A frequency compensation control method for the opposed-piston two-stroke folded-cranktrain( OPFC) diesel engine's common rail system is presented as a result of the study of the loop-shaping theory. A common rail working process and the classical frequency control theory are combined to construct a frequency restriction of common rail pressure. A frequency compensator is utilized to improve the robustness of multiplicative perturbations and disturbance. The loop-shaping method has been applied to design the common rail pressure controller of the OPFC diesel engine. Simulation and bench test results show that in the condition of perturbation that comes from the effect of injection,multi-injection,fuel pumping of a pre-cylinder,and instantaneous pressure fluctuation,the controller indicates high precision. Compared with the original controller,this method improves the control precision by 67. 3%. 展开更多

Experiments were conducted on a diesel-methanol dual-fuel(DMDF)engine modified by a six-cylinder,turbocharged,inter-cooled diesel engine.According to the number of diesel injection,the experiments are divided to two parts:the single injectionmode and double injectionmode.The results show that,at the double injectionmode,themaximumof pressure rise rate is small and the engine runs smoothly,however,knock still occurswhen the cocombustion ratio(CCR)is big enough.Under knock status,the power density of the block vibration concentrating at some special frequencies rises dramatically,and the special frequency of single injection mode(about 4.1 kHz)is lower than that of double injection mode(7–9 kHz).The cylinder pressure oscillations of knock status are very different fromthe non-knock status.Under knock status,cylinder pressure oscillations become more concentrated and fiercer at some special frequencies,and the same as the block vibration.The special frequency of single injection mode(3–6 kHz)is lower than that of double injection mode(above 9 kHz). 展开更多

The influence of fuel pressure fluctuation on multi-injection fuel mass deviation has been studied a lot,but the fuel pressure fluctuation at injector inlet is still not eliminated efficiently.In this paper,a new type of hydraulic filter consisting of a damping hole and a chamber is developed for elimination of fuel pressure fluctuation and multi-injection fuel mass deviation.Linear model of the improved high pressure common-rail system(HPCRS)including injector,the pipe connecting common-rail with injector and the hydraulic filter is built.Fuel pressure fluctuation at injector inlet,on which frequency domain analysis is conducted through fast Fourier transformation,is acquired at different target pressure and different damping hole diameter experimentally.The linear model is validated and can predict the natural frequencies of the system.Influence of damping hole diameter on fuel pressure fluctuation is analyzed qualitatively based on the linear model,and it can be inferred that an optimal diameter of the damping hole for elimination of fuel pressure fluctuation exists.Fuel pressure fluctuation and fuel mass deviation under different damping hole diameters are measured experimentally,and it is testified that the amplitude of both fuel pressure fluctuation and fuel mass deviation decreases first and then increases with the increasing of damping hole diameter.The amplitude of main injection fuel mass deviation can be reduced by 73%at most under pilot-main injection mode,and the amplitude of post injection fuel mass deviation can be reduced by 92%at most under main-post injection mode.Fuel mass of a single injection increases with the increasing of the damping hole diameter.The hydraulic filter proposed by this research can be potentially used to eliminate fuel pressure fluctuation at injector inlet and improve the stability of HPCRS fuel injection. 展开更多

A direct injection low compression ratios diesel rotary engine is designed and studied to find the appropriate application of the electronic controlled high pressure common rail injection system. Current development focuses on the applied fuel injection and ignition strategies, especially concerning the combustion configurations of injectors, ignition source, and combustion chamber. The prototype engine, equipped with Bosch common rail system and high performance electronic control unit (ECU), is designed correspondingly. Studies show that the integration of a common rail injection system and the main and pilot duel injectors configurations, assisted with glow plug ignition device and flexible ECU, represents a promising approach to improve the potential of the low compression ratios diesel rotary engine. Currently the engine can run at 6 kr · min^-1 steadily and the power is about 68 kW/(4 kr ·min^- 1). 展开更多

Influence of eddy current on transient characteristics of common rail injector solenoid valve was studied in this paper. Experimental investigations of drive current and power source volt- age of both drive current ascending and descending process were conducted on a common rail injec- tor solenoid valve. A new discretizing calculation method of solenoid valve flux linkage was put for- ward for the first time based on the experimental results and drive circuit principle, and flux linkage of both drive current ascending and descending process were evaluated. New inductance calculation methods for drive current ascending and descending process respectively were also presented. Influ- ence of parasitic inductance was evaluated. Results indicate that the air gap, under which the transi- ent flux linkage of the solenoid valve is the biggest, varies with drive current due to eddy current. Flux linkage of drive current descending process is bigger than that of drive current ascending process under the same drive current and the same air gap width. Eddy current can reduce the delay between the time that drive current begins to descend and the time that armature begins to move downward. Inductance of drive current descending process is bigger than that of drive current as- cending process over larger scope of drive current, but the difference becomes smaller with the in- creasing of air gap width. The differences of both flux linkage and inductance between drive current ascending and descending process are caused by the eddy current in core and armature materials. 展开更多

20%n-butanol is blended in diesel by volume(noted as D80B20)and experiment has been carried out to study the effect on the combustion and emission characteristics based on a common rail diesel engine with exhaust gas ... 20%n-butanol is blended in diesel by volume(noted as D80B20)and experiment has been carried out to study the effect on the combustion and emission characteristics based on a common rail diesel engine with exhaust gas recirculation(EGR)system.The results reveal thatD80B20 has longer ignition delay,shorter combustion duration and higher maximumin-cylinder temperature than pure diesel(noted as D100).Further,the number concentration and volume concentration of ultrafine particles decrease significantly while NO_(X) emissions increase a little with the addition of n-butanol.When the exhaust gas is induced into cylinder,NO_(X) emissions significantly decrease and ultrafine particles emissions increase.The number geometric mean diameters and volume geometricmean diameters of ultrafine particles increase withEGR ratio.Compared toD100 without EGR,D80B20 with 20%EGR ratio can reduce both NO_(X) and ultrafine particles emissions at 0.14MPa BMEP and 0.56MPa BMEP. 展开更多

采用GT软件建立电控高压共轨燃油喷射系统模型,并利用构建的仿真模型研究高压油泵的进油阀组件、排油阀组件以及活塞凸轮组件,其三个主要部分的结构参数变化对共轨管中压力波动的影响。通过研究可知高压泵在实际工作时所承受的压力波与... 采用GT软件建立电控高压共轨燃油喷射系统模型,并利用构建的仿真模型研究高压油泵的进油阀组件、排油阀组件以及活塞凸轮组件,其三个主要部分的结构参数变化对共轨管中压力波动的影响。通过研究可知高压泵在实际工作时所承受的压力波与活塞的状态有直接关系,且活塞状态包括其质量、长度、直径、容积等。为了更好地研究进排油阀对压力波动之间的关系,选用8组参数进行实验研究并验证进排油阀体直径、质量、弹簧预紧力、弹簧刚度的变化与压力波动之间的相互影响作用,进而通过对比选取最佳阀体。通过仿真分析可知,共轨喷油系统压力波动程度会受到系统结构参数的影响,并可以为系统的优化设计提供参考依据。 展开更多

双升程电控喷油器多次喷射油量波动特性研究

为实现船用柴油机高压共轨系统喷射的柔性和稳定控制,提出一种双升程电控喷油器,基于搭建的喷油器AMESim仿真模型,探究了喷油器不同多次喷射模式下的油量波动特性.结果表明:大升程预喷模式下的主喷量标准差随预喷量的增加先上升后下降,... 为实现船用柴油机高压共轨系统喷射的柔性和稳定控制,提出一种双升程电控喷油器,基于搭建的喷油器AMESim仿真模型,探究了喷油器不同多次喷射模式下的油量波动特性.结果表明:大升程预喷模式下的主喷量标准差随预喷量的增加先上升后下降,而小升程预喷模式下的主喷量标准差随预喷量呈幅值逐渐降低的波动变化趋势.总体上,在预喷量为161~660 mm^(3)范围,小升程预喷模式在降低主喷量波动程度方面比大升程预喷模式更占优势.预喷射采用小升程喷射模式且预喷量一定时,升程切换延迟为0.2 ms的靴形主喷模式在降低主喷量波动程度方面略优于相同主喷脉宽或相同单次喷射油量的大升程主喷模式.大升程和小升程后喷模式下的后喷量标准差随主喷脉宽和目标后喷量均呈波动变化趋势,且小升程后喷模式下的后喷量标准差波动程度更小.与大升程后喷模式相比,小升程后喷模式在降低后喷量波动程度方面更占优势. 展开更多

Based on the numerical simulation analysis, structure parameters of the high pressure fuel pump and common rail as well as flow limiter are designed and the GD-1 high pressure common rail fuel injection system is self-developed. Fuel injection characteristics experiment is performed on the GD-1 system. And double-factor variance analysis is applied to investigate the influence of the rail pressure and injection pulse width on the consistency of fuel injection quantity, thus to test whether the design of structure parameters is sound accordingly. The results of experiment and test show that rail pressure and injection pulse width as well as their mutual-effect have no influence on the injection quantity consistency, which proves that the structure parameters design is successful and performance of GD-1 system is sound. 展开更多

The characteristics of a hybrid hydraulic vehicle driven by the hydraulic common rail propulsion system with a hydraulic free-piston engine and a hydraulic transformer were studied.A mathematical model of the propulsion system was established and a control method of the propulsion system was proposed.Extensive simulation results of hybrid hydraulic vehicles with the hydraulic common rail propulsion system were presented.The hydraulic common rail propulsion system achieved the switch power control and the constant power propulsion.The control method based on the propulsion,break and speed limit requirement was verified.Our results showed that the hydraulic common rail propulsion system gained an ideal acceleration process. 展开更多

超高压共轨系统能够通过控制喷油与增压时序之间的关系,实现可调喷油速率喷射,进而影响柴油机喷油特性。为探明喷油与增压脉宽对超高压共轨系统喷油特性的影响规律和成因机理,在介绍系统数学模型的基础上,建立了超高压共轨系统的仿真模... 超高压共轨系统能够通过控制喷油与增压时序之间的关系,实现可调喷油速率喷射,进而影响柴油机喷油特性。为探明喷油与增压脉宽对超高压共轨系统喷油特性的影响规律和成因机理,在介绍系统数学模型的基础上,建立了超高压共轨系统的仿真模型,并利用性能试验验证了模型的准确性,分析了在不同共轨压力下,喷油与增压脉宽对超高压共轨系统喷油特性的影响。结果表明:(1)随喷油脉宽的增加,喷油速率曲线形态均近似于靴形,且大喷油速率范围占整个喷油过程的比例逐渐增大,同时,喷油开启延迟保持不变,喷油关闭延迟在喷油脉宽较小时(0.6~1 ms),增加幅度明显,而在喷油脉宽较大时(1~1.4 ms),基本保持不变。(2)随着增压脉宽增加,在小喷油脉宽条件下,喷油速率曲线形态近似于靴形,且保持不变;但在大喷油脉宽条件下,喷油速率可能会出现类似于“倒靴形”的曲线形态,这是由于在喷油还未结束时,增压装置电磁阀控制信号的关闭造成增压压力迅速下降。 展开更多

对于柴油机共轨系统计量阀复位弹簧松弛和喷油器针阀偶件磨损两类典型故障,提出了基于运行工况和多分类支持向量机的故障诊断策略.该策略考虑到运行工况对故障诊断精度的影响,根据车速将实车采集数据划分为3个子工况集.通过卡方检验和... 对于柴油机共轨系统计量阀复位弹簧松弛和喷油器针阀偶件磨损两类典型故障,提出了基于运行工况和多分类支持向量机的故障诊断策略.该策略考虑到运行工况对故障诊断精度的影响,根据车速将实车采集数据划分为3个子工况集.通过卡方检验和机理分析选择和故障情况相关度较高的状态参数,并使用主成分分析法提取特征参数,并根据轮廓系数筛选出对故障敏感度最高的子工况集.采用层次定比采样方法划分训练集,通过粒子群算法优化支持向量机的惩罚参数和径向基函数参数.最后通过实车测试数据集对模型进行验证,实验结果表明该方法在在突出工况的诊断正确率基本达到90%以上,满足故障诊断要求. 展开更多

为有效对喷油器入口处产生的压力波动进行抑制,采用新型阻尼滤波器进行压力波动控制效果的试验研究。在不同滤波器容腔体积、喷射控制策略和轨压下,研究在长度更长、直径更小的高压油管中的滤波效果。研究表明:添加滤波器后,单次喷射控... 为有效对喷油器入口处产生的压力波动进行抑制,采用新型阻尼滤波器进行压力波动控制效果的试验研究。在不同滤波器容腔体积、喷射控制策略和轨压下,研究在长度更长、直径更小的高压油管中的滤波效果。研究表明:添加滤波器后,单次喷射控制策略下可有效减小喷油量波动幅度。多次喷射控制策略下,预主喷策略下,容腔体积为1720 mm^(3)时的主喷油量偏差幅度比容腔体积0 mm^(3)时的主喷油量偏差幅度减小55.0%~67.9%;主后喷策略下,容腔体积为1720 mm^(3)时的后喷油量偏差幅度比容腔体积0 mm^(3)时的后喷油量偏差幅度减小80.8%~82.5%。预主喷策略下,容腔体积为1720 mm^(3)时的主喷油量波动幅度仅比容腔体积28000 mm^(3)时的主喷油量波动幅度分别增大了0.2 mg、0.4 mg和0.3 mg;主后喷策略下,容腔体积为1720 mm^(3)时的后喷油量波动幅度仅比容腔体积28000 mm^(3)时的后喷油量波动幅度分别增大了0.3 mg、0.4 mg和0.7 mg。 展开更多
