A finite-time thermodynamics method is used to set up the time series simulation model. As a result, an upper bound of recoverable condensation heat for the compound condensing process is obtained which is in good agreement with experimental result. And the result is valuable and useful to optimization design of condensing heat recovery.展开更多

The full nonlocal system for the CBE evolution is delivered including particular case and analytical solutions. We show (analytically) that a black hole can evolve in the Bose-Einstein condensate (CBE) regime. At the same time, there are modes in which black hole flickering occurs. Quantization of the black holes flickering is discovered. The corresponding nonlocal hydrodynamic equations indicated for fermions gas.展开更多

Different theories have been proposed to explain the elevated rates of evolution (Swanson and Vacquier, 2002), including sperm competition, where sperm compete to fertilize eggs leading to the proteins in the sper- matozoa adaptively evolving to increase their ability to fertilize eggs; sexual conflict, where the egg experiences a loss of fitness when sperm are too abundant; sexual selection, where eggs bind sperm carrying adaptive alleles (Palumbi, 1999); and cryptic female choice (reviewed in Swanson and Vacquier, 2002).展开更多
