右玉精神蕴涵的深厚思想精髓是我国高校思想政治教育的重要资源和优秀教材,能够很好地帮助当代青年学生提升自身政治素养和传承艰苦奋斗的精神。文章基于ARCS动机模型,从“注意、关联、信心、满意”四个环节,归纳总结了右玉精神融入高校思想政治教育过程中面临的现实困境,如学习氛围不浓且教学模式陈旧、学习内容机械生硬、教学手段陈旧单调、学习效果不佳学生满意度不高,尝试提出营造氛围改变教学模式、与时俱进设计教学内容、完善教学评价反馈机制、情景教学并注重成果展示四个解决路径。

基于Teach-back教学模式的社区护理学课程思政教学设计

目的探讨基于Teach-back教学模式的社区护理学教学中课程思政设计及其实施效果。方法以社区慢性病病人的护理与管理为例,按照Teach-back教学模式设计教学内容,构建专业知识与思政元素融合路径。从课程改革获奖情况和学生评价两方面总结课程思政教学效果。结果社区护理学课程于2021年获批为学校“课程思政”教学改革专项教学研究项目,教学设计获得学校2022年优秀课程思政教学设计方案一等奖;在98名学生中,88名(89.8%)学生对专业课课程思政的必要性和重要性有较高认识,94名(95.9%)学生表明职业素养得到培养和提升,84名(85.7%)学生表明综合能力得到锻炼和加强,82名(83.7%)学生表明社区关怀实践能力得到有效提升。结论基于Teach-back教学模式的课程思政教学设计有利于提高学生的职业素养、培养学生的沟通能力和团队协作能力,增强其社会责任感。
