Franchise Value Change Information of State-owned Commercial Bank and Securities Investment Risk

The investment strategy choice of state-owned commercial bank is related to its franchise value change information. This paper analyzes the franchise value change information of state-owned commercial bank. The franchise value change information shows that the franchise value of state-owned Commercial Bank is descending. Along with the descending of the franchise value, state-owned commercial bank strengthens its high risk investment motive when it chooses its investment strategy. State-owned commercial bank tends to run the high risk of investing securities because its investment variety is very sparse. Based on the theoretical principle of how to control securities investment risk, this paper proposes some countermeasures and suggestions that state-owned commercial bank strengthen the control of its securities investment risk in order to perfect its investment strategy.

Optimization Strategies of Urban Informal Commercial Space under Demand Orientation

Commercial behavior in towns and cities is mainly divided into formal and informal behavior.Rapid urbanization has enabled formal commerce to develop more and more perfectly in towns,basically meeting the living needs of residents. However, because of problems such as urban history and management mechanism, informal commercial behavior formed by floating stallholders and other employed people is widespread in towns. Due to the characteristics of instability, flexibility and richness,informal commerce has gradually developed into an important business to attract residents and tourists. In this paper, the general characteristics of informal commercial behavior in towns, the characteristics of the urban public space bearing this kind of commerce, and residents' demand for informal commercial space were summarized, and then the optimization strategies of this kind of public space were put forward to help towns make full use of their scattered space, create diversified commercial places, and add vitality to urban space while providing residents and tourists with daily life needs and convenience.

Areas with Potential for Commercial Timber Plantations of Enterolobium cyclocarpum (Jacq.) Griseb. in Michoacán, México

Michoacán has a deforested area of 525,260 ha, representing 52,526 ha per year, mainly caused by anthropogenic disturbances such as agricultural burning and forest fires (50%), change of use of land for extensive livestock farming (28%), agriculture (17%) and illegal logging (5%). The establishment of forest plantations is an alternative for reducing the pressure on natural forests and creating options for sustainable development and diversification of production and conversion of land for agricultural and livestock fragmented for forestry purposes. The aim of this study was to determine the potential areas for commercial forest plantations of Enterolobium cyclocarpum (Jacq.) Griseb. in the State of Michoacán, México, through the use of Geographic information systems (GIS). Areas were identified using IDRISI 32, and ArcView software. Screening variables include annual temperature, annual precipitation, land use, soil type, elevation and slope. Products obtained were field verified. Two maps where potential areas for the establishment of commercial forest plantations of E. cyclocarpum shown were obtained. Potential areas for commercial forest plantation establishment are (0% - 15% slope) for commercial forest plantations mechanized was 57,227 ha and (15% - 30% slope) for manual plantations was 6273 ha. The total area in the state with potential for the establishment of the species in the study was 63,500 ha.

This paper focuses on the information disclosure of derivative financial instruments by commercial banks, combined with the standard of disclosure of off-balance-sheet information of international derivative financial instruments, using the disclosure index and project disclosure ratio to analyze the disclosure of derivative financial instruments of listed banks in our country, Off-balance sheet information disclosure, and puts forward suggestions on how to further improve the quality of off-balance-sheet information disclosure of derivative financial instruments in China.

A Literature Review of the Influence of Social Capital on Commercial Credit

As a typical informal system,social capital plays an important supplementary role in China’s economic transition period.Informal finance based on commercial credit plays a role in the economic cycle.However,there is currently a lack of literature to directly examine the impact of social capital on the use of commercial credit by enterprises.This article aims to systematically sort out the theoretical development of social capital on commercial credit,which mainly includes the definition of social capital,its effects,the influencing factors of commercial credit,and the summary of the existing research results of social capital on commercial credit.It is hoped that this literature review will provide guidance for future research.

Potential Areas for Commercial Timber Plantations of Tabebuia rosea(Bertol.)DC.in Michoacan,Mexico

The targeted area for plant reforestation in the state of Michoacan is made up of eroded areas and pasture induced areas, both adding to 525,260 ha and representing 10.9% of the total surface of the state. The regions with the largest areas in need of reforestation are the Costa with 185,396 ha (29%), Oriente with 106,836 (17%) and Tierra Caliente with 96,284 (15%). Commercial forest plantations are an alternative for reducing the pressure on natural forests and creating options for sustainable and diversified development, changing the land use from fragmented agricultur and livestock purposes to forestry. The object of this study was to determine potential areas for the establishment of commercial forest plantations of Tabebuia rosea (Bertol.) DC. in the state of Michoacan, Mexico, by using geographic information systems. The outlining of potential areas was performed with the IDRISI 32 and ArcView programs, according to the environmental requirements of T. rosea. These environmental requirements include precipitation, temperature, soil, altitude, land use and slope. The analysis resulted in two maps where the potential areas for the establishment of commercial forest plantations with this species were shown, which turned out a total potential area of 54,320 ha, distributed in 47,566 ha considering a slope of 0% - 15% for non-manual forest plantations, and 6754 ha considering a slope of 15% - 30% for manual forest plantations. The ecologic conditions in Michoacan are favorable for successful establishment and development of commercial forest plantations of T. rosea.

MD&A语调积极性与商业信用融资——基于供应商授信视角的经验证据

数字信息时代,文本分析技术的应用提升了非财务信息的可用性和传递效率,进而为供应商授信提供增量信息。以2007—2019年中国沪深A股上市公司为样本,基于非财务信息的文本特征,考察了MD&A语调积极性对企业商业信用融资的影响及其机制。研究发现,MD&A积极语调能够提升企业的商业信用融资水平,且通过改善财务信息环境和削弱媒体负面报道带来的不利影响提升了企业商业信用融资水平。异质性分析结果表明,对于收到问询函和所处环境不确定性较高的企业,MD&A积极语调提升企业商业信用融资水平的效应更显著。进一步研究发现,MD&A异常积极语调越高,企业获得的商业信用融资越多,但当数字化水平或供应商稳定性越高时,MD&A异常积极语调对商业信用融资的正向影响逐渐减弱。因此,企业应综合考虑非财务信息对供应商授信的影响,供应商应提高对异常语调的识别能力,监管机构应加强对企业信息披露的规范和监督,地方政府应积极推进数字中国建设,为创造良好的企业商业信用融资环境奠定信息基础。

数字化转型对我国商业银行信贷风险的影响

近年来,数字技术和实体经济的融合愈加深入,数字化转型成为商业银行发展的重要方向,但商业银行数字化转型对其信贷风险的影响仍有待探究。基于北京大学中国商业银行数字化转型指数和我国208家商业银行2010—2021年的非平衡面板数据,运用双向固定效应模型实证检验了数字化转型对商业银行信贷风险的影响。结果表明:数字化转型能显著降低信贷风险,这种影响是通过降低银行的信息不对称程度和提高经营效率发挥作用的;数字化转型对银行信贷风险的影响呈现异质性,相比而言,大规模、国有、高人员素养水平的银行数字化转型降低其信贷风险的作用更大。

我国商业航天信息产业发展研究

世界航天领域正在加快向商业化转型,技术进步、成本降低等因素吸引更多的企业涉足航天信息产业,航天信息产业市场化、竞争化趋势鲜明;我国航天领域进展良好,整体市场初具规模,加快发展商业航天信息产业是航天强国建设的重要组成部分。本文面向我国商业航天信息产业发展实际,以空间应用为主要切入点,梳理了产业总体架构以及上中下游各环节的基本格局,总结了产业主要发展趋势,着重识别出星载深度融合卫星制造、先进光电载荷研制、高速率及高安全性通信、高级遥感数据产品与服务等支撑产业高质量发展的关键技术。在梳理我国商业航天信息产业现状并凝练存在问题的基础上,提出了构建产业创新发展生态、扶持下游数据处理与应用企业、深化航天信息业务化应用、推动行业人才集聚、加快科技成果转化、深化“产学研用”合作等建议举措,以精准驱动我国商业航天信息产业高质量和可持续发展。

基于国密算法的列车控制系统传输加密研究

为提高列车控制系统中铁路安全通信协议的机密性,消除数据明文传输存在的潜在威胁,提出了基于国家商用密码算法的列控系统核心网络加密技术实施方案。通过硬件、软件结合构建加密保护方案:在信号安全数据网子网内或子网间串接密码机,实现硬件的数据帧加密;采用三重SM4加密算法对通信报文的数据帧加密,实现列控系统软件应用数据的加密。搭建列控系统测试环境对加密技术方案进行验证,试验结果表明:该加密方案在对列控系统的业务处理能力无影响的情况下,可以有效提高列控系统重要数据在传输过程中的机密性和完整性。基于国密算法的列控系统传输加密研究为列控系统提供了传输加密可借鉴的方法和应用实例,也为铁路信号系统数据的安全高效传输提供了新的思路。

企业社会声誉、经营风险与商业信用融资

组织的社会声誉事关企业间的交易和信用关系,是构建企业动态竞争优势、推动企业高质量发展的重要推手。以2009—2021年A股上市公司为研究对象,实证探讨了企业社会声誉对其商业信用融资的影响,以及经营风险的中介传导效应。研究结果表明,企业社会声誉与商业信用融资之间存在显著的正相关关系,即企业社会声誉越高,其获取商业信用融资的能力越强,经营风险水平在企业社会声誉影响商业信用融资的过程中起到了中介传导效应,表明企业社会声誉的提高会降低其经营风险,进而促进其商业信用融资。进一步研究发现,不同的产权性质、企业规模对企业社会声誉与商业信用融资之间关系的影响存在差异。研究结果对于保障企业及时获取融资,推动企业长足稳定发展具有重要参考价值。

民商法视角的消费者信息权保护研究

在社会经济水平快速增长的时代背景下,人们的生活水平越来越高,产生的消费行为也逐渐增多,而在数字化时代,人们在消费过程中会产生大量的数据,这些数据里面会蕴含消费者的一些个人信息或隐私数据,但是随着隐私数据的暴露,逐渐给人们的生活造成了极大的影响。受商业环境的影响,一些机构为了获取更多的收益,会私自使用消费者信息,这一行为不仅侵犯了消费者的隐私权,还会侵犯公民的各项权利,针对这一状况,国家应该加强对消费者信息权的保护,严厉打击侵犯消费者信息权的不正当行为。基于此,阐述民商法对消费者信息权保护的原则,分析消费者信息权被侵犯的表现形式,并提出民商法视角的消费者信息权保护措施,从而为消费者信息保护工作提供参考。

2021-2022年华北四省夏玉米产区玉米商业品种鉴定数据集

玉米是我国第一大粮食作物,年产量约占全国粮食总产量的四成,精准鉴定并掌握我国玉米主产区商业品种生长特性,对充分挖掘和保护优异种质资源,有效筛选最优且最适宜种植的品种,实现玉米高产栽培目标至关重要。基于此,本数据集提供了在我国华北地区四省夏玉米区开展的188个玉米商业品种的生育期、株高、抗性、产量等27种重要特性数据,时间分辨率为日尺度,数据范围为2021、2022年。数据采集和处理过程严格遵循测量仪器数据质量控制和规范。数据以产区为尺度公开,以期为各玉米产区充分挖掘并使用优异玉米种质资源提供依据。

基于区块链分级存储与国产商用密码技术的高校图书馆信息系统网络安全保障

为了提升图书馆信息系统网络安全保障能力,确保图书馆信息系统安全稳定运行,对数字图书馆信息系统面临的身份假冒、数据泄露、数据篡改、数据破坏、重要操作难以溯源等突出网络安全问题进行研究,提出了解决思路和方法,包括基于区块链分级存储实现图书馆信息系统数据存储安全,基于国产商用密码技术实现图书馆信息系统身份认证、数据加密保护、数据完整性保护、操作真实性和抗抵赖保护,对建设完善有效的图书馆信息系统网络安全整体保障体系、提升图书馆信息系统网络安全保障能力具有指导意义。

冀商之道的地域学脉探究——以颜李学派为中心

河北地域历史上很早就开始有商贸活动,并且产业发达市场繁荣。商品经济的持续拓展促进了商路形成和商帮兴起。“张库帮”“老呔帮”和“冀中帮”等商帮的形成发展,逐步积淀而成地域经济文化特色鲜明的“冀商”经营之道。这既是长期商贸实践的经验总结与提炼,也是燕赵商业文明的传承与发展,更是地域文化与思想学脉濡染滋养、潜移默化的结果。从事商贸活动的是人,人的行为受到价值观念、风俗习惯、思想文化、道德伦理等“非正式制度”的影响。然而,迄今的研究大多重在商贸经营本身,而少有从商业文明与地域学脉视域的进一步深入探究。本文试图发掘、梳理北方实学中影响最大、最具代表性的颜李学派的学说主张,及其涵蕴积淀于冀商经营之道中的典型事例,探索冀商研究的深化和创新,也希图为商帮研究提供一个新视域。

商业银行ESG表现与企业股价崩盘风险

本文以2012—2022年我国上市企业和商业银行为研究对象,研究发现,商业银行ESG表现能够显著降低企业股价崩盘风险;机制分析表明,商业银行ESG表现通过信息效应和治理效应来抑制企业股价崩盘风险,即ESG既能够提高企业信息透明度,还能够改善企业内部控制质量;异质性分析发现,商业银行ESG表现对企业股价崩盘风险的抑制作用在大型国有企业或管理层风险偏好高、CEO不具有股价崩盘经历的企业中表现得更强。研究结论对于支持银行ESG实践,助力我国经济高质量发展具有重要启示价值。

个人征信信息商业合理使用的合规性研究

利益驱动下的征信机构商业使用行为与公民个人信息保护需求之间所产生的冲突,使二者之间形成了“鸿沟”。传统的非黑即白“二极管思维”显然不可取,如何在冲突中寻找突围的路径是征信法律体系中所面临的一个难题。个人征信信息的商业合理使用正当性基础是其内在自身具有社会公共性的因子,而外在征信服务市场的极具发展与扩张,个人征信信息的商业合理使用判断应当遵守共同的基本原则。未公开信息是传统民法下的“通知+同意”的判断标准,对于依法公开的个人征信信息是“允许+例外”的判断标准,但需要一般可访问原则作为合规性判断标准。
