Research on Construction Mode and Plant Selection of Linpan in Chengdu Plain

On the basis of investigation and analysis of Linpan in Chengdu Plain,in view of the ongoing reconstruction engineering of residential styles in Chengdu Plain,construction mode of Linpan in Chengdu Plain at new period had been proposed and plants had been selected in accordance with the function features of different modes. The initial study result was of certain instructive significance to the protection and development of Linpan in Chengdu Plain to some extent.

The Study on Protection and Construction Mode of Urban Ecologically Sensitive Areas

The paper had analyzed the necessity and feasibility for the protection and utilization of urban ecologically sensitive areas, proposed planning urban ecologically sensitive areas reasonably and combining ecological protection with development construction. Guiding the healthy and ordered development of urban spaces was the key part and important approach to realize ecological cities. The guiding thought for development construction of ecological cities had been discussed, which was conducting laddered development according to the location and coverage of urban ecologically sensitive areas and protection grades of these sensitive areas. Then, it had proposed four kinds of protection and construction modes, which were tourism leisure green lands, relevant expositions, industrial areas and new city groups, and which had been analyzed by combining with successful cases, so as to provide feasible win-win development strategies of ecology and economy for the planning of urban ecologically sensitive areas in the future.

Study on Construction Mode of Leisure City ——A Case Study of Langfang City in Hebei Province

Based on the analysis of development advantages of Langfang City,a construction mode of leisure Langfang City was constructed,which was "taking commercial leisure as the leading guidance,public leisure as the supplement,and brand festival as the main line".Finally,some experiences for leisure city construction were summarized,so as to provide reference for leisure construction of cities which were lack of traditional tourism resources.

The Construction of English Teaching Mode in Senior High School Based on OBE Theory

OBE theory focuses on students’learning outcomes and application ability,which is consistent with the requirements of the new curriculum standard.The paper attempts to apply OBE theory to innovate the construction of English classroom teaching mode in senior high schools from aspects of teaching aims,teaching activities,teaching assessments and application activities.Results show that the application of OBE in high schools is beneficial to the development of English teaching and students'learning.

In this paper, we conduct research on the construction mode of mechanical and electrical integration of intelligent control system based on the multi-agent technique. The development of the modem science and technology has greatly promoted the cross of different subjects and infiltration, caused the technological transformation and revolution in the field of engineering. In the field of mechanical engineering, because of rapid development of microelectronics technology and computer technology to the mechanical industry and its mechanical and electrical integration, which is formed by the penetration of the technology of mechanical industry structure, product, organization, function and structure, mode of the production and management system, great changes have taken place in industrial production by the mechanical electrification ＂ushered in the development of＂ mechatronics ＂as the characteristics of the stage. Our research combines the multi-agent technique to propose the new paradigm for mechanical and electrical integration which is innovative.

Reconstruction of Village Administration Mode in Building New Socialist Countryside

Firstly, definition of village administration is introduced. Then, through analysis of history, complexity and innovation characteristics of village administration, it points out that village administration plays a significant role in the reform of grass-roots government. Based on these, existing problems in village administration mode are discussed. It is believed that the administration subject (government), object (farmers), and administration measures have potential to explore. Finally, suggestions are put forward from perfecting village autonomy, role orientation of grass-roots government, and simplifying grass-roots government organs.

Exploration on the Construction of Online and Offline Blending Teaching Mode in the Introduction to Earth Science

The course“Introduction to earth science”is a basic general course integrating science and interest run by the School of Atmospheric Sciences in Chengdu University of Information Technology.It is also a public elective course for the cultivation of college students'scientific quality.With the development of Internet plus education and the promotion of information technology,the paper combines the traditional offline teaching mode with the online teaching mode adopted during the spring semester in 2020 because of the COVID-19,giving full play to the advantages of the two teaching modes.According to the school's teaching environment and teaching objectives,the online and offline blending teaching mode is constructed by introducing the recording of course video+MOOC+SPOC+online resources of high-quality open courses+Flipped Classroom+Rain Classroom+QQ group+WeChat+Tencent meeting,in order to improve the comprehensive teaching performance,and provide an important reference for the educational reform of similar courses in the post epidemic era.

国家级创新创业教育实践基地建设特征探索——基于首批国家级双创基地建设内容的文本分析

国家级创新创业教育实践基地作为高校实施创新创业教育的实践载体,在创新创业教育体系中发挥着重要作用。该文以100所国家级创新创业教育实践基地资料为研究对象,使用内容分析法探究不同类别高校基地的建设内容特点。结果显示综合类、理工类、职业类、特色类高校基地在建设内容特点上存在差异,并结合具体案例总结出依托优势平台、校企合作、结合特色产业三种基地建设模式,以期为高校创新创业教育提供新思路。

信息基础设施建设共建共享博弈分析

中国正处于工业经济时代向信息数字经济时代转型的攻坚期,如何更加高效、集约地完成信息基础设施建设和运营,是选择独立建设还是选择共建共享是电信运营商及政府必须面对的现实问题。从模型构建及求解、理论分析、数值模拟等方面,对信息基础设施建设模式进行博弈分析,并以中国移动、中国联通、中国电信三家相互博弈的运营商为例进行分析,探索共建共享模式。研究表明:通过对不同建设成本差异化分类,建立一般均衡模型和静态博弈模型,实现信息基础建设模式的转变,从而在理论上拓展了建设模式的研究。由于共建共享模式能够达到最低的市场价格,并可满足更多的通信服务需求,为此,政府在信息基础设施建设经营模式的宏观调控上,倾向于采用共建共享模式;通过调控成本分摊比例,各运营商自发加入共建共享,共建共享建设方案由最初的政策推动成功地转变为市场导向推动。研究结果为政府部门和电信运营商推动信息基础设施建设共建共享,避免重复建设并提高资源配置效率提供理论依据和支撑;同时,对新时期信息基础设施高效、集约发展,并赋能社会经济发展具有重要的实践意义。

国家公园生态产品价值实现的机制及模式——以神农架国家公园为例

探究生态产品价值实现的机制及模式是国家公园加快生态文明建设、推动“绿水青山”向“金山银山”转化的关键。构建了国家公园社会-经济-自然复合生态系统,分析国家公园生态产品特征并划分类别,以神农架国家公园试点为例,探究了国家公园生态产品价值的实现路径与机制,建立了国家公园生态产品价值实现模式。结果表明:(1)国家公园复合生态系统由社会、经济和自然生态系统构成,形成一个相互影响、相互关联的整体。(2)国家公园生态产品具有生物生产性、资源稀缺性、人类收益性、地域整体性、政策依赖性、利益平衡性等特征,识别与分类生态产品有助于复合生态系统的平稳运行与健康发展,进而实现生态产品价值。(3)国家公园生态产品总体分为公共性、准公共性和经营性三类,并由政府主导、社区主导、市场主导与多主体复合型路径组成的价值实现路径体系完成价值实现。(4)国家公园生态产品价值实现机制由生态保护机制、经济发展机制、社区进步机制和协调保障机制四部分构成,服务于生态保护、产业发展和社区振兴三个目标。(5)国家公园生态产品价值实现过程中存在一定问题,以生态保护为首要任务、旅游发展为实现路径、社区振兴为核心目标,构建神农架国家公园“生态保护-旅游发展-社区振兴”共生模式,并进一步提出生态产品价值实现的生态旅游模式,以协调处理神农架国家公园复合生态系统结构内的矛盾,实现国家公园生态产品价值的最大化。综上所述,丰富了生态产品价值实现理论,并为国家公园生态产品价值实现模式提供了重要的科学依据与决策参考。国家公园“生态保护-旅游发展-社区振兴”的共生模式以及国家公园生态产品实现的生态旅游模式,将为国家公园生态产品价值的实现提供更加全面与有效的路径与模式。

公共图书馆数字体验区初探:概念界定、建设模式及运行状况

基于外部环境变化和事业发展的需要,公共图书馆数字体验区建设广受关注。建设公共图书馆数字体验区是建设以人为中心的现代图书馆的重要路径。文章通过网络调查和实地调查法探究了我国公共图书馆数字体验区的建设模式和运行状况,以期明晰相关理论和实践问题并推动我国数字体验区健康、有序发展。研究发现,目前数字体验区主要采用“分散式”和“集中式”两种建设模式,总体运行状况良好,但服务设计和运行机制有待完善。未来数字体验区建设应体现“舒适美好、乐享智慧”理念,以构建泛在式、智慧化、高品质的体验空间。

中国奥运冠军身份建构的隐喻模式研究——以《人民日报》(1984-2022)媒体报道为例

运用Charteris-Black提出的三维批评隐喻分析框架对1984-2022年《人民日报》156篇中国奥运冠军相关报道进行话语分析,揭示奥运冠军身份建构的隐喻模式。研究发现,报道运用结构隐喻、本体隐喻和方位隐喻3种隐喻类型及其21种子类型建构了奥运冠军的多重性身份,其中,运用战争和人体隐喻建构为国争光的英雄、旅程隐喻建构中华体育精神的践行者、动物和自然隐喻建构体育文化的传播者、文化隐喻建构中国体育事业的传承者、实体和容器隐喻建构健康生活的追求者,宣传党和国家的体育主张、传播社会主义核心价值观、塑造中国国家形象和构建人类命运共同体是隐喻模式形成的社会动因。新时代新征程背景下提出奥运冠军身份建构的优化策略:在文本层面丰富中国奥运冠军报道的语言手段,在话语层面创新中国奥运冠军话语和叙事体系,在社会层面打造中国奥运冠军品牌价值链。
