Analysis on Intellectual Property Management of Construction Enterprises

As the main force of construction enterprises,construction enterprises shoulder the important task of national pillar industries.However,at present,construction enterprises are still labor-intensive enterprises,with low profitability,low overall scientific and technological level,insufficient innovation ability and weak application and protection of intellectual property rights.Based on the current situation of construction enterprises,combined with the author's enterprise,this paper considers the problems existing in the intellectual property management of construction enterprises,and puts forward some countermeasures for the intellectual property management.

Application and Exploration of Overall Risk Management in Construction Enterprises

This paper mainly starts from the perspectives of management and economics,combined with the characteristics of the construction industry,conducts qualitative and quantitative analysis of the risks involved,studies various factors that cause construction enterprise risks from multiple angles,and uses scientific and effective methods to identify and evaluate risks,as well as determine the risk level.Through the overall risk management response strategies and empirical research of construction enterprises,this paper analyzes the general theory and main avoidance strategies of risk response of construction enterprises,and lays the foundation for follow-up risk management response in the form of cases through the implementation of technical route and innovation points.

Optimization of Enterprise Training System from The Perspective of Project Management

At present,there are a series of problems in the enterprise training system,such as the lack of systematic management,imperfect management and control measures,the lack of scienti＇c evaluation system,and so on.With the rapid development of information technology,the members of the enterprise should not only strengthen their own learning,but also promote each other.The training system of the enterprise should effectively take these needs as the preferred factors to establish and optimize the system.Based on this urgent need,this paper will put forward some thoughts on the optimization of enterprise training system from the perspective of project management.

Comparison between Chinese Supervision Enterprise and International Project Management Enterprise

With the entrance into WTO, the Chinese supervision enterprises face the serious challenge never existed before. Comparing with other type enterprises Chinese supervision enterprises nature of China are the same as project management companies in connotation and service scope in nature. They have much superiority in development of the project management work. Through comparing and analyzing the special feature between Chinese supervision enterprise and international project management enterprise, this paper points out the gap between them, and table the proposal of they transforming to the project management enterprises.

Study on the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises

With the development of knowledge economy, the competition between high teehnology enterprises has gradually evolved into the competition of core competence based on knowledge, because high technology enterprises are typical knowledge-based enterprises. Few enterprises, especially for high technology firms, have all of the knowledge they need to compete effectively in the marketplace both at home and abroad, so more and more high technology companies are taking the advantage of strategic alliances to get their complementary knowledge. Since knowledge is the source of an enterprise＇ s competitiveness, knowledge management has become the most important means for enterprises to gain competitive advantage. There has been an increased growth in the literature on strategic alliances in recent decades. But what is less discussed in the existing literature on strategic alliances is the issue of knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises. Based on the characteristics of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises, and in line with the implication and the goal of knowledge management, this study tries to delve into this issue. The paper analyzes the key factors relevant to the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises and proposes guidelines on the process and measures that should be taken in the knowledge management of strategic alliances in high technology enterprises.

Project Management and Coordination of Distributed Cooperative Product Design in a Virtual Enterprise

The architecture of project management of distributed concurrent product design in a virtual enterprise is put forward. T he process of project management and its functions are presented. Product design process coordination is also discussed. First, based on the analysis of traditi onal project management, project management and coordination of distributed coop erative product design in the virtual enterprise is put forward. Then, aiming at the characteristics of a distributed concurrent product design process, the inh erent rules and complex interrelations in product development are studied. Accor dingly, the architecture of project management of distributed cooperative produc t design in a virtual enterprise is presented to adapt to distributed concurrent development of complex products. The main advantages of the architecture are al so discussed. Finally, the emphasis is placed on the project management process. Its main functions are set forth, such as project definition, task decompositio n and distribution, resource constraints and dynamic resource scheduling, proces s fusion, task scheduling and monitoring, project plan, cost and quality evaluat ion, etc.

Project Manager＇s Competencies in Czech Lottery Industry Enterprise

The presented paper analyses competencies of project manager of the enterprises operating on Czech lottery market. The contribution of the paper consists of two parts. The first part focuses on the basic terminology issues and anchors concepts such as project manager and competencies. The second part is dedicated to the analyzing and evaluation of the competencies of ideal project manager of the enterprises operating on Czech lottery market and subsequent presentation and verification. For the analyzing and evaluation of the competencies of ideal project manager, the questionnaire of the scale type with the grade valuation 1-6 was applied within the frame of 20 enterprises operating on the lottery market in Czech Republic. The respondents were from the AG CZ, Ltd. and the competitors of this enterprise. Analyzed data were after the evaluation worked up into the form of graphs. The final output of this paper is the definition of the competencies of ideal project manager operating on Czech lottery market. Based on this, this paper discusses on the creation and management of high performance modern enterprise team, aiming to provide valuable reference for the enterprise team management.

Polluter-Pays Principle Applied to Construction and Demolition Debris

The research focused on the analysis of construction and demolition debris in a sample Brazilian city with the objective to propose a management scheme tailored to private initiative intervention. The debris was found to be produced at a rate of 1.55 kg per person per day for a total of 5177 tons per month. The composition report showed 75% material reusable for construction purposes, 15% material recyclable through reverse logistics and 10% refuse to be disposed of at landfills. The study developed legal and managerial instruments that stimulate private operators to achieve landfill diversions in the order of 90% of this waste. The arguments were supported by a flow diagram that indicates the correct destination of all waste items and an economic balance of private waste movement. Proactive legal scriptures were sketched out that can assist the local administration in setting the timeframe for reaching the diversion target.

基于教师发展理论的高职院校教师企业实践模式研究——以现代物流与供应链专业团队教师为例

高职院校教师企业实践是“双师型”教师队伍建设的前提和基础,高水平“双师型”教师队伍是推动职业教育高质量发展的重要保障。文章以现代物流与供应链专业国家级教师教学创新团队为例,围绕教师企业实践中存在的典型问题,创新提出“理念层—方法层—实施层—支撑层”一体化的教师企业实践模式,包括“三段六阶”教师发展阶段理论、“显能+潜能+效能”教师企业实践能力模型、“双元融通、三段六阶”教师企业实践项目体系,以及配套的教师企业实践运行管理和考核评价机制,以期为各高职院校教师参与企业实践提供参考。

基于产教融合的生物与制药企业工程管理课程建设与实践

建筑施工企业应急管理能力驱动因素及影响机理研究

施工事故的不确定性、突发性和复杂性决定了建筑施工企业应急管理的重要性。基于企业能力理论和任务型组织理论,识别出建筑施工企业应急管理能力的驱动因素,利用结构方程模型实证分析建筑施工企业应急管理组织驱动因素→应急管理能力→应急管理效果的影响路径。结果表明,应急管理组织制度、组织资源、组织领导、组织结构、组织运行机制、组织文化对应急管理能力均起到驱动作用;应急协同能力和应急保障能力显著影响建筑施工企业应急管理效果;组织领导和组织文化、组织运行机制之间有互为因果的关联路径。研究结论对于构建“组织驱动、技术赋能”的应急管理能力提升图景提供了新的启发。

论产品品牌建设的信用制度根基

在产品品牌面临的多种风险因素中,人为失信违规因素是首要的风险因素,而控制这类风险恰恰是质量管理制度的弱项。即使企业建立了质量管理制度,并获得了ISO9001质量认证,仍无法避免因产品质量问题造成产品品牌受损。为弥补质量管理制度的不足,企业可在产品品牌建设和运维中发挥信用管理制度和诚信自律制度的作用,从根本上改进质量管理制度的诚信制度环境,并积极应对政府监管的质量信用制度措施和利用相关国家政策增强产品品牌传播力。基于此,给出了四项制度融合应用的逻辑和基本方法。

本文立足于建筑业新型生产要素数据,探究智能建造模式下建筑企业数据管理高效集成利用的理论框架,以赋能建筑业高质量发展。基于数据管理能力成熟度模型(DCMM),从数据战略、数据标准、数据信息平台、数据应用、组织建设、数据治理、数据安全、数据质量8个维度构建数据管理成熟度模型,以实现建筑企业数据管理成熟度研判。

电力建设企业本质安全度评价方法及应用

融合《职业健康安全管理体系要求及使用指南》(GB/T 45001—2020)的要求及本质安全的内涵,建立一套适用于电力建设企业的本质安全度评价方法。综合考虑人、物、环境、管理本质安全,结合PDCA的大循环及小循环,构建全面的本质安全度评价指标体系。根据本质安全度得分,分为初始、基础、符合、成熟及稳定5个等级。以电力建设公司为实例,利用电力建设企业本质安全度评价方法进行评价。结果表明,该方法适用于对电力建设企业进行全面多维度的本质安全评价;根据评价结果,采用权重-得分图锁定企业本质安全体系的薄弱环节,从而对该企业本质安全建设工作提出有针对性的建议。

矿山地质环境恢复治理工程施工技术研究

为实现人与自然和谐共处的目标,我国矿山开采企业应当意识到自身的角色定位,避免过度开发矿产资源,并且在作业期间实现对生态环境的恢复、治理,而这就对矿山开采企业提出了较高的要求。矿山开采企业应当立足于自身的实际情况,运用科学且合理的技术手段实现对地质环境的恢复、治理,这样才能实现可持续发展。但当前发展,部分矿山开采企业对矿山地质环境恢复治理工程施工技术的应用还不够深入,使得该类技术无法充分发挥其价值。面对这种情况,矿山开采企业应当建立与时俱进的精神,不断加强对新技术的理解、学习以及应用。基于此,本文将以矿山地质环境恢复治理工程施工技术为研究对象,对其相关内容展开进一步探讨,旨在提升我国矿山开采企业对矿山地质环境恢复工程施工技术的应用水平,助力我国实现人与自然和谐共处的格局。
