In college badminton teaching,teachers utilize the group cooperative learning method,which not only helps to improve students’badminton skill level but also cultivates their teamwork spirit,communication skills,and self-management ability unconsciously.In view of this,this paper mainly describes the significance of applying the group cooperative learning method in college badminton teaching,analyzes the current problems in college badminton teaching,and aims to discover effective development strategies for group cooperative learning method in college badminton teaching in order to improve the effectiveness of college badminton teaching.

Survey and Analysis on the Students Satisfaction with Undergraduate Teaching Management in Local Agricultural Colleges and Universities:A Case Study of Tianjin Agricultural University

Local agricultural colleges and universities undertake the important task of training rural revitalization talents suitable for regional characteristics.Only by mastering students'satisfaction with teaching management can we find the problems existing in teaching management.Taking Tianjin Agricultural University as an example,this paper analyzes the undergraduates'satisfaction with teaching management by questionnaire and SPSS24.0.The results show that undergraduates can actively and actively participate in undergraduate teaching management,but their satisfaction is not high.There are significant differences in teaching evaluation management satisfaction among students of different majors and grades.It is suggested to improve the level of teaching management from the aspects of guiding and cultivating a new concept of management and education,establishing and perfecting a scientific and rigorous teaching management system,strengthening the information-based construction of teaching management and strengthening personnel training.

Rethinking of Teaching Reform of Land Resource Management Discipline in Local Normal Colleges and Universities under the New Situation

混合式教学是现代教育发展的重要趋势,其不仅能充分发挥教师和学生的自主性,而且能充分体现学生作为学习过程主体的主动性、积极性与创造性。针对当前混合式教学“线上+线下”模式在教学实践中出现的问题,文章在混合式教学经验总结的基础上,提出基于学习成效的“混融”教学模式,并对“混融”教学模式的改进和实施进行理论梳理,然后以山西大同大学管理类专业课程为例,对“混融”教学模式在教学实践中取得的教学效果进行说明和总结。

高校网络教学效果满意度模糊综合评价

网络教学已成为高校教学形式的新常态,对网络教学效果进行评价是提升网络教学质量的重要保障。网络教学效果评价属于典型的模糊多属性决策问题,基于相对差异函数的模糊识别模型,构建了包含4个二级指标、12个三级指标的网络教学效果满意度评价指标体系,并以烟台大学某门课程为例进行了实例研究,分别对目标层指标和要素层指标进行评价。结果表明:大部分学生对网络教学效果的评价是满意或者非常满意的,平台使用和感知交互要素总体满意度较高,学习情况和深层收获要素的满意度相对较低。

认知评价理论视阈下高校课程思政有效教学的现实意义与实施路径

文章基于认知评价理论,通过分析大学生课堂体验的课程思政“关键育人事件”发现,课程思政有效教学能够满足大学生对自主学习、教学能力和师生关联的心理需求,具有促进育人本质“回归”、教师素养“守正”和师生关系“重塑”的现实意义。高校课程思政课堂是一个多种微观权力、多方行为主体和利益关系相互作用的教学场域,高校可通过优秀文化融入、权力协同共治和师生互动共进构建课程思政教学场域,助推课程思政有效教学的实施。

高校思政类社团工作建设现状研讨

采用自拟的高校思政类社团工作建设现状调查问卷,随机抽取300名高校大学生进行问卷调查,以了解高校思政类社团工作的建设与开展情况。结果表明,超半数高校大学生对思政类社团的认知程度较高,认为思政类社团活动的育人效果显著,能够在日常生活中感知到思政类社团活动,但认为活动形式不够多样化,活动覆盖范围需进一步扩大。基于此,高校应配备专业思政人员,强化思政类社团属性,加大思政类社团建设力度。

柔性管理对高校思想政治教育实效性影响的实证研究

为明晰柔性管理对高校思想政治教育实效性影响问题,采用成熟量表和自编量表,对900名高校大学生实施调查。运用SPSS 26.0和Mplus 7.4软件进行信度分析、探索性因子分析、验证性因子分析和中介效应检验等验证柔性管理对思想政治教育实效性的影响和作用,在此基础上尝试构建以教育组织氛围为中介的结构模型。实证调研发现,在柔性管理、组织氛围与思想政治教育实效性显著正相关的前提下,组织氛围在柔性管理和思想政治教育实效性之间起到了完全中介作用。由此探索出高校思想政治教育柔性化管理的实践建议,以提升思想政治教育的实效性。

陕西省高校音乐类课程思政实施现状调研

为了解陕西省高校音乐类课程思政教学现状,借助问卷调查法及SPSS 26.0软件展开讨论。结果表明,问卷具有较高的信度,可靠性较强,受访者对教学资源、了解程度、教学评估、实践效果4个维度的评价相对稳定,且4个维度间存在显著的正相关关系,教学资源和教学评估2个维度对实践效果产生了显著影响。由方差齐性检验结果可知,不同群体(共青团员与中共党员)在评价音乐类课程思政教学效果方面没有显著性差异。陕西省高校音乐类课程思政教学实践取得了良好效果,但在教学资源的提供和教学评估的科学性方面仍有改进空间。
