The continuous progress of urbanization has driven the continuous development and innovation of landscape planning and design.Focused on the important design method of modern construction art,this study analyzed its concepts and characteristics,and made deep exploration to its application in landscape planning and design.The results indicated that modern construction art had a significant impact on landscape spatial planning and layout,spatial design forms,and spatial ornaments.The use of modern construction art concepts could make landscape design more scientific,artistic,and humane,creating higher quality leisure and entertainment venues for audiences.

Exploration of Construction Organization for Maintenance of Steam Turbine Equipment in Thermal Power Plants

The continuous development of the power industry has had a positive impact on thermal power plants,helping them maintain a good production form.In the use of steam turbine equipment in thermal power plants,to prolong its lifespan and avoid safety hazards,it is necessary to pay attention to strengthening maintenance and construction organization,better implementing effective organizational work,and effectively applying steam turbine equipment to ensure the sustainable development of thermal power plants.This article discusses the concept of equipment maintenance from the perspective of steam turbine equipment in thermal power plants,analyzes the current situation of equipment maintenance,and proposes a specific construction organization to provide a reference for steam turbine equipment maintenance.

Modern Spontaneous Evolution and Research Value of Construction System of Tibetan Dwellings in Aba County: A Case Study of Tieqiong Village in Waerma Town

Based on the field survey of dwellings in Tieqiong Village of Waerma Town in Aba County, northwest Tibetan area of Sichuan Province, this paper firstly introduced main characteristics of the construction system in the structure, materials and structural system, and analyzed changes in construction practices of various dwellings from traditional to modern time. Finally, it summarized characteristics of spontaneous evolution and research value of the construction system of dwellings in the northwest Tibetan area of Sichuan Province, with rammed earth wooden dwellings in upper and middle Aba areas as representatives.

Enlightenment on the Construction of Modern Urban Plazas from Classical Chinese Gardens

Researches on modern urban plazas in China were reviewed,phenomena caused by the shortage of proper theoretical guidance such as blind imitation and fixed forms of urban plazas were pointed out,and it was emphasized that researches on urban plazas with Chinese characteristics should be enhanced.By analyzing features of traditional western plazas and classical Chinese gardens,this study proposed that by combining with their practical functions the construction of modern urban plazas in China should maintain traditional concepts and aesthetic characteristics of Chinese people on the basis of satisfying demands of the public to the best.The enlightenment on the construction of modern urban plazas from classical Chinese gardens was particularly analyzed,the application of garden aesthetics,components,and landscaping methods of classical Chinese gardens were highlighted,and moreover,it was put forward that the relationship between human and human,human and society,human and nature implied in classical Chinese gardens would surely bring profound inspiration to urban plazas.

Investigation of the Severity of Modular Construction Adoption Barriers with Large-Scale Group Decision Making in an Organization from Internal and External Stakeholder Perspectives

Modular construction as an innovativemethod aids the construction industry in transforming to off-site construction production with high efficiency and environmental friendliness.Despite the obvious advantages,the uptake of modular construction is not booming as expected.However,previous studies have investigated and summarized the barriers to the adoption ofmodular construction.In this research,a Large-ScaleGroupDecisionMaking(LSGDM)-based analysis is first made of the severity of barriers to modular construction adoption from the perspective of construction stakeholders.In addition,the Technology-Organization-Environment(TOE)framework is utilized to identify the barriers based on three contexts(technology,organization,and environment).The Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution(TOPSIS)and LSGDM models are both implemented for the first time to analyze the severity of the barriers to modular adoption based on questionnaire results from internal and external stakeholders in an organization.Finally,in this research,in-depth insights into the severity of barriers are gained,providing a reference for construction organizations to manage modular adoption.

The Innovation and Practice in Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway Construction

As a flagship project of Sino-Indonesia cooperation within the framework of“the Belt and Road”Initiative(BRI),Jakarta-Bandung High Speed Railway(Jakarta-Bandung HSR)is the first overseas high speed railway entirely implementing China's high speed railway technology with all systems,elements and industrial chain.It marks the success of extensive consultation,joint contribution and shared benefits between China and region states to achieve modernization.By studying the Jakarta-Bandung HSR project,this paper concludes the innovations and successful practices in“going global”of China's railway industry in terms of project organization,engineering construction,railway equipment,operation management,risk prevention and control,etc.Meanwhile,focusing on one of the eight major steps to support high-quality Belt and Road cooperation proposed by President Xi Jinping—building a multidimensional“the Belt and Road”connectivity network,this paper puts forward the specific outlook for China's high speed railway to“go global”and jointly build“the Belt and Road”Initiative from two perspectives of international railway engineering and international scientific and technological cooperation.

Special Marking of 3D Networks＇ Points for the Monitoring of Modern Constructions

In order to monitor the deformations of modern constructions a local 3D network was usually being established at the surrounding area. The centering error, of both the instrument and targets, causes significant uncertainties in the determination of the x, y, z coordinates of the network＇s points. In order to assure precise centering for both the instrument and targets, not only for the accessible but also for the inaccessible network＇s points, a prototype way of marking is being implied. A special semi-permanent portable metallic stand （Photo 1） was manufactured for marking the accessible points. The stand provides forced instrument centering of the order of_＋0, lmm. It is light enough to carry, it accelerates and facilitates the centering and leveling of the instrument as well as it eliminates the time needed for the measurements. The applied laboratory checks in order to certify the suitability of its use and the provided accuracy are being described. For the inaccessible points special targets were used. The targets were put in permanent attachments （Photos 7-8）, which were also manufactured. Useful conclusions were drawn when these special accessories were used in to a 3D network, which was established for the monitoring of a new football stadium. Two measurement phases were carried out. The first one is with the stadium empty and the second one is when it was crowded （about 32000 people） during a significant football match.

The country’s economic development determines the political and cultural status.At the present time,China’s rapid economic development has greatly improved the country’s international prominence.Although China has high economic and political achievements,China’s cultural soft power is still in a weak position.Cultural soft power is of great significance in improving the country’s overall national strength and international competitiveness.Research organizations are an important part of the country’s soft power and are of great significance to the strengthening of national soft power.Research organizations are the“peripheral brain”in the decision-making process of the government.National government agencies need democratic science in making decisions,and the adopted policy methods must have positive and effective outcomes on the people.Therefore,the national government agencies cannot achieve this without the help of research organizations.This resulted in the development and rising construction of research organizations.With the comprehensive development and construction of research organizations,whilst making progress,has also exposed several shortcomings.The construction of China’s research organizations requires various supports;especially the intelligence agencies and access to library information,which has a unique advantage in promoting the construction of research organizations[1].This paper first introduces the definition,classification and characteristics of a research organization.It will also provide a preliminary understanding of research organizations.The paper will then highlight and analyze the problems encountered by the research organization.Finally,through the grasp of the advantages of the library and intelligence agencies,a solution is proposed.

针对社会组织研究传统范式中过度强调政府与社会、组织与环境之间“二元对立”的倾向,文章以G省J市A协会为个案,试图从合作博弈和创新理论的双重视角,通过对其转型发展过程的系统考察,阐明合作与创新对社会组织可持续发展的深远意义。研究发现,A协会之所以能够从一个“草根组织”成功转型为当地发展势头强劲的志愿服务机构,关键在于它主动选择了合作与创新的行动策略。通过这一典型案例发现,一方面,社会组织的合作行为在中国具有独特的政治优势和文化优势,使之能够被纳入国家治理的总体框架而得以有效地实现;另一方面,社会组织创新在中国具有悠久的历史基础、深厚的文化积淀、迫切的现实需要和强大的实践主体,加之创新内容和形式的多元性特征,使之具备了可持续发展的更大可能性和可行性。因此,坚持合作与创新“两条腿走路”,是社会组织谋求可持续发展的必然选择。

中国社会心态研究的推进历程与未来展望——基于CiteSpace的文献计量学分析

社会心态作为国家治理现代化的关键变量,是检验社会治理效果的重要指标,对于维护社会稳定、创新社会治理具有重要价值与意义。本文采用CiteSpace软件以1986—2023年间收录于中国知网(CNKI)的3036篇社会心态研究文献作为研究对象进行知识图谱分析。研究表明:社会心态研究主要聚焦于社会转型背景下的社会心态、社会心态的治理与培育、大学生群体的社会心态、网络视域下的社会心态等,研究推进经历了萌芽阶段(1986—2005年)、起步阶段(2006—2013年)、发展阶段(2014—2016年)、繁荣阶段(2017—2019年)和爆发阶段(2020—2023年)等五个阶段。未来,应在社会心态研究的元问题、多元群体的社会心态研究、大数据背景下的社会心态研究以及社会心态治理路径等方面进一步展开研究。

橘枳之辩:新旧“一肩挑”与国有企业研发效率——来自中国A股国有企业的经验证据

选取2008—2020年沪深两市A股国有企业作为样本进行实证分析,考察新“一肩挑”(董事长兼任党委书记)与旧“一肩挑”(董事长兼任总经理)对企业研发效率的影响差异,分析二者关系的作用机理,并探讨经济政策不确定性与企业风险承担能力的异质性影响。研究结果表明:与旧“一肩挑”相比,新“一肩挑”会显著提高企业研发效率,具体而言,可以通过优化国有企业经营效率和董事会治理效率提升企业研发效率;在经济政策不确定性较高和风险承担能力较低的国有企业中,新“一肩挑”对企业研发效率的正向作用更显著;新“一肩挑”通过提高企业研发效率提升企业价值,且该提升作用具有持续性。

An Analysis of the Dilemmas in Rural Modernization From the Perspective of Organism Philosophy

The process of modernization first took place in the city and then gradually extended to the countryside.Therefore the rural modernization has followed development path with the characteristics of urban modernization in many aspects,using modern scientific and technological means to carry out intensive management of enterprises and pursue the high efficient of market economy,and the dominant value evaluation is carried out from the perspective of utilitarianism,which makes some negative effects in the process of urban development gradually shift to the countryside,and brings some“dilemma”problems in rural modernization.The Chinese philosophy of organism pays attention to the study of the vitality of all kinds of organisms.According to the viewpoint of the philosophy of organism under the background of Chinese culture,both urban and rural regions are complex systems,in which coupled by living organism,artificial organism,social organism,and spiritual organism in a number of ways.The“dilemmas”of the process of rural modernization stem from the uncoordinated relations among those organisms.To solve the dilemmas of rural modernization,it is necessary to eliminate the excessive squeeze of technical artifacts(“artificial organism”,in Chinese philosophy of organism)on the human life organism and ecological environment and enhance the vitality of rural development.The philosophy of organism advocates a holistic and organic perspective on the relationship between rural and urban areas,fully aware of organic links in the process of urban and rural development and even the modernization of the country,in terms of people’s concepts and management models.Only when people’s concepts and management patterns change substantially will it be possible to solve the dilemmas of rural modernization.

Participation of Users in Traditional and Modern Turkish Settlements

When the development level of a city is determined, its residents＇ level of participation and support to social organizations, especially the voluntarily participation to civil organizations, are taken into account, as well as, their level of utilization from city services. It is beneficial to organize civil groups who are sensitive to urban and environmental issues. In traditional Turkish settlements, it can be talked about the existence of such an organization as a natural process in social organizations including moral and humanistic values. The feeling of belonging had raised the environmental quality both physically and socially. Respect to the nature and human was the main principle of these settlements. Such organizations has displaced with the written rules and official or civil organizations in modern urban settlements. In these organizations, participation of the users to urban planning decisions is not directly, but indirectly. As people who live in modern settlements do not participate to the planning and building process, they have not felt themselves belong to the place. The environmental quality and respect to the nature and human have been lessened in these modern settlements. This study focuses on the participation of users on planning and building housing environments in traditional and modern Turkish settlements and the comparison of them with their positive and negative results with the examples given.
