Development Status and Countermeasures of Farmers' Professional Cooperatives in Shangqiu City

Farmers' professional cooperatives develop in various forms,and with the continuous improvement of development level,social effects have gradually appear.Based on the specific situation of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangqiu City,this paper expounded the development status of farmers' professional cooperatives in Shangqiu City,analyzed and discussed various problems encountered in the development process of farmers' professional cooperatives,and put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,such as establishing and perfecting cooperative rules and regulations,financing from multiple channels,introducing technical talents in various ways,breaking the information asymmetry restriction by various means,and giving full play to government functions,aiming to further promote standardized,large-scale,healthy and sustainable development of farmers' professional cooperatives.

产加销一体化经营对农民专业合作社经济绩效的影响机制研究

基于2015-2020年全国30个省(区、市)的合作社数据,采用双向固定效应模型从生产规模和节约交易成本角度分析产加销一体化经营形式对农民专业合作社经济绩效的影响,并进一步对不同地区的合作社进行异质性分析。结果表明:产加销一体化经营通过提高农民专业合作社市场竞争优势从而促进农民专业合作社经济绩效提升;就区域异质性而言,东部和西部地区产加销一体化对合作社经济绩效提升具有促进作用,而中部地区产加销一体化经营对农民专业合作社经济绩效提升无显著的促进作用。因此,现阶段既要重视强化合作社的产加销一体化经营,也要适度扩大合作社产加销一体化服务的广度和深度;既要追求农民专业合作社经济绩效,也要提高社员收入。

乡村振兴视阈下甘肃省农民专业合作社高质量发展研究

加快农业农村现代化进程,是实现中国式现代化的本质要求和必由之路。乡村振兴是解决我国现阶段城乡发展不平衡、农村发展不充分这个社会基本矛盾的战略性举措,产业振兴是促进乡村全面振兴的重要基础和关键抓手,农民专业合作社在促进农业产业发展、带动农民致富方面发挥着重要作用。近年来甘肃省农民专业合作社发展迅速,已成为新阶段新型农业经营主体的主力军,但规模较小、带动力弱的问题比较突出。鉴于此,结合农民合作社规范提质行动,建议通过强化人才引领与产业支撑、完善利益联结机制、建立产业化联合体、推行“村社合一”模式、创新土地流转方式等举措,以有效促进农民合作社高质量发展。

农民专业合作社农地金融的法治保障研究

农民专业合作社农地金融实践的顺利展开,激发了农村土地资本运作功能,是助推农村经济发展、实现乡村振兴的题中应有之义。目前农民专业合作社农地金融的成效不如预期,究其本质原因在于既有立法对于实践探索自发形成的法秩序缺乏有效回应。确保农地金融法律关系主体的金融利益,并促进其所承载的社会公共利益之实现,亟待发挥法律对保障农民专业合作社农地金融实践顺利开展所具有的长效作用。实现农民专业合作社农地金融的法治化,必然要基于农地融资权的社会化向度,以完备农地金融的利益平衡机制为核心任务,以构建农民专业合作社的内部治理结构、完善风险防控和激励保障机制为关键进路。

黑龙江省农民专业合作社水稻供应链模式研究

针对黑龙江省水稻专业合作社自身盈利水平低的问题,进行黑龙江省农民专业合作社水稻供应链现状的问卷调查,运用描述性统计分析方法归纳出四种合作社水稻供应链模式,分别是:资金薄弱型、等待收购型、常规型和盈利能力强型,各种模式均有其相应特征。同时,指出当前黑龙江省农民专业合作社水稻供应链模式存在的问题,并提出相关保障措施。

农民参与合作社意愿的影响因素及其对家庭收入的影响研究——基于辽宁东部山区种植业合作社的证据

在深入调研的基础上,基于有序Logit模型、OLS模型、多元处理效应模型实证分析了辽宁东部山区农户参与合作社意愿的影响因素,探究了不同类型合作社对农户家庭收入的影响差异。基于此,具体提出创新合作机制,丰富联合形式、增强带动能力,激发内生动力、加强制度建设,提升规范水平、聚焦政策引导,优化外部环境、强化指导服务,筑牢制度保障等对策建议。

农民专业合作社对农民收入影响的区域差异及路径研究

在全面推进乡村振兴和加快农业农村现代化过程中,农民专业合作社发挥着重要作用,对农民增收具有积极影响。那么,农民专业合作社对农民收入的影响存在区域差异吗?农民专业合作社对农民收入的影响效应受到什么因素影响?基于30个省份农民专业合作社的数据,使用门槛回归方法,实证分析农民专业合作社对东部、中部和西部地区农民收入的影响差异及其形成路径。结果表明,农民专业合作社对农民收入具有显著的正向促进作用,并且对东部地区的作用效应高于中西部地区。农民专业合作社对农民收入的影响效应受到城镇化水平的影响,随着城镇化进程不断推进则其影响作用逐渐加强。在此基础上,结合东部、中部和西部地区农民专业合作社的不同发展状况提出针对性的对策建议,东部地区农民专业合作社发挥示范作用,中部和西部地区向东部地区学习,提升农民专业合作社的发展水平,进而提高农民专业合作社对农民收入的带动作用。

Evolutionary prisoner's dilemma game on highly clustered community networks

This paper studies the evolutionary prisoner＇s dilemma game on a highly clustered community network in which the clustering coefficient and the community size can be tuned. It finds that the clustering coefficient in such a degree-homogeneous network inhibits the emergence of cooperation for the entire range of the payoff parameter. Moreover, it finds that the community size can also have a marked influence on the evolution of cooperation, with a larger community size leading to not only a lower cooperation level but also a smaller threshold of the payoff parameter above which cooperators become extinct.

Advantages,Difficulties and Countermeasures of Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives Guaranteeing the Quality and Safety of Agricultural Products

Food safety concerns the health of consumers,while quality and safety of agricultural products are the source of food safety,and it is of great significance to ensure the quality and safety of agricultural products.The decentralized production mode of Chinese farmers is the main threat to the source of food production safety in China.In this paper,the advantages of Chinese farmers'professional cooperatives in controlling quality of agricultural products and difficulties in the quality and safety assurance of agricultural products are analyzed.Finally,the guaranteeing measures of the quality and safety of agricultural products by Chinese farmers'professional cooperatives are proposed.

Benefit community promotes evolution of cooperation in prisoners’ dilemma game

Exploring the emergence and maintenance of cooperation in social dilemma is valuable and it arises considerable concerns of many researchers. In this paper, we propose a mechanism to promote cooperation, called benefit community,in which cooperators linking together form a common benefit community and all their payoffs obtained from game are divided coequally. The robustness of conclusions is tested for the PDG(prisoners' dilemma game) on square lattice and WS small world network. We find that cooperation can be promoted by this typical mechanism, especially, it can diffuse and prevail more easily and rapidly on the WS small world network than it on the square lattice, even if a big temptation to defect b. Our research provides a feasible direction to resolve the social dilemma.

Sustainable Development Project for a Suburban Community Located in Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico

Rural-urban development project in an ejidal community (portion of common land several owners) is located in the suburban area of Xalapa, Veracruz, Mexico.The place where the community is located has a lagoon that was contaminated with water lily. Now we want to implement a suburban sustainable development project using ecological and appropriate technologies to the community and the place, taking advantage of that body of water to grow fish and as a recreational area for visitors and thus generating food and economic resources in favor of the community with the food sales, boat rentals and recreational spaces.The project adds to the achievement of 12 of the 17 Sustainable Development Goals of the United Nations Organization.

The Cooperation of Logistics Among European Countries as These Experiences for South East Countries When It Comes to the Establishment of ASEAN Economic Community

The called paper presents logistics cooperation activities in European countries, which are put in the situation of establishment of ASEAN Economic Community, particularly South East countries. This will be considered as the experience in managing by government officers as well as the board management of logistics. The authors＇ methodology is almost descriptive, theoretical analyses. In addition, conducting information-related survey and in-depth interviews by experts will be considered in case of necessary. This paper focuses on Logistic Corporation leading to result in some benefits including bringing on effective in transportation, cutting cost, and saving time; improving the transportation connectivity among countries in ASEAN area; facilitating the construction of infrastructure and legal framework, and assisting to develop regional logistic activity. In this research, the authors focus on analyzing in the period before and after 2015, they attempt to investigate the turning point in the installment of ASEAN Economic Community, including 10 countries with the signed print by the prime minister in these nations. For future research, it is suggested that the cooperation is worth taking into consideration as the innovation related to management activities in microscopes （inside business） as well as macro scopes （countries） in logistics sector. Furthermore, lessons from the success of the European market are the basis foundation for the ASEAN Economic Community in setting up a common market in the field of logistics, shortening time to avoid mistakes and making the intended plan more possible to develop regional logistic activity. Logistic cooperation among nations has played an important and critical role in formation and development of country collaboration, creating the efficiency and capacity of trade among nations of region. Consequently, this paper can provide valuable pointers for shaping AEC.

The global outbreak of COVID-19 has posed a great challenge to the human rights protection.On May 18,2020,the second session of the series of international seminars on"Global Pandemic Prevention and Control and Human Rights Protection",organized by the Institute of Human Rights of China University of Political Science and Law under the guidance of the China Society for Human Rights Studies,was held online.The seminar was themed on the Concept of Building a Community with a Shared Future for Human Beings and International Cooperation on Pandemic Prevention and Control."Through the seminr,Chinese and foreign experts discussed in depth the values of human rights theories,the specific practices and measures taken by China and the European Union in fighting COVID-19,the protection of human rights in emergencies and the issue of human rights derogation.The seminar delivered a general consensus that prejudice should be abandoned in public health emergencies and international cooperation is continuously promoted within the framework of the United Nations to build a community with a shared future for human beings.

乡村振兴背景下女性专业合作社的发展逻辑和路径选择

近年来,农村留守妇女群体涌入乡村社区经济、社会和文化等公共空间,成为乡村振兴的重要参与群体。本文以贵州省黔南、黔东南、黔西南和安顺等地州市的农村女性专业合作社为调研对象,总结了农村女性专业合作社的特点,分析了其助力乡村振兴的逻辑路径,认为乡村振兴必须正确认识和高度重视农村妇女的价值,加强对农村女性合作社的组织化建设。通过案例调研,认为推动农村女性合作社的建立和发展,不仅需要从微观层面上激发农村女性合作社发展的内生动力,更要强调来自中观和宏观层面的强大外部驱动力量。

法社会学视域下农地经营权抵押的现实困境与制度构建

当前,现行法律允许农地经营权抵押,但在现实中,非正式规范因素的制约使得农地经营权抵押难以开展。受“半熟人社会”人际关系制约,个体农户不愿以农地经营权进行抵押贷款;出于营利性考量,金融机构不愿发放以农地经营权作抵押的贷款,致使农地经营权抵押行为仍少有发生。有鉴于此,应当引导社会资本下乡与农民专业合作,建立以农民专业合作社为载体的农地经营权股份化流转机制,以农民专业合作社代替个体农户进行农地经营,参与农地经营权抵押融资。只有这样,才能化解个体农户不贷观念与农业金融服务机构拒贷观念,在减少政府财政支出的同时,促进农地经营权抵押制度落到实处。

互联网背景下农民专业合作社的发展困境及法制对策

农民专业合作社与互联网结合是现代农业生产的新模式。互联网技术有助于提升农业合作社农业产业升级换代,有助于创新合作社科学管理和拓宽合作社的销售和融资渠道。但是合作社面临着基础设施不完善、缺乏法律公共服务体系化建设、合作社管理不适应互联网的规范要求、农产品销售维权意识薄弱、互联网融资的法律风险以及人才保障不足等障碍。转变政府职能加大立法扶持,完善农民专业合作社的互联网法律公共服务,加强特色农产品品牌的维权意识,杜绝合作社互联网管理中的违法行为,最后完善合作社互联网人才的激励和权益保障。

基于熵权TOPSIS的农民专业合作社农超对接绩效评价

根据山西省阳泉市农民专业合作社走访调研的资料,参考平衡计分卡选取农民专业合作社农超对接绩效的评价指标,利用熵权法确定指标权重,结合TOPSIS(technique for order preference by similarity to an ideal solution)模型对合作社参与农超对接的绩效进行评价,并用障碍度模型测算影响农超对接绩效水平的障碍因子。结果表明,阳泉市农民专业合作社参与农超对接绩效水平较低且提升空间巨大,销售培训、销售增长率及技术培训是制约农超对接绩效的主要障碍因子。
