Al-doped and B, Al-codoped silica xerogel was fabricated by sol-gel process. The influence of B ions and annealing temperature on luminescent properties of phosphors were studied by using fluorescence spectrum, X-ray diffraction, DSC, TG/DTG analysis and IR spectrum. The heat treatment has a large effect on the luminescent properties. Under 248 nm excitation, the emission spectrum of samples heated shows characteristic emission peaks of Eu^3+ ions are, which are due to the transitions of ^5D0→^7FJ(J = 0, 1, 2, 3, 4) of Eu^3+ , respectively. The transition of ^5D0→^7F1 is split into two peaks. 展开更多

Eu3+ions doped Zn(OH)F and ZnO micro-structures with specific morphologies were synthesized by a simple hydrothermal method only through altering the addition amount of NH4F and hexamethylenetetramine(HMT).The phase structure,morphology and luminescence properties of the as-prepared samples were characterized by X-ray powder diffraction(XRD),scanning electron microscopy(SEM),transmission electron microscopy(TEM),photoluminescence(PL)spectra and lifetime.The results indicate that the obtained Zn(OH)F:Eu^3+samples possess net-like and dandelion-like morphologies,which have an identical orthorhombic phase structure.It is found that the addition amount of raw materials such as NH4F and HMT plays a critical role for the formation of Zn(OH)F:Eu^3+.If the addition amounts of NH4F or HMT are reduced by half,the hexagonal ZnO:Eu^3+sample with peanut-like morphology can be obtained.Under the excitation of UV light,both the as-prepared Zn(OH)F:Eu^3+and ZnO:Eu^3+samples exhibit the characteristic emission of the doped Eu^3+. 展开更多

Eu-邻菲罗啉(Phen)-L三元配合物有较好的发光性能。关于Eu-La-Phen-BzOH(苯甲酸)四元体系的研究尚未见诸文献。本工作合成了(Eu<sub>1-x</sub>La<sub>x</sub>)(Phen)(BzO)<sub>3</sub>系列固体配合物,研究了它们的组成和发光性能的关系。1 样品的合成按照式子(Eu<sub>1-z</sub>La<sub>x</sub>)(Phen)(BzO)<sub>3</sub>理论计量(x=0.0~1.0,△x=0.1)分别取一定量的EuCl<sub>3</sub>和LaCl<sub>3</sub>溶液混合均匀,用水稀释至50ml,调pH到6.0,在搅拌和75℃~80℃下逐滴加入苯甲酸铵溶液,立即出现白色沉淀;恒温搅拌1h后,逐滴加入邻菲罗啉溶液,再恒温搅拌1h。 展开更多

A simple co-precipitation approach taking place between Ln3+, Sr2+ cations and F anions, led to the formation of nanocrystalline Eu3+ doped Sr2LnF7 (Ln-La and Gd) complex fluorides. The reaction was carried out in the presence of polyeth- ylene glycol, PEG 6000 as a surfactant/surface modifier, providing small size and homogeneity of the products. The synthesized compounds were composed of small nanoparticles with an average size of 15 nm. All obtained Eu3+ doped compounds exhibited an intensive red luminescence. In the case of gadolinium based compounds, the energy transfer phenomena could be observed from Gd3+ ions to Eu3+ ions. In order to study the structure and morphology of the synthesized fluorides, powder X-ray diffraction (XRD) and transmission electron microscopy (TEM) measurements were performed. Also FT-IR spectra of the products were re- corded, revealing the presence of PEG molecules on the nanoparticles suN'ace. A spectrofluorometry technique was applied to examine optical properties of the synthesized nanoparticles. Excitation and emission spectra as well as luminescence decay curves were measured and analysed. The performed analysis revealed a red luminescence, typical for the Eu3+ ion situated in the inorganic, highly symmetric matrix. Concentration quenching phenomena and lifetimes shortening, together with an increasing of the Eu3+ doping level, were observed and discussed. Judd-Ofelt analysis was also performed for all doped samples, in order to support the registered spectroscopic data and examine in details structural and optoelectronic properties of the synthesized nanomaterials. 展开更多

Ca12Al14032F2.'Eu3+ red phosphors were prepared by the sol-gel method with CF3COOH as the fluorine source. X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscopy, X-ray photoelectron spectra, and photoluminescence spectra, as well as thermogravimetric and differential thermal analysis were utilized to characterize the samples. All the samples were single phase with a cubic structure. The as-obtained Ca12Al14Oa2F2:Eu3+ red phosphors consisted of nanoparticles with sizes of approximately 40-100 nm. Under the excitation of UV light, CalEA114032F2:Eu3+ exhibited the characteristic emissions of Eu3+, and the effect of annealing temperature, an- nealing time, and CF3COOH and Eu3+ concentrations on the luminescence intensity were discussed in detail. 展开更多

采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Al单掺和B,Al共掺的Eu掺杂SiO2干凝胶。利用荧光光谱、IR,XRD,DSC,TG/DTG等技术研究了硼离子、退火温度对样品发光性质的影响。经500℃以上退火处理用248 nm激发的样品,产生Eu3+离子5D0→7FJ的特征发射,5D0→7F1... 采用溶胶-凝胶法制备了Al单掺和B,Al共掺的Eu掺杂SiO2干凝胶。利用荧光光谱、IR,XRD,DSC,TG/DTG等技术研究了硼离子、退火温度对样品发光性质的影响。经500℃以上退火处理用248 nm激发的样品,产生Eu3+离子5D0→7FJ的特征发射,5D0→7F1的跃迁分裂为两个峰。比较615 nm处的发光强度,掺硼酸样品的发光强度是不加硼酸发光强度的3.3倍。这是因为B离子的加入,在材料中形成了Si-O-B键,破坏了网络的对称性,加强了Eu3+的红光发射。当退火温度上升到850℃用350 nm激发时,样品有很强的Eu2+蓝光发射,Al单掺的发射中心在437 nm处,发射半峰宽约为70 nm,而B,Al共掺样品的发光中心蓝移到425 nm处,单掺样品的蓝光强度几乎是共掺样品强度的2倍。这是由于硼酸的加入改变了基质的网络结构,从而导致单掺和共掺样品发射峰位和强度的改变。 展开更多
