According to the announcement, the project wluld be located in the Leling Chemical Industry Park of Dezhou city, Shandong province. The project would be built into two phases. The first phase is planned to cover a total area of 100 mu with a total construction area of 30,000 square meters. The first phase project includes seven production lines of three sectors referring to ultra high purity rare metals and compounds, rare earth functional materials and high-end crystal materials and devices.
