By using a packet-loss-dependent Lyapunov function, sufficient condi...This paper is concerned with controller design of net- worked control systems (NCSs) with both network-induced delay and arbitrary packet dropout. By using a packet-loss-dependent Lyapunov function, sufficient conditions for state/output feedback stabilization and corresponding control laws are derived via a switched system approach. Different from the existing results, the proposed stabilizing controllers design is dependent on the packet loss occurring in the last two transmission intervals due to the network-induced delay. The cone complementary lineara- tion (CCL) methodology is used to solve the non-convex feasibility problem by formulating it into an optimization problem subject to linear matrix inequality (LMI) constraints. Numerical examples and simulations are worked out to demonstrate the effectiveness and validity of the proposed techniques.展开更多

The new system can not only eliminate multipath interference and Multiple Access Interference (MAI), but also support flexible number of users com- pared with system using Orthogonal Complementary (OC) codes. Multicarrier DS-CDMA using OC codes can be regarded as a special case of our proposed system. Zero Correlation Zone (ZCZ) of ZCS can be flexibly adjusted to meet the requirements on the user number and maximum multipath and in- ter-user delay, in this way, more users can be supported without losing interference-free property. The effectiveness of the proposed system is validated through theoretical analysis and simulation results.展开更多

At each iteration, the LM parameter μk...A parameter-self-adjusting Levenberg-Marquardt method (PSA-LMM) is proposed for solving a nonlinear system of equations F(x) = 0, where F :R^n→R^n is a semismooth mapping. At each iteration, the LM parameter μk is automatically adjusted based on the ratio between actual reduction and predicted reduction. The global convergence of PSA- LMM for solving semismooth equations is demonstrated. Under the BD-regular condition, we prove that PSA-LMM is locally superlinearly convergent for semismooth equations and locally quadratically convergent for strongly semismooth equations. Numerical results for solving nonlinear complementarity problems are presented.展开更多
