads to an improvement in the classroom climate.

我国信息资源管理一级学科发展历程探析:名实源流

[目的/意义]2022年图书情报与档案管理一级学科名称正式改为信息资源管理,是学科建设和教育改革的标志性事件。目前对信息资源管理一级学科认知还存在某些混乱和困惑。文章系统全面地梳理和回顾我国学术界对信息资源管理学科探索与认识的历程。[方法/过程]从我国早期信息管理学科改革的独特价值、21世纪后信息资源管理学科建制的成熟完善、一级学科更名的理论探索与争论等方面对该学科的转型发展进行深入分析。[结果/结论]我国早期信息资源管理学科改革具有独特的历史意义和现实价值,为信息资源管理学科建立奠定了良好基础。进入21世纪后,信息资源管理学科教育和研究的制度化趋于成熟完善,但实际学科更名过程较为曲折。文章论述了一级学科更名推动学科整合扩容的重要作用,对不同的争议观点加以评述;提出加强信息资源管理学科的抽象规律研究,以促进新时代信息资源管理自主知识体系建设;讨论了学科改革史带来的启示并提出了对学科未来发展的建议。
