复方苦参注射液联合替吉奥(S-1)治疗老年中晚期胃癌的近期疗效及生存期观察

目的:分析老年中晚期胃癌治疗中,复方苦参注射液联合S-1的近期治疗效果及对生存情况的影响。方法:选择80例老年中晚期胃癌患者作为研究对象,随机将患者分为对照组及治疗组,每组40例。对照组接受S-1药物治疗,治疗组接受复方苦参注射液联合S-1治疗。对比两组治疗效果,并对两组随访生存情况进行分析。结果:在完成6个疗程治疗后,治疗组总有效率及疾病总控制率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。同时,在6个疗程治疗期间,两组间Ⅱ级及以上发生率比较,未见统计学差异(P>0.05)。治疗组生存期及中位总生存期均高于对照组。结论:老年中晚期胃癌接受S-1治疗的同时应用复方苦参注射液,可改善近期治疗效果,延长患者的生存期。

基于GAS量表评分Wilson病中西医结合长期驱铜治疗疗效的多中心研究

目的:观察多中心Wilson病(WD)患者在中西医结合长期驱铜治疗前后WD综合评定量表(GlobleAsessmentScale,GAS)各项目评分的改变并评估其疗效,为建立疗效好、不良反应小的WD长期综合治疗方案提供循证医学依据。方法:参与研究的4个中心共纳入1001例WD确诊患者,随机分成青霉胺(PCA)组、二巯基丁二酸(DMSA)组、肝豆片组和中西医结合组(肝豆片+PCA/DMSA)4组(各组按1︰1︰1︰3平行设计,各组的条件除了治疗方案不同外,其他条件完全相同)。在首次入院时、维持治疗1年时(第2次入院时)、维持治疗2年时(第3次入院时)进行GAS量表各项目(GAS-L、C、M、O项目及神经功能)评分,通过治疗前后自身比较及组间比较,评估各组患者的疗效。结果:各治疗组WD患者GAS各项目评分均较治疗前明显降低,在维持治疗2年时的疗效较维持治疗1年时更为明显,尤以中西医结合组评分改善最显著。结论:4种长期驱铜治疗方法均可改善WD患者的病情,中西医结合长期驱铜治疗的疗效更为显著,是目前WD患者长期治疗最有效的方案。

Research Progress on TCM Treatment of Behcet's Disease

Behcet's disease is a vasculitis disease involving multiple systems,and its pathogenesis is still unclear.The paper discusses the research progress on the treatment of Behcet's disease in traditional Chinese medicine and integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine.The clinical efficacy of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of Behcet's disease is significantly better than that of Western medicine alone,which is worthy of further research.

Analysis of Clinical Evaluation of Response to Treatment of Parkinson's Disease with Integrated Chinese and Western Medicine Therapy

Objective： To analyze the clinical evaluation of Parkinson＇s disease （PD） patients receiving integrated Chinese and Western medicine therapy. Methods： One hundred and twenty patients were enrolled and randomly allocated to a control group or treatment group. Patients in the two groups received placebo and Bushen Huoxue Granule （补肾活血颗粒, BHG）, respectively. Both groups received baseline levodopa and benserazide （Madopar）. The effects of treatment were assessed monthly during the 9-month treatment. Means of evaluation included Unified PD Rating Scale （UPDRS） scores （Ⅱ and Ⅲ）, sleep scale score, 10 m turn back test （getting up time, 10 m × 2 times, and turning time）, timing motor test （TMT）-Ieft and TMT-right, which were treated as the dependent variables; and age, sex, duration of PD, Hoehn and Yahr （H-Y） stage and Madopar dosage of admitted PD patients were as the independent variables. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze these factors. Results： H-Y stage significantly affected UPDRSⅡ score, UPDRS Ⅲ score, and getting up time （P〈0.01）. Madopar dosage and H-Y stage significantly affected the 10 m × 2 times （P〈0.05 or P〈0.01）. Madopar dosage significantly affected the sleep scale score （P〈0.05）. There were also significant correlations between age and TMT-left or TMT-right （P〈0.01）, and duration of PD and TMT-right （P〈0.05）. Conclusions： The six assessed means of clinical evaluation （including UPDRS Ⅱ and UPDRS Ⅲ scores, sleep scale score, getting up time, 10 m × 2 times, and turning time） are sensitive indexes in all PD patients. H-Y stage and Madopar dosage are the major factors influencing means of clinical assessment of PD treatment.

Mao Zedong＇s Dialectics in the Comparative Perspective of Chinese and Western Modes of Thinking

As the outcome of the encounter of Chinese and Western cultures and modes of thinking, Mao Zedong＇s dialectics contains considerable elements of traditional Chinese dialectics. Mao advocated differentiation between principal and secondary contradictions and between the principal and secondary aspects of a contradiction; but more importantly, he also emphasized that each can transform into its opposite under certain conditions and attached considerable importance to the ＂quintessence＂ of a contradiction, ideas which are alien to traditional Western dialectics. This makes Mao＇s dialectics distinctive, so that it constitutes a model of the integration （not without tension） of Chinese and Western patterns of thinking. A deeper understanding of this model will be of great benefit to the revival and development of contemporary Chinese philosophy.

中西医结合治疗贝尔氏面瘫

目的 评定中西医结合治疗Bell′s面瘫的临床疗效。方法 83例Bell′s面瘫患者随机分为试验组 (5 4例 )和对照组 (2 9例 )。两组患者均采用药物、针刺、理疗进行治疗 ;试验组在此基础上增加按摩与功能训练 ;两组疗效均采用Portmann简易评分法评分 ,评价疗效。结果 治疗前评分试验组为 2 90 7± 1 794 ,对照组为 2 931± 2 0 34,治疗后评分试验组为 18 5 93± 1 74 3,对照组为 9 86 2± 3 0 91。试验组面肌功能评分及面肌功能改善指数明显高于对照组 (P <0 0 1)。结论 中西结合治疗Bell′s面瘫有明显的康复疗效 ;面肌功能评定能客观地反应患者治疗前后面肌运动功能改善情况 ,量化地评价Bell′s面瘫患者的治疗效果。

中药抗颤宁治疗帕金森病60例临床观察

目的观察中药抗颤宁治疗帕金森病的临床疗效。方法选择帕金森患者60例,随机分为治疗组30例和对照组28例,治疗组给予中药抗颤宁和西药美多芭,对照组单用美多芭,疗程均为2个月,用国际统一帕金森病评定量表(UPDRS)对两组患者用药前后症状体征进行评分;观察两组患者非运动症状,包括失眠、排便障碍、多汗、精神障碍、疲乏、不明原因疼痛、认知功能障碍等症状的发生率。结果治疗组用药前后UPDRS评分差较对照组大,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后治疗组非运动症状中失眠、排便障碍、多汗、疲乏发生率与对照组治疗后比较,差异有统计学意义;精神障碍、不明原因的疼痛、认知功能障碍较对照组有所降低,但差异无统计学意义。结论中药抗颤宁可明显改善帕金森患者的运动症状,同时对于多数非运动症状如失眠、排便障碍、多汗、疲乏均有明显改善作用。

中西医结合治疗阿尔茨海默病疗效的meta分析

目的评价中西医联合治疗阿尔茨海默病的疗效是否优于单一疗法。方法计算机检索CNKI、Wanfang、VIP数据库,纳入所有关于阿尔茨海默病/老年痴呆的随机对照试验,并对纳入文献进行质量评价。数据统计分析采用RevMan5.0软件进行。结果共纳入15个随机对照试验(RCT),其中对照组为单纯服用西药的RCT为13个,患者共计937例;对照组为单纯服用中药的RCT为2个,患者共计87例。Meta分析结果显示:与对照组比较,中药和西药联合治疗阿尔茨海默病的疗效优于任一单一疗法。结论中西医联合治疗阿尔茨海默病的疗效优于单一中药或西药疗法。

从2010女排世锦赛单项技术统计看中国女排的优势与不足

通过对2010年女排世锦赛前12名队伍的得分情况和中国女排11场比赛的得分情况进行分类统计,并结合各单项技术统计进行综合分析,探讨中国女排在各项技术得分方面与其他各队相比的优势与不足,结果表明:中国女排的主动得分能力较弱;扣球得分率较低;拦网方面优劣势共存;整体发球水平一般;一传不够稳定等。从总体上看,中国女排的整体实力在下滑。
