Language and culture are distinctly interdependent;one reflects the other.In cross-cultural communications,it is critical for language users to use and understand the language appropriately in a certain socio-cultural context.This paper aims to compare the similarities and differences of compliments and compliment responses in English and Chinese from the cross-cultural pragmatic perspective.The implications for teaching are also discussed so as to bridge the gap caused by cultural differences and minimize the occurrence of potential cross-cultural pragmatic failures. 展开更多

目的研究进展期白癜风患者血清中免疫球蛋白和补体、抗黑素细胞抗体及转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平及其临床意义。方法收集35例进展期白癜风患者血清,免疫散射比浊法检测其血清免疫球蛋白及补体的水平,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法... 目的研究进展期白癜风患者血清中免疫球蛋白和补体、抗黑素细胞抗体及转化生长因子-β(TGF-β)水平及其临床意义。方法收集35例进展期白癜风患者血清,免疫散射比浊法检测其血清免疫球蛋白及补体的水平,采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)方法检测其血清中抗黑素细胞抗体和TGF-β水平,并与20例健康人对照。另外,进展期白癜风患者均予综合治疗,疗程结束后评定疗效。结果进展期白癜风患者血清Ig G和Ig A及C3水平均显著低于正常人对照组,血清抗黑素细胞抗体水平明显高于正常人对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05);血清Ig M,C4和TGF-β水平与正常人对照组的差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。进展期白癜风患者的血清抗黑素细胞抗体水平比较,治疗有效组显著高于治疗无效组,且差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);其血清TGF-β,lg G,Ig A,Ig M,C3和C4水平比较,治疗有效组与治疗无效组的差异均无统计学意义(P均>0.05)。结论进展期白癜风患者存在全身免疫异常,血清中抗黑素细胞抗体异常高表达可能与其临床疗效相关。 展开更多
