In college badminton teaching,teachers utilize the group cooperative learning method,which not only helps to improve students’badminton skill level but also cultivates their teamwork spirit,communication skills,and self-management ability unconsciously.In view of this,this paper mainly describes the significance of applying the group cooperative learning method in college badminton teaching,analyzes the current problems in college badminton teaching,and aims to discover effective development strategies for group cooperative learning method in college badminton teaching in order to improve the effectiveness of college badminton teaching.

Survey and Analysis on the Students Satisfaction with Undergraduate Teaching Management in Local Agricultural Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Tianjin Agricultural University

Local agricultural colleges and universities undertake the important task of training rural revitalization talents suitable for regional characteristics.Only by mastering students'satisfaction with teaching management can we find the problems existing in teaching management.Taking Tianjin Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the undergraduates'satisfaction with teaching management by questionnaire and SPSS24.0.The results show that undergraduates can actively and actively participate in undergraduate teaching management,but their satisfaction is not high.There are significant differences in teaching evaluation management satisfaction among students of different majors and grades.It is suggested to improve the level of teaching management from the aspects of guiding and cultivating a new concept of management and education,establishing and perfecting a scientific and rigorous teaching management system,strengthening the information-based construction of teaching management and strengthening personnel training.

Rethinking of Teaching Reform of Land Resource Management Discipline in Local Normal Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

The Agriculture and Forestry discipline in local normal colleges and universities plays an important role in cultivating talents and higher education to serve the local"agriculture,rural areas and farmers".The Land Resource Management discipline is a science that studies the use,allocation,and management of land resources and assets,and has comprehensive and practical features.In the context of the proposal of the rural revitalization strategy and the establishment of the Ministry of Natural Resources of the State Council,the importance of cultivating land resource management talents who understands both land planning and urban planning is self-evident,and the teaching reform of Land Resource Management discipline is receiving much attention.Taking the Land Resource Management discipline of Jiangxi Normal University,a key normal university in Jiangxi Province as an example,combining the characteristics of the discipline setting and the development process,we analyzed the existing problems in its development,so as to provide recommendations for the teaching reform of Land Resource Management discipline in local normal colleges and universities.

高校网络教学效果满意度模糊综合评价

网络教学已成为高校教学形式的新常态,对网络教学效果进行评价是提升网络教学质量的重要保障。网络教学效果评价属于典型的模糊多属性决策问题,基于相对差异函数的模糊识别模型,构建了包含4个二级指标、12个三级指标的网络教学效果满意度评价指标体系,并以烟台大学某门课程为例进行了实例研究,分别对目标层指标和要素层指标进行评价。结果表明:大部分学生对网络教学效果的评价是满意或者非常满意的,平台使用和感知交互要素总体满意度较高,学习情况和深层收获要素的满意度相对较低。

评教还是评人:普通高校体育课程学生评教有效性研究

采用问卷调查、数理统计等方法对普通高校体育课程学生评教有效性进行实证研究。研究发现,学生评教既是对“教”的评价,也是对“人”的评价,评教分数具有区分度和有效性。具体而言:(1)“一表多课”学生评教体系造成体育课程评教分数低于其他课程;(2)教学因素影响评教结果,教得好(教学效果好)的教师评教分数较好;(3)非教学因素“人”影响学生评教分数,青年教师、讲师、人缘好、颜值好、技能好的女性教师更易获学生好评,即体育课程教师存在差异;(4)体育课程教学项目评教也存差异,三大球、三小球优于武术、健美操、瑜伽等项目。研究认为,构建不同课程评教指标、实现评教专业化发展,加强学生评教宣传,助力评教公正公平,用好评教结果,实现以评促教,从而有效提升普通高校体育课程教学质量。

高校思政类社团工作建设现状研讨

采用自拟的高校思政类社团工作建设现状调查问卷,随机抽取300名高校大学生进行问卷调查,以了解高校思政类社团工作的建设与开展情况。结果表明,超半数高校大学生对思政类社团的认知程度较高,认为思政类社团活动的育人效果显著,能够在日常生活中感知到思政类社团活动,但认为活动形式不够多样化,活动覆盖范围需进一步扩大。基于此,高校应配备专业思政人员,强化思政类社团属性,加大思政类社团建设力度。

为提升数字化赋能下高校思政教学效果,以效果评价为导向,运用文献研究法、调查法及统计分析法构建数字化赋能高校思政教学效果评价模型,并通过问卷调查收集200份数据进行验证。经t检验、探索性因子分析及验证性因子分析发现,由教师数字化教学效果评价、学生数字化学习效果评价及大数据教学效果评价构成的评价模型结果十分显著,建构合理。经多元回归分析发现,学校理念、数字技能及师生互评是影响数字化赋能下高校思政教学效果评价的三个重要因素。高校要重视数字化转型,加强对师生数字素养的培育,完善师生互评机制,形成师生互评推动下的联动向好机制,着力改进和提升高校思政教学效果。

认知评价理论视阈下高校课程思政有效教学的现实意义与实施路径

文章基于认知评价理论,通过分析大学生课堂体验的课程思政“关键育人事件”发现,课程思政有效教学能够满足大学生对自主学习、教学能力和师生关联的心理需求,具有促进育人本质“回归”、教师素养“守正”和师生关系“重塑”的现实意义。高校课程思政课堂是一个多种微观权力、多方行为主体和利益关系相互作用的教学场域,高校可通过优秀文化融入、权力协同共治和师生互动共进构建课程思政教学场域,助推课程思政有效教学的实施。

MOOC背景下高校教学管理改革探索
