It is the matter for achievement of the low carbon transport system that the excessive use of private vehicles can be controlled appropriately.Not only improvement of service level of modes except private vehicle,but also consciousness for environmental problem of individual trip maker is important for eco-commuting promotion.On the other hand,consciousness for environment would be changed by influence of other person.Accordingly,it is aimed in the study that the structure of decision-making process for modal shift to the eco-commuting mode in the local city is described considering environmental consciousness and social interaction.For the purpose,the consciousness for the environment problem and the travel behavior of the commuter at the suburban area in the local city are investigated by the questionnaire survey.The covariance structure about the eco-consciousness is analyzed with the database of the questionnaire survey by structural equation modeling.As the result,it can be confirmed with the structural equation model that the individual environmental consciousness is strongly related with the intention of self-sacrifice and is influenced with the local interaction of the individual connections.On the other hand,the intention of modal shift for the commuting mode is analyzed with the database of the questionnaire survey.It can be found out that the environmental consciousness is not statistically significant for commuting mode choice with the present poor level of service of public transport.However,the intention of self-sacrifice for the prevention of the global warming is statistically confirmed as the factor of modal shift with the operation of eco-commuting bus service with the RP/SP integrated estimation method.As the result,the multi-agent simulation system with social interaction model for eco consciousness is developed to measure the effect of the eco-commuting promotion.For the purpose,the carbon dioxide emission is estimated based on traffic demand and road network condition in the traffic environment model.On the other hand,the relation between agents is defined based on the small world network.The proposed multi-agent simulation is applied to measure the effect of the eco-commuting promotion such as improvement of level of service on the public transport or education of eco-consciousness.The effect of the promotion plan can be observed with the proposed multi-agent system.Finally,it can be concluded that the proposed multi-agent simulation with social interaction for eco-consciousness is useful for planning of eco-commuting promotion. 展开更多

With the development of power systems,a large number of shunt capacitors are used to improve power quality in the distribution network.The shunt capacitor banks are operated much frequently,as a result,the capacitor banks will bear large numbers of over-voltage inevitably.If the over-voltage exceeds certain amplitude,the capacitor will be damaged.This paper aims at the capacitor banks in the 35 kV side of Shanghai Xu-xing 500 kV substation,and applies ATP-EMTP to simulate the over-voltages generated by operating the switches under different angles of the source.Finally,according to the results of simulation and theoretical analysis,a best choice(i.e.angles of the source) to switch on capacitor banks is proposed.In this case the over-voltage on the capacitor will be limited to lowest. 展开更多

The topology of switch module and the structure of the SSB are proposed. Firstly, to the IGCT’s over-voltage sensitivity problem, a new technique of reducing the over-voltage is introduced, which releases the elect romantics energy of faulty line by a capacitive current branch to reduce the amplitude of over-voltage. Secondly, the principle of over-voltage suppression with current release branch is analyzed, and the overall control scheme of solid- state breaker is put forward. Finally, the simulation results also demonstrate its obvious effectiveness in over-voltage suppression after adding a current release branch into the SSB. 展开更多

Study on Over-Voltage of 220 kV Transformer's Neutrals and Protection Strategy

In order to limit short-circuit current and satisfy the need of relay setting, only part of the 220 kV power transformer is grounded, so on the neutrals of ungrounded transformers will appear the over-voltage. Currently the value of over-voltage on transformer neutral point and the corresponding protection strategy is based on theoretical formula. This article uses the PSCAD/EMTDC software to calculate the over-voltage on the neutral point of 4 ungrounded power transformers in Chongqing 220 kV power grid. The result shows that the power frequency transient over-voltage on the neutrals may reach 178 kV. If the single-phase grounding fault occurs in ungrounded power system, the power frequency over-voltage on the neutrals will be more serious and rise to 138.6 kV. Non-full phase operation may cause serious ferro-resonance over-voltage on the neutrals of no-load transformer, which may last for seconds and may rise to 723.7 kV, causing serious threat to the transformer neutrals and line-side equipment. The article also studies the gap parameter which should be taken on the neutrals of 220 kV transformers at the end. 展开更多

短距离通勤在交通活动中占据相当的比例,其通勤方式选择存在一定弹性。街道作为承载短距离通勤活动的空间,其建成环境可能对通勤方式选择产生一定影响。文章借助随机森林算法测度街道建成环境对短距离通勤方式选择的影响,识别出建成环... 短距离通勤在交通活动中占据相当的比例,其通勤方式选择存在一定弹性。街道作为承载短距离通勤活动的空间,其建成环境可能对通勤方式选择产生一定影响。文章借助随机森林算法测度街道建成环境对短距离通勤方式选择的影响,识别出建成环境要素的影响梯度及作用曲线,并基于此评估在武汉市主城区内每条街道上,不同短距离通勤方式的选择倾向。结果表明:街道网络特征、断面及景色特征等均对短距离通勤方式选择产生了重要影响;相同街道建成环境对各类通勤方式选择的影响并不一致;在公园绿地附近、住区或商业中心等不同城市区域的街道上,短距离通勤方式的选择倾向存在差异。结论可为绿色出行导向下的街道更新及规划设计提供参考。 展开更多

研究家长接送方式选择的影响因素,对于早晚高峰交通出行政策的制定具有重要意义.考虑家长、学生的个人属性与家庭属性,以及后续行程目的、生理成本与延误时间等出行属性因素,基于多项logit(multinomial logit,MNL)模型分析对于家长接送... 研究家长接送方式选择的影响因素,对于早晚高峰交通出行政策的制定具有重要意义.考虑家长、学生的个人属性与家庭属性,以及后续行程目的、生理成本与延误时间等出行属性因素,基于多项logit(multinomial logit,MNL)模型分析对于家长接送学生交通方式选择的影响因素,并通过中国海宁市居民出行数据进行验证.研究结果表明,家长年龄越大,选择步行接送的可能性越大;学生性别对于家长接送方式的选择没有显著影响;家长性别和学生年龄对接送方式具有显著影响,其中,女性接送者更偏向于选择非机动车接送,学生年龄越小,家长更偏向于选择非机动车接送;后续行程目的为上班的家长更偏向于选择机动车接送;小汽车接送者的接送时间相对较长,但该接送方式承担的生理成本和延误时间相对较少;电动车接送者承担的生理成本和时间成本都较低.依据研究结果,从家庭、学校和交通管制等维度对学生通学出行提出相关改善建议,能够为相关部门从学生通学的角度制定交通规划管理政策、方案提供指导. 展开更多

集成门极换流晶闸管(IGCT)的关断能力高度依赖其门极驱动单元的换流能力,为了提高其换流能力,限制杂散电感是关键。分析了影响关断电路中杂散电感的主要因素,提出了抑制和减小电路杂散电感的方法,采用此方法将关断回路总杂散电感从13.6... 集成门极换流晶闸管(IGCT)的关断能力高度依赖其门极驱动单元的换流能力,为了提高其换流能力,限制杂散电感是关键。分析了影响关断电路中杂散电感的主要因素,提出了抑制和减小电路杂散电感的方法,采用此方法将关断回路总杂散电感从13.6 nH降低到4.7 nH,最终达到3.5 nH,使门极电流峰值和上升率分别达到-6 120 A和-5 720 A/μs,满足4 500 V/4 000 A IGCT的驱动电路关断能力的要求。对环绕型关断电路的杂散电感进行详细划分和测量,针对采集的各部分电感分布量进行分析,结果对更高电流容量IGCT驱动电路板的设计有重要的参考价值。 展开更多

针对120°导电型逆变器中晶闸管的强迫换流过程复杂,传统硬件实验无法完成测试的现状,研究了晶闸管强迫换流虚拟仿真实验的建模方法。该方法利用Simulink工具箱搭建晶闸管三相桥式串联二极管式电流型逆变器实验模型,仿真分析了交流... 针对120°导电型逆变器中晶闸管的强迫换流过程复杂,传统硬件实验无法完成测试的现状,研究了晶闸管强迫换流虚拟仿真实验的建模方法。该方法利用Simulink工具箱搭建晶闸管三相桥式串联二极管式电流型逆变器实验模型,仿真分析了交流电动机反电动势和漏阻抗对换流过程产生的影响、换流二极管的临界导通条件和换流电容的充放电过程,测试了反电动势负载条件下三相全桥电流型逆变器的谐波影响。仿真结果表明,该模型能够直观和真实地反映逆变器中晶闸管的强迫换流过程,提供了有效的虚拟仿真实验教学资源。 展开更多
