Feasibility assessment of LID concept for stormwater management in China through SWOT analysis

The strengths weaknesses opportunities and threats SWOT analysis method is applied to assess the feasibility of traditional stormwater management and low impact development LID in China.The results show that traditional stormwater management has many disadvantages e.g.only stormwater collection and discharge or flooding peak-flow regulation is taken into consideration but lack of many important functions such as on-site infiltration non-point pollution control ecological treatment etc.Meanwhile as a new stormwater management concept the LID system has many advantages e.g.LID can not only control rainwater quantity but also effectively prevent non-point pollution. Moreover LID is easy for implementation and cost effective and operation and management can also be done easily.LID has attracted more and more attention from governmental authorities at different levels and the majority of practitioners. Therefore LID has bright prospects for wide applications in China.

Evolution of Air Traffic Management Concept of Operations and Its Impact on the System Architecture

The air traffic management system(ATM)has the task of ensuring safe,orderly and expeditious flow of air traffic.The ATM system architecture is very much dependent on the concept of operations(ConOps).Over the years the evolution in ConOps has resulted in changes in the ATM′s physical architecture,improving its physical infrastructure,increasing the levels of automation and making operational changes to improve air traffic flow,to cope with increasing demand for air travel.However,what is less clear is the impact of such changes in ConOps on the ATM′s functional architecture.This is vital for ensuring optimality in the implementation of the physical architecture components to support the ATM functions.This paper reviews the changes in the ConOps over the years,proposes a temporally invariant ATM functional model,and discusses some of the main key technologies expected to make significant improvements to the ATM system.

Concepts perception of strategy and strategic management： University case study

Aiming to reveal the university students＇ understanding in management as for the strategy and strategic management phenomena, this study accomplishes a phenomenographic research to assess the future managers＇ market perception. It was chosen university students in Management of a Portuguese University. We conclude that the strategy definitions obtained are an assembly of the diverse existing concepts. Concerning to strategic management it was perceived an approach with one of the main existing concepts. The findings raise interesting issues with respect to the difficulties felt by new managers in translating their theoretical definitions in real examples in the organizations.

Family functioning integrated with diabetes self-management： a concept analysis

Although the concept of family functioning has gained recent popularity, the terms ＂family functioning＂ and ＂family resilience＂ are sometimes confused and used interchangeably. The aim of this concept analysis was to clarify what is meant by family functioning in the context of diabetes self-management by assessing specific attributes, antecedents, and consequences. A concept analysis model by Walker and Avant was applied. The identified attributes of family functioning in a diabetes self-management context included problem-solving, communication, roles, affective responsiveness, affective involvement, and behavioral control. Antecedents included family structure, socioeconomic status, family functioning relationships, family stage, and life events. Consequences included family satisfaction, family cohesion, and family relationships. This analysis provided a deeper understanding of a family functioning concept within a diabetes self-management context. It is recommended that health care providers should be aware of antecedent factors that could inhibit outcome improvement. Further research is needed to explain family functioning attributes in relation to antecedents and potential consequences.

Improving Equipment Management and Meeting the Requirements of Establishing Modern Enterprise System

Establishing modem enterprise system is the orientation of the reform of state-owned enterprises. Based on the management experience in Shanxi Aluminium Plant, this paper indicates that it is necessary that enterprise equipment management must set up a series of modern management concepts, explore feasible philosophy for equipment management with enterprise characteristics, and establish a set of scientific equipment management operational system in order to meet the requirements of establishing modern enterprise system and to promote the development of state-owned enterprises.

Sustainability Impact on Construction Management in Developing Countries： Iraq as a Case Study

Sustainable development contributes to the economic and social advancement of construction projects. Ignoring sustainability during the cost estimating process associated with evaluation phase develops many problems of conventional decision methodology used in construction industry in the most of developing countries. This research focuses on sustainability which is the key factor in all decision making in design and construction processes. Therefore, Iraqi construction industry should respond to sustainability as a leading indicator of its infrastructure rebuilding. The construction management and sustainability could help to manage the rebuilding of the destroyed public infrastructure during the disaster wars periods passed thru thirty years ago and also to modernize of private buildings and plants. Field study has been carried out by adopting personal interviews and questionnaires conducted with experts, experienced consultants and designers working in many design organizations. The data collected has been analyzed and the results obtained show a clear weakness in the field of sustainability understanding, practicing and implementation. Moreover, the design work in Iraq is suffering from a lack of scientific techniques and a lack in experience in the domain of sustainability field. This will take an integrated approach to study the impact of sustainability on construction management which encompasses both public and private sector perspectives for building and engineering construction, and the roles played by all the participants in the construction team （owners, contractors, design professionals, and other supporting professionals）.

JCI理念为框架的模式在消毒供应室医用器械管理中的应用效果

目的 探讨国际医疗卫生机构认证联合委员会(JCI)理念为框架管理模式在消毒供应室医用器械管理中的应用效果。方法 采用随机数字表法将2019年1月至2020年1月在消毒供应室工作的30例医护人员,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组15例。对照组采用常规管理模式,试验组采用以JCI理念为框架的管理模式。观察2组护理服务质量、综合素质、医护人员满意度和器械管理效果进行评价。结果 2组护理质量比较,试验组护理流程、质量监管、安全意识、感染风险评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组管理前综合素质评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。2组管理后安全知识掌握、主动服务意识、风险防控能力和专业素养均高于管理前,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组管理后安全知识掌握、主动服务意识、风险防控能力和专业素养均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组医务人员满意率,灭菌、清洗、检查、包装、发放和回收合格率明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 JCI理念为框架管理模式在消毒供应室医用器械管理中的应用效果良好,能有效提高护理质量与护理安全性,增加医护人员满意度,可用于医疗管理之中。

基于信息化理念的研究生管理流程改革与实践——以中国地质大学(北京)为例

信息化是提高研究生管理水平的重要手段。笔者以中国地质大学(北京)研究生培养流程为研究对象,梳理以往管理过程中出现的信息盲区、漏洞和主要问题,改变传统的以信息化手段模拟管理流程的方法,提出以信息化理念和手段构建新的管理模式,提升管理水平。改变以培养计划为核心的单线管理流程,建立了培养计划、排课选课、成绩查询三线并行的新式管理流程。近几年的实践表明,优化后的管理流程提升了管理水平,提高了工作效率,极大方便了广大师生,在研究生培养方面每年减少70%以上的工作量,适应了学校研究生全过程-全方位开放式育人模式的新要求,取得了较好的应用效果。

我国档案馆与相关领域参与数字人文异步现象探源

近年来,数字人文成为图情档领域的研究热点。然而,我国档案馆与同为档案领域的我国档案学界、同为档案实践部门的国外档案馆以及同为数字人文基础设施建设机构的我国图书馆在数字人文参与方面存在着冷热不均的异步现象。我国档案学界对数字人文表现出极高的研究兴趣,国外档案馆在数字人文领域的实践进展迅速,我国图书馆在参与数字人文过程中积极作为。反观我国档案馆,无论是在理论还是实践层面,均表现出热情不高和明显滞后的现象。这种不同步现象背后的逻辑值得探究,我国档案馆与档案学界在目标与认知层面的偏差、国内外档案馆在文化与制度方面的冲突,以及我国档案馆与图书馆在体制与职能方面的差异是导致这种现象出现的主要原因。

基于韧性理念的建筑“前置空间”研究

城市的集约化发展,对社会生活的精细化管理提出新的要求。具体到建筑层面,则反映为对出入建筑空间的人流基于识别、安检、疾控、权限等内容的过滤性管控需求。文章将韧性理念引入建筑空间层面,将与上述内容相关联的空间予以梳理整合,提出建筑“前置空间”的概念。通过对建筑前置空间的现状分析,探讨前置空间的内容、韧性特征以及韧性设计理念。

数据态档案管理模式概念、特征与挑战

在档案资源对象发展演化的过程中,数据态档案作为新型资源对象,具有信号和语义双重离散的本质特征。因此,有必要对已有档案管理理念和实践进行重塑,建立能够解除语义离散带来的高阶逻辑依赖的数据态档案管理模式。本文在档案资源连续空间演化图景的指导下,明确数据态档案管理模式的概念及功能定位,阐明其区别于其他形态档案资源管理模式的特征,并对模式构建所面临的主要挑战进行分析。研究认为数据态档案管理模式以体系性、连续性、可理解性和专业性为主要特征,在空间管控、证用价值维系、管理机制协同与技术能力建设等方面面临挑战。

循环质控理念联合风险管理模式在ICU住院患者中的应用

目的探讨重症监护室(intensive care unit,ICU)住院患者中应用循环质控理念联合风险管理模式的效果。方法选取2023年1—5月寿光市人民医院ICU住院患者335例作为对照组,实施常规医院感染管理;选取2023年6—12月ICU住院患者340例作为干预组,实施循环质控理念联合风险管理模式。比较2组管理质量、风险事件、医院感染发生率及患者满意度。结果干预组管理质量(感染监测、组织管理、风险评估、制度建设)评分高于对照组(P<0.05);干预组风险事件发生率(1.47%)低于对照组(4.48%)(P<0.05);干预组医院感染发生率(3.82%)低于对照组(7.46%)(P<0.05);干预组患者满意度(98.24%)低于对照组(95.52%)(P<0.05)。结论循环质控理念联合风险管理模式应用于ICU住院患者中,可提高管理质量,减少风险事件与医院感染发生,促进患者满意度提升,体现了《ICU十大安全目标》的执行标准。

妇产科护理管理中安全文化理念的运用效果分析

目的分析妇产科护理管理中安全文化理念的运用效果。方法选取2022年1月—2023年12月湖南省脑科医院妇产科40名护士为研究对象,2022年1—12月开展常规护理管理,选取此时的20名护士作为对比组;2023年1—12月开展安全文化理念管理,选取此时的20名护士作为观察组。比较两组的护理管理质量、纠纷事件发生情况。结果观察组的护理管理质量高于对比组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组未发生纠纷事件,对比组发生1起纠纷事件。结论在为妇产科护士进行护理管理时,常规护理管理与安全文化理念管理均可发挥一定管理作用,但后者更能改善护士护理管理质量,防范纠纷事件的发生。

六西格玛理念下分级管理模式对降低实习护生针刺伤发生率的影响

目的:探讨六西格玛理念下分级管理模式对降低实习护生针刺伤发生率的效果。方法:选取2021年8月—2023年6月在我院实习的60名实习护生随机分为对照组和研究组,各30人。对照组实行常规管理,研究组实行六西格玛理念下的分级管理,比较两组各环节针刺伤发生率、针刺伤基本知识知晓情况、实习效果及实习满意度。结果:与对照组比较,研究组各环节针刺伤发生率更低(P<0.05),针刺伤基本知识知晓情况、实习效果及实习满意度更高(P<0.05)。结论:将六西格玛理念下分级管理模式应用于实习护生中,可降低针刺伤发生率,提升针刺伤基本知识知晓率、实习效果和实习满意度。

研发企业基于集成产品开发理念数字化转型实践经验分享

在当今信息化飞速发展的时代,越来越多的研发企业开始寻求创新研发模式,学习先进的研发思想理念,实现传统研发到数字化研发的企业转型。本文以新安化工集团企业为例,进行实践经验分享,介绍企业学习以集成产品开发(integrated product development,IPD)为理念的研发模式配合产品全生命周期管理(product lifecycle management,PLM)科研信息管理系统的建设,探索并实现企业数字化转型的过程,提高企业研发水平,增强核心竞争力,以期为相关企业的发展提供参考。
