For developing application systems, the t...The Оbject-Componet Development (ОCD) is a variety of the compositional programmings, where a role of elements of assembling is warmed by objects, interfaces and components. For developing application systems, the theory of design of subject domain based on Frege object theory is developed, together with the presentation of their functions by methods and interfaces with formal annotations for saving them in libraries. Mathematical vehicle ОCDs are models, methods, algebra of operations of objective analysis and their configuring with the use of the component algebra of running, evolution and transformation of data types that are passed between objects through interfaces. Row of the theoretical and applied aspects ОCD was realized in the instrumental-technological complex (IТC) as CASE-instruments of web-site http://sestudy.edu-ua.net. With their help the students can study, create, model, certify and accumulate or configure the objects and components into repository of ITC, and also assemble together from them in more complex applied systems.展开更多

In original ASM scheme, the model of object′s gray-level variations is based on the assumption of one-dimensional sampling and searching method. In this work a new way to model the gray-level appearance of the objects is explored, using a two-dimensional sampling and searching technique in a rectangular area around each landmark of object shape. The ASM based on this improvement is compared with the original ASM on an identical medical image set for task of spine localization. Experiments demonstrate that the method produces significantly fast, effective, accurate results for spine localization in medical images.展开更多

The framework consists of a data management component (DM...This paper presents a component object model (COM) based framework for managing, analyzing and visualizing massive multi-scale digital elevation models (DEMs). The framework consists of a data management component (DMC), which is based on RDBMS/ORDBMS, a data analysis component (DAC) and a data render component (DRC). DMC can manage massive multi-scale data expressed at various reference frames within a pyramid database and can support fast access to data at variable resolution. DAC integrates many useful applied analytic functions whose results can be overlaid with the 3D scene rendered by DRC. DRC provides view-dependent data paging with the support of the underlying DMC and organizes the potential visible data at different levels into rendering.展开更多

This method focuses on the business process through the development process of the system. First, the business model of the system, then commercial object model is introduced according to the business model. At last the COM-model for the system is established. The system is implemented in an iterative and incremental way. The design and analysis result of each stage is illustrated by series of views using the modeling tool UML.展开更多
