Introduction to Computer Science,as one of the fundamental courses in computer-related majors,plays an important role in the cultivation of computer professionals.However,traditional teaching models and content can no longer fully meet the needs of modern information technology development.In response to these issues,this article introduces the concept of computational creative thinking,optimizes course content,adopts exploratory teaching methods,and innovates course assessment methods,aiming to comprehensively enhance students’computational thinking and innovative abilities.By continuously improving and promoting this teaching model,it will undoubtedly promote computer education in universities to a new level.

Comparative Genre Analysis on RA Introductions of Computer Science Using CARS Model

“Introduction to Language,”as the core course of the English major,mainly reveals the basic laws of language,enabling the students to have the ability to apply linguistic theories to explain language phenomena and solve specific language problems.This course is highly theoretical and has a certain degree of difficulty.The evaluation of student grades has always been based on examination reform,but several problems have been encountered during the implementation process.This article analyzes the current situation of the reform and implementation of the“Introduction to Language”course examination in applied universities and puts forth suggestions and specific measures to improve the assessment of the course,aiming to enhance the teaching effectiveness of the course and scientifically and comprehensively evaluate students’abilities.

A Study of English Grammar Teaching and Cultural Introduction from the Perspective of Applied Linguistics

Exploration and Practice of Big Data Introductory Courses for Big Data Management and Application Majors

As an introductory course for the emerging major of big data management and application,“Introduction to Big Data”has not yet formed a curriculum standard and implementation plan that is widely accepted and used by everyone.To this end,we discuss some of our explorations and attempts in the construction and teaching process of big data courses for the major of big data management and application from the perspective of course planning,course implementation,and course summary.After interviews with students and feedback from questionnaires,students are highly satisfied with some of the teaching measures and programs currently adopted.

Genre Analysis on Introduction of English Major Masters' Graduation Thesis

The introduction of the academic paper, as a type of discourse, are not only an indispensable part of the thesis, but also a kind of social behavior with communicative purpose. The introductions are the essence of academic papers, so it is particularly important for postgraduates to write English introduction. Therefore, the introduction of academic writing, as a genre, has been widely studied for many years. This study analyzes a 50-research-article corpus of English introductions chosen at random with theories relating to genre and genre analysis. These research articles from masters' graduation thesis in the field of applied linguistics(Research Article, i.e. for RA) are analyzed from macro-level and micro-level. And this study is to explore English postgraduates how to choose genre structure, language forms and the communicative purpose that the introductions should achieve. The result shows that some English introductions of the masters' graduation thesis differ from the international general pattern in frequency and quantity of moves, due to the influence of the context. To some extent, this study is significant in teaching academic paper writing.

Introduction of monkeypox virus in Benin,2022

Dear Editor,Monkeypox is an infectious disease that is endemic in a dozen of African countries.Some imported cases have been also reported outside of Africa in the past[1].Since early May 2022,monkeypox infections including human-to-human transmission,were reported in a multi-country outbreak in non-endemic countries and declared Public Health Emergency of International Concern(PHEIC)by the World Health Organization(WHO)in July 2022[2].As of 20 September 2022,a total of at least 62,798 human cases of monkeypox with 20 deaths have been confirmed in 115 countries in five WHO regions[3].

On the “Online and Offline Blended Teaching” Mode for Ideological and Political Theory Courses in Universities—A Case of “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism”

With the deepening development of educational informatization, online and offline blended teaching, as a new teaching mode, is increasingly receiving widespread attention from educators [1]. At present, the reform of the “online and offline blended teaching” of ideological and political education courses directly affects the quality of talent cultivation in universities. The article takes the course “Introduction to Basic Principles of Marxism” as an example to explore the reform mode of “online and offline blended teaching” in ideological and political theory courses in universities from the aspects of reasonable allocation of class hours, design of online teaching activities, how to deepen classroom teaching offline, and diversified assessment modes. Furthermore, the article summarizes the experience of mode reform and promotes the deep development of the people-oriented education concept in ideological and political courses in universities, so as to achieve the ultimate goal of moral education in ideological and political education in universities.

Problems and Strategies:A Case Study of Translation of the Introduction of Xianda College of Economics and Humanities,SISU

The present paper takes the English translation of the introduction of Xianda College of Economics and Humanities,SISU as an example to explore the translation problems of proper nouns and differences in English and Chinese language expressions in the construction of English introductions in Chinese institutions of higher education with the intention to propose corresponding solutions.It is hoped that this paper will provide some tips for the English translation of international publicity materials for other institutions of higher education.

中国城市数字技术创新的时空演化及影响因素

发展数字技术是数字经济时代应对新一轮科技革命和产业变革的重要战略选择。本文使用专利数据界定数字技术并将其作为城市数字技术创新的度量指标,使用空间统计及计量经济学方法揭示中国城市数字技术创新的时空演化及影响因素。结果表明:①中国数字技术创新规模在需求与政策等多重因素驱动下呈现单调增长的态势,7类数字技术领域创新规模保持相对稳定的等级格局。②中国城市数字技术创新空间差异显著,其演化表现集聚与扩散并存的趋势,形成以京津冀、长三角、珠三角城市群为核心引领及以直辖市、省会城市、副省级城市为多点支撑的数字技术创新格局。7类数字技术创新的空间演化表现出由核心城市向外围城市扩散的相似历程,各类数字技术产出均始终高度集中于北京、上海、深圳等头部城市,但不同类型数字技术的主要城市构成略有差别,部分处于中高位序的城市在特定数字技术领域表现突出。③知识基础、技术引进是促进本地数字技术创新的重要因素,而制度因素对本地数字技术创新的推动作用仍待凸显,邻地各项解释变量对本地数字技术创新通常在虹吸作用下呈现出反向影响,或在溢出作用下表现为同向作用,异质性分析表明7类数字的影响因素表现相似性与异质性并存。

杂交导入巴克夏血统对苏紫猪生长育肥性状的影响分析

为了探讨含不同巴克夏猪(巴克夏)血统含量(0、25%、50%)的苏紫猪生长育肥性状有无显著改善,选取68头不同类型的苏紫猪,初始体重在30 kg左右,采用全自动种猪生产性能测定系统进行分批次测定。结果显示:试验共获得130700条有效采食和称重数据,深入分析后发现不同巴克夏血统含量的苏紫猪达相关体重的日龄不同,达60 kg和90 kg体重日龄均为含50%巴克夏血统苏紫猪最大,显著大于无巴克夏血统苏紫猪(P<0.05)。30~60 kg生长阶段的日增重,含25%巴克夏血统和无巴克夏血统苏紫猪显著高于含50%巴克夏血统苏紫猪(P<0.05);30~90 kg和30~110 kg生长阶段的日增重,均为无巴克夏血统苏紫猪最高,显著高于含50%巴克夏血统苏紫猪(P<0.05)。30~90 kg和30~100 kg生长阶段的料重比,均为含50%巴克夏血统苏紫猪最低,且显著低于含25%巴克夏血统和无巴克夏血统苏紫猪(P<0.05)。结论:杂交导入巴克夏血统对苏紫猪的生长速度提升不显著,但对其料重比的改善显著,其中含25%巴克夏血统的苏紫猪生长性能比较均衡,未来可以进行优先培育。

“早佳”杨梅在重庆地区的引种表现及栽培技术要点

“早佳”杨梅是浙江省农业科学院园艺研究所从浙江省兰溪市“荸荠种”杨梅园中利用芽变选育出的早熟新品种,2014年起,重庆市农业科学院果树研究所引种至重庆,开展引种观察和区域试验。结果表明,“早佳”杨梅在重庆地区树势中庸,成熟果实紫黑色,平均单果质量11.8 g,可溶性固形物含量13.2%,可滴定酸含量0.98%,可食率93.22%,在重庆低海拔区域5月下旬成熟,较“荸荠种”杨梅成熟期提早约7 d。“早佳”表现出早熟,抗病,耐高温,果实酸甜适中等特性,适合在重庆适宜地区种植。

2个中晚熟黄绿色免套袋苹果新品种在昭通引种表现及栽培技术要点

“中田”“青林”是自日本引进的黄绿色中晚熟苹果新品种,“中田”果实短圆锥形,平均单果质量228.12 g,果面黄色,果肉黄白色,肉质细嫩、松脆,酸甜适度,可溶性固形物16.92%,带皮硬度7.28 kg/cm^(2),可滴定酸含量0.41%,维生素C含量6.86 mg/100 g,果实成熟期8月下旬;“青林”果实近圆形,平均单果质量217.34 g,果面采收时绿黄色,后逐步变黄色,果肉黄白色,肉质细嫩、脆,酸甜适度,可溶性固形物16.63%,带皮硬度9.82 kg/cm^(2),可滴定酸含量0.32%,维生素C含量6.48 mg/100 g,果实成熟期为9月中下旬。2个品种鲜食品质佳,常温条件下果实可保存35~40 d。“中田”“青林”2个苹果新品种,免套袋栽培性状良好,抗病性有所提高,可供应9—10月中高端市场,适宜在云南省昭通市昭阳区及气候类似地区作为特色品种进行推广种植。

10个鲜食葡萄品种在贵州贵阳地区引种初报

为筛选出适宜贵阳地区栽培的葡萄品种,并进行规模化推广栽培,从浙江省金华市农业科学研究院引入10个优质葡萄品种进行栽培试验,对各品种的物候期、主要经济性状及抗逆性进行调查分析。结果表明:10个供试品种中,两个晚熟品种表现突出,分别是“甬优1号”和“巨玫瑰”,其中“甬优1号”产量较高、品质较好、抗逆性较强、口感甜,并带有草莓香味;“巨玫瑰”品质较好,抗逆性较强,口感浓甜,并带有玫瑰香味。这两个品种在贵阳地区表现出较强的适应性,适宜在贵阳地区进行设施栽培。

本科护理学导论课程思政教学设计与实践

目的设计护理学导论课程思政教学,并探讨其实践效果。方法对护理学导论课程思政教学进行设计,主要步骤包括设置课程思政目标、挖掘思政元素、将课程内容与思政元素相融合、设计课程思政特色教学环节。选取广州中医药大学2022级共162名大学一年级护理本科生为研究对象,对其实施护理学导论课程思政教学。课程结束后,邀请学生对课程思政教学、课程思政特色教学环节的满意度、让其最为受益或最受触动的课程思政特色教学环节、课程思政教学对其的影响情况等作出选择或评价。结果162名学生对课程思政教学的满意度得分为(92.46±7.90)分;全体学生对课程思政各特色教学环节表示“满意”或“基本满意”;57.4%(93/162)的学生认为“师生研讨”是让其受益或受触动的课程思政特色教学环节;分别有89.5%(145/162)、81.5%(132/162)、80.2%(130/162)的学生表示通过护理学导论的学习,护理专业价值观更加明晰、为护理事业奋斗的职业使命感得到激发、对护理专业课程学习的主动性得到提高。本课程第一章第一节获得广东省课程思政改革示范项目。结论护理学导论课程思政教学获学生、同行肯定,有助于学生树立明晰的护理专业价值观,提高其对职业的认同度,增强其学习主动性。

甘肃民勤沙生植物园荒漠植物引种驯化研究综述

据统计我国荒漠维管束植物有82科484属1704种,不仅在防风固沙、改善生态环境方面发挥着重要作用,而且为人类提供重要生活资料,是维系生态平衡、经济和社会可持续发展的宝贵种质资源。以我国第一座荒漠植物园—民勤沙生植物园为案例,对荒漠植物引种驯化工作进行了回顾总结,同时指出未来发展的方向。民勤沙生植物园先后引进各类植物680余种,成功筛选出梭梭、拧条锦鸡儿、细枝羊柴等10余种优良防风固沙造林树种。通过开展蒙古韭、沙蓬、斧翅沙芥、锁阳、肉苁蓉等沙漠经济植物种的驯化栽培与示范推广,丰富了农村产业结构,辐射带动了区域经济发展。未来荒漠区植物引种驯化应面向和美乡村建设与产业发展需求,充分利用甘肃省民勤治沙站荒漠植物国家林木种质资源库平台,强抓国家植物园建设机遇,重视对野生荒漠草本植物种质资源的引种驯化,加强荒漠区林草新品种培育,以期为我国西北风沙区乡村振兴提供技术支撑。

苹果新品种“福星”在甘肃天水的表现及栽培技术要点

“福星”是青岛农业大学苹果育种团队以“新世界”为母本、“粉红佳人”为父本进行人工杂交选育的苹果优良新品种。2019年春季,天水市果树研究所引进该品种进行栽植,对物候期、树体生长及果实生长发育情况等进行观测分析,并总结其栽培技术要点。该品种平均单果质量229.6 g,最大单果质量261.3 g,果形指数0.92,果实短圆柱形,果形端正,成熟果实鲜红色,果面光亮,风味酸甜,果肉黄白色,肉质细,有香气;可滴定酸含量0.28%,可溶性固形物含量17.1%,去皮硬度11.3 kg/cm^(2),切开后不易氧化褐变,果实10月下旬成熟,发育期180 d左右,果实贮藏性好。11月底树体落叶,树势中庸健壮,萌芽率62.6%,成枝力4.3个,高接第3年株产17.2 kg,折合667 m^(2)产量963.2 kg;第4年株产22.6 kg,折合667 m^(2)产量1265.6 kg。该品种在甘肃天水表现良好,具有易成花、着果率高、品质优良、抗病性强,较抗晚霜冻害,是可免套袋栽培的苹果新品种,适宜在甘肃天水及周边苹果产区推广栽植。
