设计了“常温预还原-热处理法制备钠离子电池正极材料磷酸钒钠”综合性研究实验,探究了原料种类和热处理温度对Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/C的物相、晶体结构、晶粒尺寸、微观形貌及电化学性能的影响。研究表明,NH_(4)VO_(3)中的V^(5+)更... 设计了“常温预还原-热处理法制备钠离子电池正极材料磷酸钒钠”综合性研究实验,探究了原料种类和热处理温度对Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/C的物相、晶体结构、晶粒尺寸、微观形貌及电化学性能的影响。研究表明,NH_(4)VO_(3)中的V^(5+)更易被草酸常温还原,机械活化后所得前驱体为无定形结构,由该前驱体热处理制备的Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/C结晶度更高,且电化学性能更优。通过优化合成温度,发现在700℃下合成的Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(3)/C具有最高的比容量、最优的倍率性能和最佳的循环性能。在实验中,学生通过材料制备、结构及形貌表征、电池制作与电化学性能分析等环节,能够达到强化理论知识、提高实验技能、激发创新性思维的目的。 展开更多

以白云鄂博铁精矿和Al_(2)O_(3)粉末为主要原料,采用铁精矿可控碳热还原原位生成Fe和FeAl_(2)O_(4),常压高温烧结制备Fe/FeAl_(2)O_(4)金属陶瓷,并探讨了Nb_(2)O_(5)含量对材料性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明,制备的金属陶瓷中两相分... 以白云鄂博铁精矿和Al_(2)O_(3)粉末为主要原料,采用铁精矿可控碳热还原原位生成Fe和FeAl_(2)O_(4),常压高温烧结制备Fe/FeAl_(2)O_(4)金属陶瓷,并探讨了Nb_(2)O_(5)含量对材料性能和微观结构的影响。结果表明,制备的金属陶瓷中两相分布均匀;添加Nb_(2)O_(5)可以活化陶瓷颗粒表/界面而利于烧结,并可促进陶瓷相形成柱状微纳米晶;当Nb_(2)O_(5)含量为2%时,可明显改善力学性能,优化条件下金属陶瓷的维氏硬度和抗弯强度分别达到596 MPa和132 MPa,此时金属陶瓷的断裂属于韧性断裂。研究可为低成本制备金属陶瓷提供一条工艺路线,并可以充分利用白云鄂博矿特有的关键战略元素铌资源。 展开更多

目的 了解大鼠肝再生(LR)0 h和120 h时Kruppel样因子4(KLF4)基因及其mRNA相互作用的微小RNA(miRNA)和环状RNA(circRNA)的表达变化、相互作用和调节肝细胞凋亡的途径与方式。方法 按Higgins等方法制备大鼠2/3肝切除(PH)模型,按Smedsrod... 目的 了解大鼠肝再生(LR)0 h和120 h时Kruppel样因子4(KLF4)基因及其mRNA相互作用的微小RNA(miRNA)和环状RNA(circRNA)的表达变化、相互作用和调节肝细胞凋亡的途径与方式。方法 按Higgins等方法制备大鼠2/3肝切除(PH)模型,按Smedsrod等方法分离肝细胞,用大规模定量检测技术测定大鼠肝再生中肝细胞的mRNA、miRNA和circRNA合称内源竞争RNA(ceRNA)表达变化,用Cytoscape 3.2软件构建ceRNA的相互作用网络,用ceRNA综合分析等方法解析它们的表达相关性和作用相关性。结果 PH后0 h和120 h时,KLF4 mRNA的比值为1.00±0.16和3.14±0.27,miR-881-3p为18.30±1.44和0.47±0.02,circRNA_20298为0.32±0.10和4.24±0.22,circRNA_14826为0.42±0.13和0.61±0.08。同时,PH后0 h时,KLF4促进的肾上腺素受体β 2(ADRB2)、二甲基精氨酸二甲基氨基水解酶2(DDAH2)、膜联蛋白A5(ANXA5)等4个细胞凋亡相关基因表达下调,抑制的细胞凋亡相关基因突触核蛋白γ(synuclein gamma, SNCG)、谷胱甘肽二硫化物还原酶(GSR)、FYVE、RhoGEF和PH结构域包含4(FGD4)表达上调。PH后120 h时,KLF4促进的细胞凋亡相关基因ANXA5和胸腺素beta 10(TMSB10)表达上调,抑制的细胞凋亡相关基因氯化物细胞内通道4(CLIC4)和紫杉素3(ATXN3)表达下调。结论 上述circRNA抑制的miRNA、miRNA抑制的KLF4 mRNA以及KLF4调节的细胞凋亡相关基因的表达相关性和作用相关性有利于PH后0 h时肝细胞保持活性状态和PH后120 h时肝细胞处于凋亡状态。 展开更多
