Fixed-Time Consensus-Based Nash Equilibrium Seeking

Dear Editor,This letter examines the fixed-time stability of the Nash equilibrium(NE)in non-cooperative games.We propose a consensus-based NE seeking algorithm for situations where players do not have perfect information and communicate via a topology graph.The proposed algorithm can achieve NE in a fixed time that does not depend on initial conditions and can be adjusted in advance.

Secure Tracking Control via Fixed-Time Convergent Reinforcement Learning for a UAV CPS

Simulation of liquid cone formation on the tip apex of indium field emission electric propulsion thrusters

Field emission electric propulsion(FEEP) thrusters possess excellent characteristics, such as high specific impulse, low power requirements, compact size and precise pointing capabilities,making them ideal propulsion devices for micro-nano satellites. However, the detection of certain aspects, such as the evolution process of the liquid cone and the physical quantities at the cone apex, proves challenging due to the minute size of the needle tip and the vacuum environment in which they operate. Consequently, this paper introduces a computational fluid dynamics(CFD) model to gain insight into the formation process of the liquid cone on the tip apex of indium FEEP. The CFD model is based on electrohydrodynamic(EHD) equations and the volume of fluid(VOF) method. The entire cone formation process can be divided into three stages, and the time-dependent characteristics of the physical quantities at the cone apex are investigated. The influences of film thickness, apex radius size and applied voltage are compared.The results indicate a gradual increase in the values of electrostatic stress and surface tension stress at the cone apex over an initial period, followed by a rapid escalation within a short duration.Apex configurations featuring a small radius, thick film and high voltage exhibit a propensity for liquid cone formation, and the cone growth time decreases as the film thickness increases.Moreover, some unstable behavior is observed during the cone formation process.

Effect of the Particle Packing Configuration on Fixed Bed Performance

Fixed-bed reactors are generally considered the optimal choice for numerous multi-phase catalytic reactions due to their excellent performance and stability.However,conventional fixed beds often encounter challenges related to inadequate mass transfer and a high pressure drop caused by the non-uniform void fraction distribution.To enhance the overall performance of fixed beds,the impact of different packing configurations on performance was investigated.Experimental and simulation methods were used to investigate the fluid flow and mass transfer performances of various packed beds under different flow rates.It was found that structured beds exhibited a significantly lower pressure drop per unit length than conventional packed beds.Furthermore,the packing configurations had a critical role in improving the overall performance of fixed beds.Specifically,structured packed beds,particularly the H-2 packing configuration,effectively reduced the pressure drop per unit length and improved the mass transfer efficiency.The H-2 packing configuration consisted of two parallel strips of particles in each layer,with strips arranged perpendicularly between adjacent layers,and the spacing between the strips varied from layer to layer.

New Common Fixed Point Results for Four Maps on Cone Metric Spaces

In this paper, some new existence and uniqueness of common fixed points for four mappings are obtained, which do not satisfy continuity and commutation on non-normal cone metric spaces. These results improve and generalize several well-known comparable results in the literature.

SOME NEW EXTENSIONS OF EDELSTEIN-SUZUKI-TYPE FIXED POINT THEOREM TO G-METRIC AND G-CONE METRIC SPACES

In this paper, we prove some fixed point theorems for generalized contractions in the setting of G-metric spaces. Our results extend a result of Edelstein [M. Edelstein, On fixed and periodic points under contractive mappings, J. London Math. Soc., 37 （1962）, 74-79] and a result of Suzuki [T. Suzuki, A new type of fixed point theorem in metric spaces, Nonlinear Anal., 71 （2009）, 5313-5317]. We prove, also, a fixed point theorem in the setting of G-cone metric spaces.

New Fixed Point Results of Generalized g-Quasi-Contractions in Cone b-Metric Spaces Over Banach Algebras

In this paper, we introduce the concept of generalized g-quasi-contractions in the setting of cone b-metric spaces over Banach algebras. By omitting the assump- tion of normality we establish common fixed point theorems for the generalized g- quasi-contractions with the spectral radius r（λ） of the g-quasi-contractive constant vector λ satisfying r（λ） ∈[0,1） in the setting of cone b-metric spaces over Banach al- gebras, where the coefficient s satisfies s ≥ 1. The main results generalize, extend and unify several well-known comparable results in the literature.

Common Fixed Points under Contractive Conditions in Cone Metric Spaces

In order to develop and improve the fixed point theorems in cone metric spaces, some new fixed point theorems are presented for two mappings in cone metric spaces which satisfy contractive conditions, where the cone is not necessarily normal. Our results generalize fixed point theorems of Abbas, Jungck and Stojan Radenovi in cone metric spaces.

GENERALIZATIONS OF THE SUZUKI AND KANNAN FIXED POINT THEOREMS IN G-CONE METRIC SPACES

In this paper we develop the Banach contraction principle and Kannan fixed point theorem on generalized cone metric spaces. We prove a version of Suzuki and Kannan type generalizations of fixed point theorems in generalized cone metric spaces.

Common Fixed Point Results for Quasi-contractions Involving Altering Distance Functions in Ordered Cone Metric Spaces

Some common fixed point results for mappings satisfying a quasi-contractive condition which involves altering distance functions are obtained in partially ordered complete cone metric spaces. A sufficient condition for the uniqueness of common fixed point is proved. Also, an example is given to support our results.

Some Fixed Point Results on a Class of Contractive Mappings in Cone Metric Spaces

In this paper, we consider a notion of contractive mappings with certain conditions in cone metric spaces and obtain some results of xed points by using some necessary conditions. The results directly improve and generalize some xed point results in metric spaces and some previous results in cone metric spaces.

Common Fixed Point Theorems in Non-normal Cone Metric Spaces with Banach Algebras

In this paper, we obtain a class of common fixed point theorems for generalized Lipschitz mappings in cone metric spaces with Banach algebras without the assumption of normality of cones. The results greatly generalize some results in the literature. Moreover,we give an example to support the main assertions.

Fixed Points and Common Fixed Points of Quasi-Contractive Mappings on Partially Ordered-Cone Metric Spaces

In this paper, we use the mappings with quasi-contractive conditions, defined on a partially ordered set with cone metric structure, to construct convergent sequences and prove that the limits of the constructed sequences are the unique (common) fixed point of the mappings, and give their corollaries. The obtained results improve and generalize the corresponding conclusions in references.

Common Fixed Points for a Countable Family of Quasi-Contractive Mappings on a Cone Metric Space with the Convex Structure

In this paper, we consider a countable family of surjective mappings {Tn}n∈N satisfying certain quasi-contractive conditions. We also construct a convergent sequence { Xn } n c∈Nby the quasi-contractive conditions of { Tn } n ∈N and the boundary condition of a given complete and closed subset of a cone metric space X with convex structure, and then prove that the unique limit x＂ of {xn}n∈N is the unique common fixed point of {Tn}n∈N. Finally, we will give more generalized common fixed point theorem for mappings {Ti,j}i,j∈N. The main theorems in this paper generalize and improve many known common fixed point theorems for a finite or countable family of mappings with quasi-contractive conditions.

Common Fixed Points for a Countable Family of Non-self Mappings in Cone Metric Spaces with the Convex Prop erty

A new common fixed point result for a countable family of non-self mappings defined on a closed subset of a cone metric space with the convex property is obtained, and from which, a more general result is given. Our main results improve and generalize many known common fixed point theorems.

Some Random Coincidence Point and Common Fixed Point Results in Cone Metric Spaces Over Banach Algebras

In this paper,we obtain some tripled common random fixed point and tripled random fixed point theorems with several generalized Lipschitz constants in such spaces.We consider the obtained assertions without the assumption of normality of cones.The presented results generalize some coupled common fixed point theorems in the existing literature.

Fixed Point Theorems in Cone Symmetric Spaces

In this paper, some common fixed point theorems for general occasionally weakly compatible selfmaps and non-selfmaps on cone symmetric spaces were proved. The interesting point of this paper is that we do not assume that the cone is solid. Our results generalize and complete the corresponding results in [9-15].

Caristi’s Fixed Point Theorem in G-Cone Metric Spaces and Application

In this work, we introduce a few versions of Caristi’s fixed point theorems in G-cone metric spaces which extend Caristi’s fixed point theorems in metric spaces. Analogues of such fixed point theorems are proved in this space. Our work extends a good number of results in this area of research.
