The state-of-the-art multi-core computer systems are based on Very Large Scale three Dimensional (3D) Integrated circuits (VLSI). In order to provide high-speed vertical data transmission in such 3D systems, efficient...The state-of-the-art multi-core computer systems are based on Very Large Scale three Dimensional (3D) Integrated circuits (VLSI). In order to provide high-speed vertical data transmission in such 3D systems, efficient Through-Silicon Via (TSV) technology is critically important. In this paper, various Radio Frequency (RF) TSV designs and models are proposed. Specifically, the Cu-plug TSV with surrounding ground TSVs is used as the baseline structure. For further improvement, the dielectric coaxial and novel air-gap coaxial TSVs are introduced. Using the empirical parameters of these coaxial TSVs, the simulation results are obtained demonstrating that these coaxial RF-TSVs can provide two-order higher of cut-off frequencies than the Cu-plug TSVs. Based on these new RF-TSV technologies, we propose a novel 3D multi-core computer system as well as new architectures for manipulating the interfaces between RF and baseband circuit. Taking into consideration the scaling down of IC manufacture technologies, predictions for the performance of future generations of circuits are made. With simulation results indicating energy per bit and area per bit being reduced by 7% and 11% respectively, we can conclude that the proposed method is a worthwhile guideline for the design of future multi-core computer ICs.展开更多

Methods:A to...Objective:To describe the characteristic of tongue images of patients with lung cancer of different Chinese medicine(CM) syndromes and to reveal the elemental rule on the changes of the tongue images. Methods:A total of 207 patients with lung cancer were divided into four syndrome groups according to the theory of CM:Fei(肺) and Shen(肾) deficiency syndrome(Group A,72 cases),Pi(脾) deficiency and phlegm dampness syndrome(Group B,57 cases),phlegm-heat retention in Fei(Group C,36 cases) and yin asthenia generating intrinsic heat syndrome(Group D,42 cases).The tongue parameters were detected by tongue image digital analysis instrument,and the tongue images were described with qualitative,tongue color and quantitative analysis,respectively.The International Commission on Illumination(CIE) L~*a~*b~*(CIELAB) color model was used for the quantitative classification.Results:There was a significant statistical difference between different syndrome groups of lung cancer on tongue color,coating color,and thickness of tongue coating(P0.01),and there was significant statistical difference between the four syndrome groups on Lab values of the tongue and coating(P0.05).The correct identification rate of discriminant function on the raw data was 65.7%,including 72.2%for Group C,69.4%for Group A,69.0%for Group D and 54.4%for Group B.Conclusions:A tongue image digital analysis instrument can objectively describe the tongue features of patients with different syndromes of lung cancer.The tongue diagnosis is very important to syndrome differentiation in CM.Tongue diagnosis should be combined with some important characteristics of syndromes in the future to establish a"combination of four examination methods,including inspection,auscultation,interrogation,and pulse-feeling and palpation"in the tongue diagnostic system.展开更多
Projects involving the construction of rock salt underground gas storage have several disadvantages,for example,effective management is not employed to manage the production information and data in the process of the ...Projects involving the construction of rock salt underground gas storage have several disadvantages,for example,effective management is not employed to manage the production information and data in the process of the project,resulting in duplication of data storage,waste of storage space,lower efficiency of data calling,and negative effects on the efficiency of data update.Therefore,a database and its management systems for a rock salt gas storage was constructed based on an SQL Server database system,primarily including the management forms of the geological modeling,storage simulation,stability evaluation,economic evaluation,and covering the addition and delete checks of static and dynamic data.The security of the system was improved by setting the administrator permission.The establishment of the database management system was of tremendous importance and it provided a significant technical support for the development of the gas storage project.展开更多
