By summing up the opinions of many experts about thc concert hall acous tics, it is suggested a more complete factor set and more realistic membership functions for the fuzzy set evaluation of concert hall acoustics. ... By summing up the opinions of many experts about thc concert hall acous tics, it is suggested a more complete factor set and more realistic membership functions for the fuzzy set evaluation of concert hall acoustics. The factor set includes thc rever beration time R T, the mean forte sound pressure level L,F, the lateral efficiency LE,the frequency characteristic of early decay time | EDT(f)|, and Vmax (10 lg LE), the maximuin variation of 10 lg LE in a hall. An example shows the evaluation procedure in detail. It seems that the fuzzy set method is fcasible for evaluating concert hall acoustics, because it can give a quantitative evaluation result on the fuzziness basis. 展开更多
