BACKGROUND In patients with liver failure(LF),the high rate of secondary infections,which are associated with poor prognosis,highlights the clinical significance of understanding the underlying risk factors and implem...BACKGROUND In patients with liver failure(LF),the high rate of secondary infections,which are associated with poor prognosis,highlights the clinical significance of understanding the underlying risk factors and implementing targeted intervention programs.AIM To investigate risk factors for secondary infections in patients with LF and evaluate the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing interventions.METHODS This retrospective study included 64 patients with LF,including 32 with and 32 without secondary infections.A questionnaire was used to collect data on age;laboratory parameters,including total and direct bilirubin,prothrombin time,blood ammonia,and other biochemical parameters;invasive procedures;and complications.Patients with secondary infections received comprehensive nursing intervention in addition to routine nursing care,whereas those without secondary infections received only routine nursing care to compare the effect of nursing intervention on outcomes.RESULTS The infection rate,which was not associated with age or complications,was significantly associated with biochemical parameters and invasive procedures(P<0.05).The infection rate was 61.6%in patients who had undergone invasive procedures and 32.1%in those who had not undergone invasive procedures during the hospital stay.The infection rate was also significantly associated with the type of LF(P<0.05),with the lowest rate observed in patients with acute LF and the highest rate observed in those with subacute LF.The nursing satisfaction rate was 58.3%in the uninfected group and 91.7%in the infected group,indicating significantly higher satisfaction in the infected group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION In patients with LF,the rate of secondary infections was high and associated with biochemical parameters and type of LF.Comprehensive nursing intervention can improve patient satisfaction.展开更多
BACKGROUND As lifestyles continue to change worldwide,the incidence of digestive tract carcinoma has gradually increased.Digestive endoscopy is an important tool that can assist in the diagnosis,treatment,and surgical...BACKGROUND As lifestyles continue to change worldwide,the incidence of digestive tract carcinoma has gradually increased.Digestive endoscopy is an important tool that can assist in the diagnosis,treatment,and surgical intervention for this disease.However,the examination process is affected by many factors,and patient cooperation is often poor,which can increase the risk of complications.AIM To explore the effects of integrated management and cognitive intervention on cooperation and complications in patients undergoing endoscopy for early gastrointestinal neoplasms.METHODS A total of 354 patients with early stage gastrointestinal cancer who underwent digestive endoscopy procedures between January and December 2023 at our hospital were divided into observation and control groups(177 patients in each group)in a randomized controlled blind trial.The control group received routine interventions,while the observation group received comprehensive integrated management combined with cognitive interventions.We compared the changes in adverse mood,discomfort,examination time,cooperation with the examination,and complications before and after the intervention between the two groups.RESULTS The self-rated anxiety and depression scale scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analog scale scores for discomfort during intubation and examination were also lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the examination time was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of cooperation(94.35%)was higher in the observation group than in the control group(84.75%;P<0.05).Lastly,the incidence rates of gastrointestinal adverse reactions(10.17%vs 20.34%),choking agitation(14.69%vs 24.86%),abdominal pain(8.47%vs 18.08%),and muscle tension(5.08%vs 14.12%)were all lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Integrated management and cognitive intervention in early gastrointestinal neoplasm endoscopy alleviate mood,reduce discomfort,shorten examinations,improve cooperation,and reduce complications.展开更多

Methods: One hundred and forty-eight elderly patients with diabetes were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 74 cases each. The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The blood sugar levels, treatment compliance, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared. Results: After the intervention, the fasting plasma glucose (FPG) (t = 7.729), 2 hours postprandial glucose (PPG) (t = 8.343), and HbA1c (t = 6.929) levels of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.001). The observation group (71/95.95%) had a higher compliance rate than the control group (54/72.97%) (χ^(2)=14.877, P < 0.001). The comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group (73/98.65%) was higher than that of the control group (56/75.68%) (χ^(2)=17.451, P < 0.001). Conclusion: In caring for elderly patients with diabetes, comprehensive nursing intervention effectively reduced patients’ blood sugar levels and improved treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.展开更多

Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.Methods:84 patients with urinary incontinence after radical ...Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.Methods:84 patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy admitted to the Urology Department between May 2021 and May 2023 were included in this study.The patients were divided into a comprehensive group and a control group,with 42 cases in each group through a double-blind mechanism.The comprehensive group received comprehensive nursing care,and the control group received primary nursing care.The duration of indwelling urinary catheters and urinary incontinence;psychological performance and living conditions were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of the indwelling urinary catheter and urinary incontinence of the patients in the comprehensive group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the anxiety,depression,and other psychological manifestations between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the comprehensive group’s anxiety,depression,and other psychological manifestations of the comprehensive group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the physical function,mental state,emotional state,and physical recovery of the patients between both groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the physical function,mental state,emotional state,physical recovery of the patients in the comprehensive group were significantly better than those of the control group.Besides,the living conditions of the patients in the comprehensive group were also significantly better than the control group’s(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve symptoms of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy,reduce inner pressure,and improve living standards.展开更多
BACKGROUND This work explored the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)-based comprehensive nursing intervention(CNI)mode in arch expansion to treat patients with orthodontic osteodilated arch(OOA).AIM To explore...BACKGROUND This work explored the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)-based comprehensive nursing intervention(CNI)mode in arch expansion to treat patients with orthodontic osteodilated arch(OOA).AIM To explore the application effect of CBT-based CNI model in orthodontic expansion arch treatment.METHODS Using convenient sampling method,81 patients with OOA were selected and rolled into a control group(Ctrl group,40 cases)and an observation group(Obs group,41 cases).During the treatment,patients in the Ctrl group received routine nursing intervention mode,and the those in the Obs group received CBT mode on the basis of this.Before and after intervention,the incidence of oral mucositis,the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method,self-rating anxiety scale score,soft scale index,and plaque index were compared for patients in different groups.In addition,satisfaction and complications were comparatively analyzed.RESULTS Incidence of oral mucositis in the Obs group was lower(14.6%vs 38.5%),and the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method was obviously higher(90.2%vs 55.0%)was obviously higher(all P<0.05).Meanwhile,the soft scale index and plaque index in the Obs group were much lower(P<0.05).The compliance(90.24%)and satisfaction(95.12%)in the Obs group were greatly higher(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The CBT-based CNI mode greatly improved the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method during arch expansion in treating patients with OOA and enhanced the therapeutic effect of arch expansion and the oral health of patients,improving the patient compliance.展开更多
Objective:This study aims to investigate the impact of early intervention on neuropsychological development in children with autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),providing effective intervention s...Objective:This study aims to investigate the impact of early intervention on neuropsychological development in children with autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),providing effective intervention strategies for clinical practice.Methods:A total of 130 children with autism and ADHD who visited the hospital between June 2023 and June 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 65 children in each group.The intervention group received a one-year early comprehensive intervention,including behavioral therapy,cognitive training,and family guidance,while the control group only received routine medical care.The neuropsychological development assessment scale was used to evaluate both groups before and after the intervention to compare changes in their neuropsychological development levels.Results:Children in the intervention group showed significant improvements in cognitive function,social skills,language ability,and attention concentration,with an average improvement score of 23.5 points.Children in the control group did not show significant improvements in these areas,with an average improvement score of only 5.8 points.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive intervention has a significant promoting effect on the neuropsychological development of children with autism and ADHD.Targeted behavioral therapy,cognitive training,and family guidance can effectively enhance children’s cognitive,social,language,and attention abilities,laying a solid foundation for their future overall development.Therefore,it is recommended to actively promote and apply early intervention strategies in clinical practice.展开更多

Methods: 96 cases of coronary stent implantation were randomly divided into control group and intervention group (experimental group) with each group of 48 cases. The control group received the routine nursing measures after the coronary stent implantation and the experimental group was treated by the comprehensive nursing interventions such as psychological nursing, education of sexual knowledge, playing the full enthusiasm of spouse and appropriate exercise therapy on basis of the routine nursing measures. The two groups were given the questionnaire of brief male sexual function questionnaire (BSFI), Chinese patients with premature ejaculation sexual function score (C-ISFPE) and the international index of erectile function (IIEF-5). The scores of BSFI, C-ISFPE and IIEF-5 were compared between the two groups. Results: There were 29 cases who were satisfied with sexual life on the whole (≤1), 26 cases with different degrees of premature ejaculation symptoms and 21 cases with erectile dysfunctions, which were respectively 27.08%, 30.2% and 21.87% of the total number. AIM:To investigate the effects of school-basedcomprehensive intervention on myopia development inelementary school children.METHODS:As a part of the Wenzhou Epidemiologyof Refraction Error Study,there were 1524 partic...AIM:To investigate the effects of school-basedcomprehensive intervention on myopia development inelementary school children.METHODS:As a part of the Wenzhou Epidemiologyof Refraction Error Study,there were 1524 participatingelementary students(730 girls,47.9%)in grades 1 to3 from three campuses of one school,aged 7.3±0.9y,who were examined twice every year for a 2.5y follow upperiod.Comprehensive intervention and other reminderswere given at school every semester for the interventiongroup.The control group did not receive comprehensiveintervention and did not have reminders of it.RESULTS:There were 651 students in the interventiongroup[mean age 7.3±0.9y;294(45.2%)girls]and 737students in the control group[mean age 7.2±0.9y;346(46.9%)girls].Overall mean myopia progression duringthe 2.5y follow-up was-0.49±1.04 diopters(D)in theintervention group and-0.65±1.08 D in the control group(P=0.004).The majority that not get myopia at baselinespherical equivalent(SE≤-1.0 D).Their mean myopiaprogression during the 2.5y follow-up was-0.37±0.89 Din the intervention group and-0.51±0.93 D in the controlgroup(27.5%reduction,P=0.009);Overall,mean axiallength elongation was less in the intervention group(0.56±0.32 mm)than in the control group(0.61±0.38 mm,10.5%reduction,P=0.009).The percentage of close reading distance(<30 cm)in the intervention group was less than in the control group(73.4%vs 76.2%,P<0.001),the percentage of everyday perform eye exercises in the intervention group was more than in the control group(27.8%vs 20.7%,P<0.001)30mo later.CONCLUSION:The comprehensive intervention program at elementary school has a significant alleviating effect on myopia progression for children during the 2.5y follow-up,especially for those non-myopia at baseline.展开更多

Methods: Interventional chemotherapy with multi-drugs including cisplatin (DDP) 100 mg, 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) 1000 mg and bleomycin (BLM) 16 mg was used to treat 30 cases with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma before radiotherapy. 50 cases that received radiotherapy alone were used as a control group. The methods, time and dose schedule of radiotherapy were similar in the two groups. Results: The primary lesions in 16 cases and the cervical lymph nodes in 12 cases were reduced hi size after interventional chemotherapy. Radiation doses of those in complete response in their primary lesion and cervical lymph nodes were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The complete response rate of study group was 83.3% and that of control group was 72.0% (P<0.05). Conclusion: Interventional chemotherapy plus radiotherapy is a valuable treatment method in advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.展开更多

The aim of this study was to assess the effect of comprehensive intervention on chronic diseases in Baoji and provide basis for the improvement of chronic diseases intervention measures. Methods: Using four stages stratified random sampling method, comprehensive intervention measures were implemented on intervention group (575 individuals) respectively aimed at three crowds of whole population, high risk population and chronic diseases patients. The control group (782 individuals) did not receive special treatment. Two groups were evaluated effect after one year observation. Results: The chronic diseases prevalence rate of whole population in intervention group was lower than that in control group (P < 0.05), the blood pressure level and smoking proportion of high risk population in intervention group were lower than in control group (P < 0.05), and the blood pressure, blood glucose control rate of chronic diseases patients in intervention group were higher than in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive intervention could prevent the rise of chronic diseases prevalence. The intervention is effective in reducing or halting risk factors of high risk population, particularly in controlling blood pressure, blood glucose of patients. We should establish government leading, department cooperation, social participation, longtime and classified comprehensive intervention mechanism of chronic diseases. We believe that whole population should control the risk factors, high risk population should early diagnosis and treatment, chronic diseases patients should normalized management, and it could be applied in other counties.展开更多

Objective:To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of intestinal preparation in the process of intestinal preparation for hospitalized patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods:A total ...Objective:To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of intestinal preparation in the process of intestinal preparation for hospitalized patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods:A total of 320 patients underwent colonoscopy in our department from January to June 2021.They were grouped by random number table.There were 160 cases in the control group and 160 cases in the observation group.The adverse reactions of intestinal preparation and the cleanliness of intestinal preparation were analyzed.Results:Through comprehensive nursing intervention,it can be found that the incidence of adverse reactions in the preparation of colonoscopy in the control group was 24.38%,and that in the observation group was 13.48%.The results showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the preparation of colonoscopy was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),which indicates that the difference was statistically significant.In the control group,105 people qualified in intestinal cleanliness score(>5 points)during enteroscopy preparation,and the cleanliness qualification rate was 65.63%.In the observation group,139 people qualified in intestinal cleanliness score(>5 points)during enteroscopy preparation,and the cleanliness qualification rate was 86.88%.The cleanliness qualification rate of enteroscopy preparation was significantly higher than that of the control group,and P<0.05,which indicates that the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the quality of preparation of patients for colonoscopy,improve the compliance of patients and improve the accuracy of examination effect.展开更多
This study examines the role of the syntactic complexity of the text in the reading comprehension skills of students.Utilizing the qualitative method of research,this paper used structured interview questions as the m...This study examines the role of the syntactic complexity of the text in the reading comprehension skills of students.Utilizing the qualitative method of research,this paper used structured interview questions as the main data-gathering instruments.English language teachers from Coral na Munti National High School were selected as the respondents of the study.Finding of the study suggests that the syntactic complexity of the text affects the reading comprehension of the students.Students found it challenging to understand the message that the author conveyed if he or she used a large number of phrases and clauses in one sentence.Furthermore,the complex sentence syntactic structure was deemed the most challenging for students to understand.To overcome said challenges in comprehending text,various reading intervention programs were utilized by teachers.These interventions include focused or targeted instruction and the implementation of the Project Dear,suggested by the Department of Education.These programs were proven to help students improve their comprehension as well as their knowledge in syntactical structure of sentences.This study underscores the importance of selecting appropriate reading materials and implementing suitable reading intervention programs to enhance students’comprehension skills.展开更多

文摘BACKGROUND As lifestyles continue to change worldwide,the incidence of digestive tract carcinoma has gradually increased.Digestive endoscopy is an important tool that can assist in the diagnosis,treatment,and surgical intervention for this disease.However,the examination process is affected by many factors,and patient cooperation is often poor,which can increase the risk of complications.AIM To explore the effects of integrated management and cognitive intervention on cooperation and complications in patients undergoing endoscopy for early gastrointestinal neoplasms.METHODS A total of 354 patients with early stage gastrointestinal cancer who underwent digestive endoscopy procedures between January and December 2023 at our hospital were divided into observation and control groups(177 patients in each group)in a randomized controlled blind trial.The control group received routine interventions,while the observation group received comprehensive integrated management combined with cognitive interventions.We compared the changes in adverse mood,discomfort,examination time,cooperation with the examination,and complications before and after the intervention between the two groups.RESULTS The self-rated anxiety and depression scale scores were lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).The visual analog scale scores for discomfort during intubation and examination were also lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).Furthermore,the examination time was shorter in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05),and the degree of cooperation(94.35%)was higher in the observation group than in the control group(84.75%;P<0.05).Lastly,the incidence rates of gastrointestinal adverse reactions(10.17%vs 20.34%),choking agitation(14.69%vs 24.86%),abdominal pain(8.47%vs 18.08%),and muscle tension(5.08%vs 14.12%)were all lower in the observation group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Integrated management and cognitive intervention in early gastrointestinal neoplasm endoscopy alleviate mood,reduce discomfort,shorten examinations,improve cooperation,and reduce complications.
文摘Objective: To analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on improving blood glucose levels and treatment compliance in elderly patients with diabetes. Methods: One hundred and forty-eight elderly patients with diabetes were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an observation group, with 74 cases each. The control group received routine nursing intervention and the observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention. The blood sugar levels, treatment compliance, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after intervention were compared. Results: After the intervention, the fasting plasma glucose (FPG) (t = 7.729), 2 hours postprandial glucose (PPG) (t = 8.343), and HbA1c (t = 6.929) levels of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P < 0.001). The observation group (71/95.95%) had a higher compliance rate than the control group (54/72.97%) (χ^(2)=14.877, P < 0.001). The comprehensive nursing satisfaction rate of the observation group (73/98.65%) was higher than that of the control group (56/75.68%) (χ^(2)=17.451, P < 0.001). Conclusion: In caring for elderly patients with diabetes, comprehensive nursing intervention effectively reduced patients’ blood sugar levels and improved treatment compliance and nursing satisfaction.
文摘Objective:This study aims to explore the value of comprehensive intervention in the clinical treatment of patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hypertension.Methods:90 patients with type 2 diabetes and hypertension were selected and divided into a control group and an intervention group according to the random number table method,with 45 cases in each group.The control group received conventional treatment,and the intervention group received comprehensive intervention on the basis of the control group,including a diet plan,an exercise program,scientific treatment,regular monitoring,and psychological counseling.The blood sugar,blood pressure,and other indicators of the two groups were compared.Results:After 5 months of intervention,the fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2 h blood glucose,glycosylated blood glucose protein,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,mean arterial pressure,and other indicators of the intervention group were significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),and the rate of decrease was significantly greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive intervention for patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus and hypertension helps in controlling blood sugar and lowering blood pressure,with clinical significance.
文摘Objective:To explore and analyze the clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy.Methods:84 patients with urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy admitted to the Urology Department between May 2021 and May 2023 were included in this study.The patients were divided into a comprehensive group and a control group,with 42 cases in each group through a double-blind mechanism.The comprehensive group received comprehensive nursing care,and the control group received primary nursing care.The duration of indwelling urinary catheters and urinary incontinence;psychological performance and living conditions were compared between the two groups.Results:The duration of the indwelling urinary catheter and urinary incontinence of the patients in the comprehensive group were significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the anxiety,depression,and other psychological manifestations between the two groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the comprehensive group’s anxiety,depression,and other psychological manifestations of the comprehensive group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Before nursing,there was no statistically significant difference in the physical function,mental state,emotional state,and physical recovery of the patients between both groups(P>0.05);after nursing,the physical function,mental state,emotional state,physical recovery of the patients in the comprehensive group were significantly better than those of the control group.Besides,the living conditions of the patients in the comprehensive group were also significantly better than the control group’s(P<0.05).Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can effectively improve symptoms of urinary incontinence after radical prostatectomy,reduce inner pressure,and improve living standards.

文摘BACKGROUND This work explored the effects of cognitive behavior therapy(CBT)-based comprehensive nursing intervention(CNI)mode in arch expansion to treat patients with orthodontic osteodilated arch(OOA).AIM To explore the application effect of CBT-based CNI model in orthodontic expansion arch treatment.METHODS Using convenient sampling method,81 patients with OOA were selected and rolled into a control group(Ctrl group,40 cases)and an observation group(Obs group,41 cases).During the treatment,patients in the Ctrl group received routine nursing intervention mode,and the those in the Obs group received CBT mode on the basis of this.Before and after intervention,the incidence of oral mucositis,the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method,self-rating anxiety scale score,soft scale index,and plaque index were compared for patients in different groups.In addition,satisfaction and complications were comparatively analyzed.RESULTS Incidence of oral mucositis in the Obs group was lower(14.6%vs 38.5%),and the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method was obviously higher(90.2%vs 55.0%)was obviously higher(all P<0.05).Meanwhile,the soft scale index and plaque index in the Obs group were much lower(P<0.05).The compliance(90.24%)and satisfaction(95.12%)in the Obs group were greatly higher(P<0.05).CONCLUSION The CBT-based CNI mode greatly improved the mastery rate of correct arch expansion method during arch expansion in treating patients with OOA and enhanced the therapeutic effect of arch expansion and the oral health of patients,improving the patient compliance.
文摘Objective:This study aims to investigate the impact of early intervention on neuropsychological development in children with autism and attention deficit hyperactivity disorder(ADHD),providing effective intervention strategies for clinical practice.Methods:A total of 130 children with autism and ADHD who visited the hospital between June 2023 and June 2024 were selected as study subjects and randomly divided into an intervention group and a control group,with 65 children in each group.The intervention group received a one-year early comprehensive intervention,including behavioral therapy,cognitive training,and family guidance,while the control group only received routine medical care.The neuropsychological development assessment scale was used to evaluate both groups before and after the intervention to compare changes in their neuropsychological development levels.Results:Children in the intervention group showed significant improvements in cognitive function,social skills,language ability,and attention concentration,with an average improvement score of 23.5 points.Children in the control group did not show significant improvements in these areas,with an average improvement score of only 5.8 points.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Early comprehensive intervention has a significant promoting effect on the neuropsychological development of children with autism and ADHD.Targeted behavioral therapy,cognitive training,and family guidance can effectively enhance children’s cognitive,social,language,and attention abilities,laying a solid foundation for their future overall development.Therefore,it is recommended to actively promote and apply early intervention strategies in clinical practice.
文摘One of the major problems in the education sector is the reading skills of learners.Students enrolled in the Alternative Learning System(ALS)also experienced this scenario due to several circumstances.This study focused on the improvement of reading comprehension skills of ALS learners by means of project RICE(Reading Intervention and Comprehension Enhancement)as well as the issues and challenges.A quasi-experimental design was utilized in this study which was participated by 54 learners,composed of 27 learners under the experimental group and 27 under the control group.The result revealed that the learners in the experimental group changed from frustration level to instructional level after the implementation of project RICE while the learners in the control group changed from instructional level to inde-pendent level,thereby signifying a significant difference and the effectiveness of the project.Additionally,issues with time and resources were often encountered by the learners.
文摘Objective: To study the effects of comprehensive nursing interventions on sexual functions in young and middle-aged patients with coronary stent implantation. Methods: 96 cases of coronary stent implantation were randomly divided into control group and intervention group (experimental group) with each group of 48 cases. The control group received the routine nursing measures after the coronary stent implantation and the experimental group was treated by the comprehensive nursing interventions such as psychological nursing, education of sexual knowledge, playing the full enthusiasm of spouse and appropriate exercise therapy on basis of the routine nursing measures. The two groups were given the questionnaire of brief male sexual function questionnaire (BSFI), Chinese patients with premature ejaculation sexual function score (C-ISFPE) and the international index of erectile function (IIEF-5). The scores of BSFI, C-ISFPE and IIEF-5 were compared between the two groups. Results: There were 29 cases who were satisfied with sexual life on the whole (≤1), 26 cases with different degrees of premature ejaculation symptoms and 21 cases with erectile dysfunctions, which were respectively 27.08%, 30.2% and 21.87% of the total number. The scores of BSFI, C-ISFPE and IIEF-5 inthe experimental group were significantly increased after the interventions (P P IIEF-5 scores in the two groups were significantly different
文摘Diabetic foot(DF)is one of the most common complications of diabetes and is associated with high morbidity,disability,lethality and low cure-rate.The clinical diagnosis and treatment of DF need to be standardized.The Chinese Diabetic Foot Cell and Interventional Therapy Technology Alliance has released six editions of guidelines and standards for clinical diagnosis and interventional treatment of DF,which filled the gap in the domestic DF treatment standard and played an important role in improving the level of diagnosis and treatment in China.In line with the latest developments in diagnosis and treatment,the Alliance,along with other 89 institutions,developed and issued the new edition based on the sixth edition to help standardize the clinical diagnosis and treatment of DF in China.

文摘AIM:To investigate the effects of school-basedcomprehensive intervention on myopia development inelementary school children.METHODS:As a part of the Wenzhou Epidemiologyof Refraction Error Study,there were 1524 participatingelementary students(730 girls,47.9%)in grades 1 to3 from three campuses of one school,aged 7.3±0.9y,who were examined twice every year for a 2.5y follow upperiod.Comprehensive intervention and other reminderswere given at school every semester for the interventiongroup.The control group did not receive comprehensiveintervention and did not have reminders of it.RESULTS:There were 651 students in the interventiongroup[mean age 7.3±0.9y;294(45.2%)girls]and 737students in the control group[mean age 7.2±0.9y;346(46.9%)girls].Overall mean myopia progression duringthe 2.5y follow-up was-0.49±1.04 diopters(D)in theintervention group and-0.65±1.08 D in the control group(P=0.004).The majority that not get myopia at baselinespherical equivalent(SE≤-1.0 D).Their mean myopiaprogression during the 2.5y follow-up was-0.37±0.89 Din the intervention group and-0.51±0.93 D in the controlgroup(27.5%reduction,P=0.009);Overall,mean axiallength elongation was less in the intervention group(0.56±0.32 mm)than in the control group(0.61±0.38 mm,10.5%reduction,P=0.009).The percentage of close reading distance(<30 cm)in the intervention group was less than in the control group(73.4%vs 76.2%,P<0.001),the percentage of everyday perform eye exercises in the intervention group was more than in the control group(27.8%vs 20.7%,P<0.001)30mo later.CONCLUSION:The comprehensive intervention program at elementary school has a significant alleviating effect on myopia progression for children during the 2.5y follow-up,especially for those non-myopia at baseline.

文摘Objective: To study the use of interventional chemotherapy in comprehensive treatment for advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma. Methods: Interventional chemotherapy with multi-drugs including cisplatin (DDP) 100 mg, 5-fluorouracil (5-FU) 1000 mg and bleomycin (BLM) 16 mg was used to treat 30 cases with advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma before radiotherapy. 50 cases that received radiotherapy alone were used as a control group. The methods, time and dose schedule of radiotherapy were similar in the two groups. Results: The primary lesions in 16 cases and the cervical lymph nodes in 12 cases were reduced hi size after interventional chemotherapy. Radiation doses of those in complete response in their primary lesion and cervical lymph nodes were lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). The complete response rate of study group was 83.3% and that of control group was 72.0% (P<0.05). Conclusion: Interventional chemotherapy plus radiotherapy is a valuable treatment method in advanced nasopharyngeal carcinoma.
文摘Background: There is very limited data available about the epidemiology trial on chronic diseases comprehensive intervention. The aim of this study was to assess the effect of comprehensive intervention on chronic diseases in Baoji and provide basis for the improvement of chronic diseases intervention measures. Methods: Using four stages stratified random sampling method, comprehensive intervention measures were implemented on intervention group (575 individuals) respectively aimed at three crowds of whole population, high risk population and chronic diseases patients. The control group (782 individuals) did not receive special treatment. Two groups were evaluated effect after one year observation. Results: The chronic diseases prevalence rate of whole population in intervention group was lower than that in control group (P < 0.05), the blood pressure level and smoking proportion of high risk population in intervention group were lower than in control group (P < 0.05), and the blood pressure, blood glucose control rate of chronic diseases patients in intervention group were higher than in control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Comprehensive intervention could prevent the rise of chronic diseases prevalence. The intervention is effective in reducing or halting risk factors of high risk population, particularly in controlling blood pressure, blood glucose of patients. We should establish government leading, department cooperation, social participation, longtime and classified comprehensive intervention mechanism of chronic diseases. We believe that whole population should control the risk factors, high risk population should early diagnosis and treatment, chronic diseases patients should normalized management, and it could be applied in other counties.

文摘Objective:To explore the impact of comprehensive nursing intervention on the quality of intestinal preparation in the process of intestinal preparation for hospitalized patients undergoing colonoscopy.Methods:A total of 320 patients underwent colonoscopy in our department from January to June 2021.They were grouped by random number table.There were 160 cases in the control group and 160 cases in the observation group.The adverse reactions of intestinal preparation and the cleanliness of intestinal preparation were analyzed.Results:Through comprehensive nursing intervention,it can be found that the incidence of adverse reactions in the preparation of colonoscopy in the control group was 24.38%,and that in the observation group was 13.48%.The results showed that the incidence of adverse reactions in the preparation of colonoscopy was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),which indicates that the difference was statistically significant.In the control group,105 people qualified in intestinal cleanliness score(>5 points)during enteroscopy preparation,and the cleanliness qualification rate was 65.63%.In the observation group,139 people qualified in intestinal cleanliness score(>5 points)during enteroscopy preparation,and the cleanliness qualification rate was 86.88%.The cleanliness qualification rate of enteroscopy preparation was significantly higher than that of the control group,and P<0.05,which indicates that the difference was statistically significant.Conclusion:Comprehensive nursing intervention can promote the quality of preparation of patients for colonoscopy,improve the compliance of patients and improve the accuracy of examination effect.
文摘This study examines the role of the syntactic complexity of the text in the reading comprehension skills of students.Utilizing the qualitative method of research,this paper used structured interview questions as the main data-gathering instruments.English language teachers from Coral na Munti National High School were selected as the respondents of the study.Finding of the study suggests that the syntactic complexity of the text affects the reading comprehension of the students.Students found it challenging to understand the message that the author conveyed if he or she used a large number of phrases and clauses in one sentence.Furthermore,the complex sentence syntactic structure was deemed the most challenging for students to understand.To overcome said challenges in comprehending text,various reading intervention programs were utilized by teachers.These interventions include focused or targeted instruction and the implementation of the Project Dear,suggested by the Department of Education.These programs were proven to help students improve their comprehension as well as their knowledge in syntactical structure of sentences.This study underscores the importance of selecting appropriate reading materials and implementing suitable reading intervention programs to enhance students’comprehension skills.

文摘The recent interest in precision medicine among interventionists has led to the establishment of the concept of precision interventional radiology(PIR).This concept focuses not only on the accuracy of interventional operations using traditional image-guided techniques,but also on the comprehensive evaluation of diseases.The invisible features extracted from CT,MRI,or US improve the accuracy and specificity of diagnosis.The integration of multi-omics and molecule imaging provides more information for interventional operations.The development and application of drugs,embolic materials,and devices broaden the concept of PIR.Integrating medicine and engineering brings new image-guided techniques that increase the efficacy of interventional operations while reducing the complications of interventional treatment.In all,PIR,an important part of precision medicine,emphasizing the whole disease management process,including precision diagnosis,comprehensive evaluation,and interventional therapy,maximizes the benefits of patients with limited damage.
