Research on the Cultivation Model of Innovative and Entrepreneurial Talents with New Technology Use in Higher Education Institutions

The issue of new technology applications in education is a worldwide concern.Following a thorough review of current studies,this paper believes that new technology in a broad sense has"hard technology"(referring to new inventions,discoveries,and creations that can be practically operated and applied)and"soft technology"(generally referring to technology formed in all industry fields in response to new changes,new markets,new industries,and new business models,such as innovative marketing models,new team building,and management strategizing,cultural and creative skills,etc.),with distinctive and external and internal connotations.In a narrow sense,new technology refers to the most recent and cutting-edge technology in a particular industry field.There are also definitions that are based on their applicability,such as referring to new operation methods as new technologies.The premise of how to precisely implement new technology application education in higher education is to understand how students in higher education institutions think.For this reason,this study takes senior graduate students as its target,and through the statistics and analysis of survey data,we get three results.First,education featuring applications of new technology proves highly compelling,particularly given its importance in graduates'career development,thus garnering support;second,such education is both conceptual and practice-based;third,education concerned with the application of new technologies can be carried out in any major,both in engineering and non-engineering disciplines,with different requirements for educational content and technical skills according to the varying disciplines.Based on the investigation and analysis,we propose solutions and recommend methods of applying new applications in higher education.

Exploration and Practice of the Cultivation Model for Top Undergraduate Talents Based on Subject Contests in the AI Era

With the rise of artificial intelligence and the rapid development of industrial applications based on deep learning,the demand for innovative and practical talents is rapidly increased.The cultivation of talents in computer discipline has attracted a lot of attention from universities,research institutions,and Internet giants.Subject contests play a crucial role in cultivating top undergraduate talents.This paper proposes a cultivation model that takes the industry application of deep learning as the background,and guides students to learn,practice,and innovate incrementally from machine learning application to deep learning application by participating in subject contests.It aims to help undergraduates to master the cutting-edge technologies and applications,and ultimately cultivate top,innovative,and practical undergraduate talents in the computer field in the era of artificial intelligence.

In today’s world,the competition of comprehensive national strength is becoming increasingly fierce,and the status and role of culture is becoming increasingly prominent.In the context of multicultural and civilized exchanges and mutual learning,it is becoming more and more important to strengthen cultural self-confidence and have good cross-cultural skills.This paper points out that the training model of cross-cultural competence should be constructed from the theoretical and practical levels,and the concept of cross-cultural competence should be redefined,that is,cross-cultural knowledge at the cognitive level,language integration at the functional level,creativity and initiative at the behavioral level,and sense of responsibility and speculative consciousness in cross-cultural communication.Expand students’international vision and knowledge structure,develop critical thinking,and effectively cultivate their awareness and ability of cross-cultural communication in real situations.

Exploration and Practice of Student Engineering Competency Training in University-Industry Collaboration Model

Engineering competency is a basic and important quality of being an engineer,but it is one of the weak points in today’s higher engineering education.Taking industrial development needs as the goal of personnel training and focusing on the cultivation of engineering competency,the authors design an integrated practical teaching system,which is based on the requirements for engineering and technical professionals and the characteristics of Qingdao University of Science and Technology(QUST).The system adopts a“project driven”teaching method and a“swimming poolTM”training mode and establishes a teaching,administration,feedback and evaluation platform consistent with the implementation of this practical teaching mode,so as to ensure the quality of engineering and technical professionals training in an in-depth university-industry collaboration mode.

Comparative Study of Internationalized Talent Cultivation Models in International Higher Education Programs

The internationalization of talent cultivation in the field of international higher education is a widely discussed topic among higher education institutions worldwide.This paper conducts a comparative study of domestic and foreign higher education institutions and identifies some differences in the internationalization of talent cultivation among different countries and regions.Firstly,the study summarizes the changes in talent cultivation through domestic study abroad programs and overseas study programs.Then,this paper introduces the“Knowledge-Practice-Research”international talent cultivation model in China and the international talent cultivation model in Japan as an example.Finally,this study compares the international talent cultivation models in domestic and foreign higher education institutions.The results indicate that the internationalization of talent cultivation models needs to be adjusted according to different training objectives,specific countries,and even regional circumstances to adapt to local characteristics and the international environment.Overall,different countries and regions have different emphases and characteristics in the internationalization of talent cultivation in higher education institutions.However,regardless of the country,higher education institutions should focus on enhancing students’international perspectives and cross-cultural communication skills to adapt to the globalized economic and social environment.

Suggestions for recommending talents to ISO Central Secretariat

Training and sending talents to international organizations are of great significance for countries to participate in global governance.The standards set by the International Organization for Standardization(ISO),the Largest and most prestigious international standardization organization in the world,are referred to as the"passport"to international trade and have a significant influence on the growth of the world’s economy and social system.This paper introduces the recruitment mechanism of the ISO Central Secretariat(ISO/CS),and discusses the existing problems of China’s international talent cultivation and provides suggestions on how to cultivate and send experts to work at ISO.

Research on Teaching Reform of Basic Medical Courses in Comprehensive Universities Oriented Towards“Clinical Competency”

Through this study,we aim to construct a teaching model for basic medical courses that enhances“clinical competency.”We explore the optimal methods and pathways for the organic integration of exam-oriented teaching and professional teaching,optimize teaching efficiency,improve teaching quality and educational effectiveness,and provide theoretical support for the cultivation of clinical medical talents in China.The goal is to establish a talent cultivation objective oriented towards“clinical competency,”promote the teaching reform of basic medical courses in comprehensive universities,facilitate the transition of basic medical course teaching from“teacher knowledge presentation”to“student knowledge construction,”and cultivate high-quality medical talents with clinical competency.

系统观视域下新时代我国竞技体育后备人才多元培养困境与优化策略

借助新时代党的系统观理念,对当前我国竞技体育后备人才多元培养动向、特征及其现实困境进行分析,并提出优化策略。结果表明:体教系统各级学校高水平运动队建设规模大幅增长,部分运动项目已形成涵盖11~19岁范围的竞赛体系,体教系统U系列立体竞赛网络初步形成,社会多系统合作普遍展开。以环境适应需要、赛事平台引领和资源优势推动的多元培养模式逐渐成形,但仍面临人才培养提质增效有待加强、竞技体育多元价值挖掘不足、人才培养环节衔接亟待优化等困境。优化策略:加快多元培养新模式建设,完善多系统协同共促机制;提升赛事平台规模与质量,带动竞技体育多元价值转化;增强多主体利益共识,发挥各系统资源优势,进而有效推动后备人才培养规模和质量的双提升。

信息资源管理学科标准化人才培养模式研究——以“N+2+3”培养模式为例

信息资源管理学科与标准化领域关联密切,随着信息产业规模的不断扩大,标准化工作的重要性在信息资源管理领域逐渐凸显。本文旨在基于当前标准化人才培养的经验,优化信息资源管理标准化人才的培养模式。通过文献研究、网络调查对国内外人才培养的现状进行调查;采用访谈法和参与式观察对信息资源管理标准化人才培养的典型案例进行实地调研,继而进行案例分析。该典型案例中,信息资源管理标准化人才培养采用“N+2+3”模式,即“标准驱动、两层培育、三维协同”。通过比较该模式与国内外标准化人才培养的经验,发现该模式存在教学主体不够多元、忽略产业和市场需求的问题。基于此提出了优化模型,以促进更加全面的信息资源管理标准化人才培养。

《学前教育专业认证标准》与《学前教育专业教学标准》是深化高等职业院校学前教育专业人才培养方案改革的重要依据,将二者落实于人才培养具体措施中是新时代学前教育专业建设的内在诉求,为充分把握专业认证标准与专业教学标准的内涵,优化人才培养方案,促进高等职业院校学前教育专业“内涵发展、质量提升”,需要通过构建专业建设指导与融合平台、建立教师专业发展中心平台以及依据标准重构人才培养方案,协同推动学前教育专业质量提升。

中国数据新闻人才培养路径研究

实施国家文化数字化战略是推动文化强国建设的重要举措,而高质量数字化人才建设是教育强国、文化强国建设的重要基础和关键支撑。在数据新闻发展和人才培养现状基础上,结合胜任力理论和模型,通过问卷调查和实证研究的方法,构建一套多层级、细粒度的数据新闻人才岗位胜任力量化等级模型,根据该模型指标体系,数据新闻人才培养需要从个人特质、知识素养以及技术能力三个方面进行。研究发现:聚焦数据新闻人才培养要素,落实人才胜任力提升;实践国家数字发展战略,积极服务国家新闻舆论宣传;对接国际数据新闻传播轨道,大力建构国际化传播通道。

“双一流”建设的核心是培养一流拔尖创新人才,提升我国高等教育综合实力和国际竞争力。培养创新型卓越工程拔尖创新人才是新时代人才强国战略的重要组成,是高等教育高质量发展的重要内容。该文以河南师范大学制药工程专业人才培养模式的创新实践成效为例,借鉴世界一流大学卓越工程科技人才协同培养的经验,结合我国工程科技人才培养实际,构建“政产学研金服用”协同育人的制药工程专业人才培养模式;“政产学研金服用”协同育人模式促进了人才培养质量提升,为“双一流”建设高质量发展奠定坚实的人才基础;对实现引领未来我国制药工业变强的创新型卓越工程拔尖创新人才培养模式推广具有重要意义。

数智经济时代财会人才培养模式的构建

随着大数据时代的到来,财会人员的作用正在被重新定义。财务人的角色已逐步从提供报告演变为业务合作伙伴。基于我国2019年《中国管理会计职业能力框架》,同时借鉴IMA《2022管理会计能力素质框架》,构建具有成长型特色的财会人才培养模式。该模式以培养职业适应力和可持续发展力为引擎,设置业财融合、技财融合、人财融合的专业课程体系,明确知识、能力、素质和元学习四个维度的培养规格和四级递增的专业能力水平,为我国财会专业的人才培养和职业发展规划提供了参考。

数字化时代高校体育康养人才培养探究

在大力发展体育康养产业的背景下,为提升高校体育康养人才的竞争力,需促进高校体育教育和康养、数字化技术与体育康养的有机融合,以此推动高校体育事业的发展和健康中国建设。在分析当前高校体育康养人才培养的现状基础上,本文研究了数字化时代体育康养产业需求侧的产业时代特征,梳理了在人才培养上的多元诉求与职业素质、能力要求,提出了在数字化时代高校体育康养人才培养的路径与策略,即:优化高校体育康养人才培养体系,提升高校体育康养人才的素质和能力,以此满足社会对高素质、多样化、专业化的体育康养人才需求。

新时期医药行业对高职药学专业人才的职业核心能力要求调查

为了解新时期医药行业对高职药学人才的职业核心能力要求,为教育教学改革提供依据,笔者从社会能力、方法能力及专业能力三个维度设计评价职业核心能力问卷,对长三角地区药学全产业链上下游企事业单位的101名不同层级管理人员进行调研。调查发现,医药行业对学生职业核心能力有一些新变化和新要求。医药行业对学生的敬业精神、职业道德、诚实守信及责任担当要求非常高,各医药行业对专业知识与技能的要求也有所不同。

产教融合背景下高职院校职业素养培养途径与策略研究

本文探讨了产教融合背景下高职院校职业素养培养面临的挑战与机遇,并提出了相应的培养途径与策略。重点提出了包括坚持产教融合、课程体系改革、师资队伍建设、创新创业能力培养、职业素养评价体系建立和校园文化建设等实施策略,以期在产教融合的背景下有效提升高职学生的职业素养,培养适应社会和产业发展需求的高素质技术技能型人才。
