Feasible and effic...The three aspects of construction, investment and operation belong to systematic projects of smart cities. Smart cities could not be fully accomplished merely with any single aspect being well done. Feasible and efficient models lay the foundation to set up modern smart cities. Standardized models arouse various intellectualized conceptions, and fulfill concrete practices. Reasonable operation modes make smart city system to be organic and dynamic, so that various intelligent attributes of smart cities would be fully exerted. The operation process promotes sustainable development of smart cities, on the condition of which intelligentized services be provided to urban residents. This aspect accounts for different results of different cases at home and abroad. By comparing different operation modes of smart city construction at home and abroad, this thesis focuses on backgrounds, contents and successful operations of typical urban constructions. Several chief operation modes of foreign smart city constructions are researched, thus provids references for the construction of smart cities in China, so that innovations of operation and management modes of smart cities in China are expected to occur, and hence push forward construction and development of smart cities in China.展开更多
