This paper aims to analyze the present conditions of the social responsibility ecosystem in online audiovisual enterprises in the digital age. It focuses on the governance of social responsibility in these enterprises and conducts an in-depth analysis of the problems and influencing factors related to the social responsibility aberrations of online audiovisual enterprises. Drawing upon social responsibility theory and collaborative governance theory, this research constructs a social responsibility guidance and governance system guided by the public, supported by the voluntary fulfillment of responsibilities by online audiovisual enterprises, and based on the collaborative participation of diverse stakeholders. It explores and optimizes the implementation pathways of this system, providing theoretical support and practical guidance for promoting the sustainable development of online audiovisual enterprises. Furthermore, it aims to contribute to the creation of a harmonious Internet ecosystem.

Social Enterprises’Institutional Rationale and Its Inspirations for the Modern Market Economy

This study analyzes the ways in which social enterprises contribute to society’s goals.In the new era of human development,many social problems cannot be resolved without the participation of social enterprises(SEs).The study on these enterprises is of great significance for theoretical research and practical observation.In a modern market economy,SEs have pro-social market vitality and compatibility with the market economy;their action gives a glimpse into the truth of human development.As can be seen from the socio-economic reality,numerous entrepreneurs nurture a desire to run SEs at a certain stage of their career development.The tendency of some entrepreneurs to run SEs is of great significance for this study.Social enterprises are hybrid enterprises as opposed to for-profit enterprises and SEs must address complex problems through organizational and institutional innovations.State owned enterprises(SOEs)and SEs share many topics of research and have much to learn from each other,and a key question for SOE reform is what makes SOEs efficient quasi-social enterprises.Both SOEs and SEs assume a social mandate,and their fulfillment of social responsibilities is underpinned by their economic efficiency(market competitiveness).The theoretical rationale and institutional mechanism of SEs-not least their innovation practice and formation of rules-stem from the relationship and coordination between economic and social exchanges under market-based conditions.Social enterprises focus on altruistic social exchange but need to be supported by a certain economic exchange to finance their operations.The biggest social problem for China is its failure to balance economic and social exchanges,as well as the method of reward.Research on SEs should promote the understanding of these questions and the quest for their solutions.Social enterprises may inspire more enterprises to pursue pro-social innovation and development.

How can social enterprises contribute to sustainable pro-poor tourism development?

"Tourism-Assisting the Poor" has been an important approach in anti-poverty strategy. Studies suggest that the conventional tourism model fails to generate benefits for the poor and to some extent enlarges the gap between the poor and the rich, which subsequently causes more social problems. Pro-poor tourism(PPT) is regarded as an alternative model. Precisely targeted assistance to the poor is the key to initiating this model, while the institutional change and implementation mechanism are essential to run it successfully and sustainably. Social entrepreneurship focusing on social values while adopting modern business philosophy has been introduced recently as an instrument in helping disadvantage population. This paper takes the Smangus community in Taiwan as an example to explore the role of social entrepreneurship and social enterprises in PPT development. It also discusses their implications for the anti-poverty practice in other regions including ethnic areas in China.

Enterprise innovation, corporate social responsibility and their interactive relationship: A review

Under the new normal economic growth, lack of motivation, structural imbalances in the economy, the shortage of resources, resource utilization inefficiency, environmental damage and other issues have become increasingly prominent, enterprises as the carrier of economy is one of the root of the problem. Research on enterprise innovation and corporate social responsibility issues, it is conducive to the development of enterprise itself and the transformation of Chinese economy. This paper reviewed the research status of relationships between innovation and corporate social responsibility, through comb the aspects of the definitions and evolution of enterprise innovation and social responsibility, also include both the relationship and the new way(responsible innovation) of combination of them, we found the presence of index system is not perfect, and lack of in-depth comprehensive study and opportunities for future research is prospected.

Impact of State-Owned Capital Participation on ESG Performance of Private Enterprises

As global investors and stakeholders increasingly prioritize environmental,social,and governance(ESG)performance,corporate social responsibility and sustainability have become crucial factors in determining corporate success.In the context of China’s robust economy,the involvement of state-owned capital exerts a profound impact on the ESG performance of private enterprises.This paper,starting from the perspective of ESG,analyzes how state-owned capital participation influences the ESG performance of private enterprises.Additionally,it proposes recommendations for the involvement of state-owned enterprises in private enterprises,aiming to foster the sustainable development of private enterprises and enhance their social responsibility.

Forestry industry plays a key role in regulating climate and promoting sustainable development of society.Environmental responsibility is the key part of social responsibilities of forestry enterprises.Based on the particularity of forestry industry,the framework of social responsibility reports of forestry enterprises is provided,and major topics of social responsibilities followed by forestry enterprises are analyzed.Meanwhile,the core values of social responsibilities of forestry enterprises are pointed out.It is proposed that the social responsibility reports of forestry enterprises should involve the responsibility to shareholders and creditors,the responsibility to suppliers,customers and consumers,the responsibility to employees,the responsibility to the environment,and the responsibility to communities and charity behavior.

Social-enterprise-oriented Innovative Mode of Rural Micro-finance

The rural micro-financial innovation is necessary because the traditional regular financial institutions can not satisfy peasant households' demand of small-sum(or petty)loan and the support of present small-sum loan companies is limited for rural financial development.Taking Fuping Petty Loan Company as an example,we analyzed characteristics,reasonableness and continuity of social enterprise type peasant household petty loan mode.It is believed that this mode has enormous vitality in rural areas and has great promotion value.Petty loan companies have both internal and external shortages in their current development.We put forward countermeasures and suggestions for rural micro-financial innovation from legal status confirmation,fund supply and loan product innovation.

Evaluation Items for Community-Based Health Care Focusing on Social Aspects: A Literature Review

The progressive aging of society has become a global concern, and is expected to lead to the development of effective, sustainable, person-centered, integrated community-based care systems. However, there is insufficient evidence regarding effective integrated community-based care. In particular, few studies have focused on social aspects of the community environment related to elderly health. This study aimed to consider social aspects as evaluation items, focusing particularly on social determinants from the perspective of community-dwelling people, to explore truly effective integrated community-based care to improve elderly health. The definition of social determinants means social cohesion in social and community contexts. A literature review of English articles published in peer-reviewed journals up to October 2019 was conducted using PubMed, MEDLINE, and CINAHL with the following search terms: “social cohesion,” “elderly health,” “mental health” and “community.” Identified articles were screened based on title and abstract, and selected articles were subjected to full-text assessment and critical review. All references cited in the selected articles were also reviewed. The following inclusion criteria were used: 1) studies targeting community-dwelling elderly people or community-dwelling people including elderly people as participants;2) studies with clear descriptions of social factors in the Methods section;and 3) studies with clear descriptions of health-related items in the Methods section. From the 21 articles analyzed, of which 9 articles defined social determinants as social cohesion in social and community context, 37 items were extracted as social aspects at the community level that reflect the perspective of residents. These items can be developed as evaluation items for community-based health care outcomes through consensus among community health care providers and further investigation.

Influences of Institutional Pressures on Corporate Social Performance： Empirical Analysis on the Panel Data of Chinese Power Generation Enterprises

Institutional theory has proved the influence of institutional pressures on organization practices and structures. Meanwhile, with the soaring use of corporate social performance （CSP）, more researchers are focusing on exploring the relationship between institution pressures and CSP which is still not completely understood yet. Against this background, the paper aims to fill the gap through generally hypothesizing that different types of institutional pressures individually and collectively affect CSP via the mediating effect of corporate environmental strategy. First, based on the previous and extensive literature review, the theoretical framework and research hypotheses are constructed. Next, canonical correlation analysis about the panel data of 51 Chinese large-scale power generation enterprises from 2004 to 2009 is made to test the relevant hypotheses. Finally, based on the data analysis results, the study draws some conclusions and policy implications for promoting the CSP of Chinese enterprises, including enhancing the steering function of government policies and industry regulations and emphasizing the intermediary role of media.

Empirical Study on the Relation between Enterprise Social Responsibility and Financial Capability

The consciousness ofenterprise social responsibility in our country is weaker at present. Many enterprises are unwilling to make a commitment to social responsibility, even consider that fulfilling their social responsibility goes against the improvement of enterprise performance. The Road to the Integration of International Migrants： The Case of the Work Integration Social Enterprises

This paper reports some first results obtained from a study conducted on work integration social enterprises （WISEs） in the framework of the social and solidarity economy （SSE） and the integration of international migrants. WISEs, as hybrid transit companies, go beyond a pure economic rationale, enabling labor and social inclusion for disadvantaged groups, international migrants included, through an insertion process in a real job performance environment. Therefore, WISEs should be understood as valuable mechanisms for achieving optimal levels of personal empowerment and social and labor integration in their active use and enhancement of these employees＇ capacities and competences. All of these aspects of WISEs have an impact on social justice in helping construct a more inclusive growth and society and foster the integration of international migrants.

The Effect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Employees＇ Organizational Commitment in High-tech Enterprises of Jiangsu Province--Based on the Mediating Role of Regulatory Focus

With China＇s rapid economic development, corporate social responsibility （CSR） plays greater impact on its direct stakeholder employees＇ organizational commitment （EOC）. A questionnaire survey was conducted on 426 employees of high-tech enterprises within Jiangsu Province. Multiple regression method was used to test the hypothesis based on the questionnaire reliability and validity analysis. The results show that the four dimensions of CSR including employees responsibility, products responsibility, environment responsibility and charitable responsibility have positive effect on the affective commitment;while the continuance commitment might be more influenced by the environment and charitable responsibility. The regulatory focus plays a moderate effect between CSR and EOC. Promote regulatory focus have positive impact on affective commitment and negative impact on continuance commitment. Defense regulatory focus is just on the opposite.

Research on the Impact of Social Credit Improvement on the Debt Financing of Agricultural Enterprises

This study takes China’s A-shares agricultural companies as the research subjects and examines the influence of social credit environment on the debt financing of agricultural enterprises.This study has found that the improvement of social credit environment can significantly increase the debt financing scale of agricultural enterprises.After a placebo test,the replacement of explained variables,and the control of industry fixed effects,the results obtained are still significant.The mechanism test found that the scale of the enterprise has a complete intermediary effect;that is,the social credit environment can increase the scale of external financing of agricultural enterprises by increasing the scale of the enterprise.This article focuses on the impact of informal institutions on corporate debt financing,which is conducive to enriching relevant research on agricultural enterprises and has important practical significance for promoting the development of the agricultural industrial chain as well as“village revitalization.”

Research on Corporate Social Responsibility Evaluation Based on Improved CRITIC-TOPSIS—A Case Study of Listed Companies in China’s Pharmaceutical Distribution Industry

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) has garnered considerable attention from countries, institutions, enterprises and social groups. However, the lack of research on CSR evaluation system for industries has impeded its development and construction across various industries. Therefore, given the close association of pharmaceutical distribution enterprises with personal health, there exists a pressing need to explore the CSR in this domain. This paper establishes a CSR evaluation index system for pharmaceutical distribution enterprises, employing a combination of documentary analysis and in-depth interviews. This index system comprises 7 CSR criterion layers (e.g., responsible governance and employee responsibility) and 56 index layers. 25 listed companies in China’s pharmaceutical distribution industry are chosen as research objects, and this study also establishes an evaluation model for the CSR of pharmaceutical distribution companies through the improved Criteria Importance Though Intercrieria Correlation (CRITIC) method combined with The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) method. The empirical analysis reveals that the responsible governance criterion layer and the social development criterion layer demonstrate the best performance, while the supplier, customer and patient responsibility criterion layer exhibit the worst performance.

Consolidating Contestation and Conflict through Community-Based Adaptation (CBA)

This article, based on fieldwork in Ghana, Burkina Faso and Kenya, provides an overview of different types of climate change adaptation interventions that are currently being implemented to enhance local community’s adaptive capacity and resilience. We show that CBA interventions, whilst measurably successful from the interventionist perspective, are often structured to cause new scarcities, competing claims and ultimately, various forms and intensities of conflict. We conclude that, instead of targeting “communities” or other groups of “beneficiaries”, the inter-connectedness of multiple (and at times competing) social groups (men and women, the elderly and youth, hunters, loggers, pastoralists and sedentary crop farmers etc.) in relation to the use and distribution of natural resources should be the point of departure for strengthening resilience and adaptive capacity.

An empirical research on driving factors of CSR of foreignfunded enterprises from the perspective of ecological civilization

The significance of the construction of ecological civilization lies not only in the protection and management of the ecological environment in China, but also in the improvement of people's awareness of the protection of the natural environment and the unique understanding of the relationship between man and man, society and man and nature, the deep analysis of the relationship between between economic development and environmental protection. Taking the ecological civilization as the angle of view, taking 20 foreign-funded enterprises in Hohhot, Baotou, Erdos and Chifeng of Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region as the research object, using the questionnaire method, the basic data of the enterprises are analyzed by mathematical statistics. The conclusion is that the driving factors of the basic social responsibility of the foreign-funded enterprises mainly come from the requirements of relevant laws and regulations. The main driving force of the medium-level corporate responsibility comes from the promotion of corporate brand image, and the main driving force of corporate responsibility comes from obtaining legal business.

企业社交媒体使用与员工行为及心理结果间关系的元分析

作为一种内部沟通与协作的工具,企业社交媒体的使用如何影响员工绩效、工作满意度和工作/生活冲突等一直是企业界与学术界关注的焦点,但相关研究并未得到一致的结论。本文采用元分析方法,基于自2006年“企业2.0”的概念被提出到2021年6月间的54篇中英文实证研究文献,探究企业社交媒体使用对员工任务绩效、创新绩效、工作满意度、工作投入、组织承诺、工作/生活冲突及情绪耗竭这些行为与心理结果变量的影响及其中潜在的调节变量。元分析结果显示:(1)企业社交媒体使用与员工的任务绩效和创新绩效分别有中等强度和高度的正相关关系;(2)企业社交媒体使用与员工的工作满意度、工作投入、组织承诺、工作/生活冲突和情绪耗竭有弱正相关关系;(3)员工使用企业社交媒体的目的是调节企业社交媒体的使用与员工个体结果关系的关键变量,社交媒体类型、国家地域文化和员工职位也会对变量间的关系具有不同程度的调节作用。本文结论对调和以往不一致的研究结果、全面认识企业社交媒体使用行为对员工行为和心理结果变量的影响机理、科学制定企业社交媒体管理决策具有重要意义。
