Membrane separation technology provides another path to treating oily wastewater. And appropriate surface modification of the membrane helps to achieve high efficiency of treating oily wastewater. With green, economy and stability been more concerned.The focal research reports a completely biodegradable all cellulose composite filter paper(ACCFP) composed of Ⅰ-cellulose macrofibers and Ⅱ-cellulose matrix. It is a simple one-step impregnation method to adjust the surface microstructure of the pristine filter paper(PFP), and it does not involve with chemical reaction. The pre-wetted ACCFP consist of Ⅱ-cellulose hydrogel and Ⅰ-cellulose reinforcement in the process of oil-water separation. This layer of hydrogel is the fundamental to underwater superoleophobicity, which determines their eligibility for applications of efficient oil-water mixture or oil-in-water(oil/water) emulsion separation. The separation efficiency of oil-water mixture and oil/water emulsion exceed 95% and 99.9%, respectively. In addition, excellent mechanical properties of ACCFP in dry and wet conditions ensure its stability in service and prolong service life in applications. The focal study provides a new method for high-performance oil-water separation and it is more in line with sustainable chemistry.展开更多

The composite filter was fabricated by the chemical vapor depositio...Due to the lipophilicity of carbon nanotubes (CNTs),the carbon nanotubes composite filter for removing oil particles in cooking fumes is synthesized. The composite filter was fabricated by the chemical vapor deposition (CVD) method. The filtration characteristics of the resultant filter and the influence of the parameters were investigated. The results show that the filtration efficiency of the CNT filter during the saturation period is 99.92%, which satisfies the high efficiency particulate air (HEPA) standard. Pressure drop increases linearly before saturation and the pressure drop at the saturation stage is only two times that of the initial stage, which is far less than that of conventional glass fiber filters. The efficiency increases by enhancing filtration velocity. Pressure drops in the composite filter at the equilibrium stage are equal under different aerosol concentrations. The increase in concentration can improve the efficiency of composite filters. Therefore, the CNT filter is suitable for decreasing oil particle pollution due to its lower increase ratio of pressure drop and higher efficiency.展开更多
In order to choose the appropriate reference surface on the machined surface roughness of Si Cp/Al composites, the cutting experiments of Si Cp/Al composites were carried out, and the machined surface topography was m...In order to choose the appropriate reference surface on the machined surface roughness of Si Cp/Al composites, the cutting experiments of Si Cp/Al composites were carried out, and the machined surface topography was measured by OLS3000 Confocal laser scanning microscope. The 3D measured data of machined surface topography were analyzed by the area power spectrum density. The result shows that the texture of machined surface topography in milling of Si Cp/Al composites is almost isotropic. This is the reason that the values of Rq at different locations on the same machined surface are obviously different. Through the comparison of performance of different filtering methods, the robust least squares reference surface can be used to extract the surface roughness of SiC p/Al composites effectively.展开更多
Remote sensing image registration is still a challenging task owing to the significant influence of nonlinear differences between remote sensing images.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a novel approach with r...Remote sensing image registration is still a challenging task owing to the significant influence of nonlinear differences between remote sensing images.To solve this problem,this paper proposes a novel approach with regard to feature-based remote sensing image registration.There are two key contributions:1)we bring forward an improved strategy of composite nonlinear diffusion filtering according to the scale factors in multi-scale space and 2)we design a gradually decreasing resolution of multi-scale pyramid space.And a binary code string is served as feature descriptors to improve matching efficiency.Extensive experiments of different categories of remote image datasets on feature extraction and feature registration are performed.The experimental results demonstrate the superiority of our proposed scheme compared with other classical algorithms in terms of correct matching ratio,accuracy and computation efficiency.展开更多
