Construction of University Librarian Team in the Context of Double First-Class Initiative

Data services,knowledge services,and information services are the core service elements of university libraries in the context of the Double First-Class Initiative.Combined with the current situation of insufficient overall service capacity of libraries,this paper proposed strategies and implementation paths for optimizing the service system from three aspects:the construction of the professional qualification system for librarians,the establishment of post institutions,and the construction of library culture.Long-term path:putting library human resource management into the legal track,taking the lead in local legislation,and promoting the construction of library legislation and professional qualification certification system;optimizing the personnel system,implementing hierarchical management and classified assessment for professional librarians and auxiliary librarians.Short-term path:intensive post allocation,namely,assigning the core strength in the core post,and tackling the temporary major work combining multiple forces in the form of a"working group";building an open knowledge service ecosystem,accelerate the cross-border integration of libraries and other organizations,and striving to build the core competitiveness of libraries.

Build an International Teaching Resource Construction System and Practice International Talent Training in the Context of “Double First-class” ——Take the School of Software of Northwestern Polytechnical University Case as an Example

From the perspective of the development of world-class universities,internationalization is an essential strategic choice and external feature,and also an inevitable choice to improve the discourse power and competitiveness of international higher education.In line with the national“double first-class”international development strategy of higher education,based on the cultivation of students’overall quality,the improvement of teachers’professional ability,and the development of school’s improvement of quality and efficiency,we School of Software,Northwestern Polytechnical University,explore new ideas and new measures for the cultivation of international software engineering talents,build a set of international teaching resources construction system,to form a reference standard and scheme for the cultivation of international software engineering talents.At present,we have achieved excellent results.

Research on the cultural transmission of college students under the background of the ＂double first-class＂university construction

Throughout the world＇s first-class universities, the university culture is the soul of the universities＇ survival and development, and the cultural competitiveness has become an important symbol of the core competitiveness of the universities. The first-class university culture is very important to the construction of the ＂double first-class＂. Therefore, our country should bring the university cultural construction into the big pattern of the ＂double first-class＂ construction, guide the construction of the university cultures with the socialist core values, strengthen the cultural confidence, inherit the Chinese excellent traditional cultures, pay attention to the rational exchange of the multicultural cultures, highlight the Chinese characteristics of the first-class university cultures, and realize the dream of the Chinese nation of a power of the higher education.

Research on the Curriculum System of Software Engineering under the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction

To build the top class of higher education by focusing on the goal of the“Double First-Class”,it needs to analyze the defect and deficiency and identify the demand for the training of the talent under the background of“Double First-Class”.Considering of those issues,it is suggested that building the curriculum system scientifically and rationally in following aspects:deepening the training objectives,professionalizing the structure and contents of the curriculum system,optimizing the content,enhancing the construction of practical education system and internationalizing the curriculum system.Also,with those aspects,a reference is provided for the cultivation of talents with innovative consciousness and ability to solve complex engineering problems under the background of the“Double First-Class”construction.

Enlightenment of Intelligent Construction in the Construction of First-Class University Campus

In September 2017,the Ministry of Education,Ministry of Finance,and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly announced the first batch of“double first-class”construction universities,aiming to improve China’s education level and strengthen the country’s core competitiveness.In addition to first-class teaching and first-class scientific research,first-class universities should also have first-class campuses.The campus of a first-class university should have a complete range of infrastructure,scale,and function to meet the requirements of school-running and scientific research;it should also advocate sustainable development,which includes the concept of energy-saving,smart,and green.The traditional production methods and management models of the construction industry are far from being able to meet the needs of the construction and development of first-class campuses.Digital,intelligent,and informatized construction models are the only way for current campus construction.

Research on Striving for Double First-Class Universities

The construction of“double first-class”universities is the strategic goal of the development of Chinese universities in the new period.On the basis of fully researching the domestic“double first-class”talent training model,this paper builds a new type of talent training model with Chinese characteristics suitable for the“double first-class”development requirements through reference,digestion,comparison and integration,hoping to further improve universities Quality of teaching.

Study on the Present Situation and Optimization Path of Gamification Design in Chinese University Libraries

In this paper,137“First-class universities”and“First-class discipline”construction universities in China are selected as the objects of investigation to analyzes the present situation and characteristics of the game design of University Library in China.Taking the university library in other countries as the reference object,this paper compares the differences of the game design of University Library in China and other countries,sums up the deficiency of the gamification service practice in Chinese university libraries.At last,this paper proposes an optimization path of the gamification design of Chinese University Library from six aspects of game type,game service object,game interactive mode,game application,game development and game playability.

高校实验室“双重预防”机制建设

双重预防机制是在安全工作中从风险管控和隐患治理入手,严防安全事故发生的重要策略,体现的是“为之于未有,治之于未乱”的哲学思想,实现了安全管理关口前移。文章分析双重预防机制内在机理、存在问题,从危险源辨识、管控风险、做好应急准备三个方面构建实验室风险管控体系,从排查和治理两方面构建实验室隐患排查治理体系,并从压实责任、事前预防、闭环治理等方面提出高校实验室安全实践建议和措施。

“双一流”建设背景下制药工程拔尖创新人才培养探讨——以河南师范大学制药工程专业人才培养为例

“双一流”建设的核心是培养一流拔尖创新人才,提升我国高等教育综合实力和国际竞争力。培养创新型卓越工程拔尖创新人才是新时代人才强国战略的重要组成,是高等教育高质量发展的重要内容。该文以河南师范大学制药工程专业人才培养模式的创新实践成效为例,借鉴世界一流大学卓越工程科技人才协同培养的经验,结合我国工程科技人才培养实际,构建“政产学研金服用”协同育人的制药工程专业人才培养模式;“政产学研金服用”协同育人模式促进了人才培养质量提升,为“双一流”建设高质量发展奠定坚实的人才基础;对实现引领未来我国制药工业变强的创新型卓越工程拔尖创新人才培养模式推广具有重要意义。

“双一流”建设背景下西部地方高校学术竞争力提升的策略分析

在“双一流”建设背景下,西部地方高校在地域、民族以及自然资源方面具有天然的、不可替代的学术比较优势,在学术经费、学术人才、学科团队等方面也存在劣势,要提升学术竞争力,应对机遇与挑战有清醒的认识,注意扬长补短,要利用好各级政府政策和各类学术资源、注意推动应用型学科与行业产业的对接与联动,同时可以从开源、节流、集中力量办大事等方面入手补短。

“双一流”建设背景下河北省高校高质量专利培育路径研究

高质量专利反映了科技创新高质量发展水平。加强高质量专利的培育对于高校提升核心竞争力、加强“双一流”建设、服务区域经济发展意义重大。基于专利数据分析发现,河北省高校高质量专利存在“单一领域数量不多,各领域专利数量差距大”的数量问题、“高引用专利少”的质量问题。目前高质量专利培育主要包括自我驱动型、组织创新型、市场导向型等三种模式,在这三种模式基础上提出“自身改制+市场导向”培育模式,需要加强科研人员的意识培养、构建新型组织体系、实施“质量优先”的专利转化与激励举措、加强技术转移队伍建设。

理工类双一流院校新文科的社会服务特征研究

“六卓越一拔尖”计划2.0的正式实施带来了理工类双一流院校新文科的蓬勃发展。文章运用复杂网络分析方法刻画出理工类双一流院校新文科社会服务体系的特征,并通过典型案例提出了未来发展趋势,为推动理工类双一流院校新文科的全面发展提供重要依据。研究发现,当前我国理工类双一流院校的新文科社会服务体系规模大、涉及单位广,但网络密度低、网络关系较松散;区域上集中于经济政治、社会科教发达地区,跨区域交流不足;理工类高校新文科的交叉背景在服务行业广度方面展示出独特的优势。建议高校应积极提升服务水平,企业要发挥自身主体作用,政府应全力提供政策支持,三者合力共同推动高校社会服务质量的提高。

争创“双一流”中医药高校背景下构建良好导学关系模式探索

[目的]探索在争创“双一流”中医药高校的背景下,导学关系新模式的构建举措,以不断提升中医药高校研究生培养质量。[方法]在争创“双一流”中医药高校背景下,介绍构建良好导学关系的现实意义,基于导师和研究生两大主体的视角,对当前中医药高校研究生培养中导学关系存在的突出问题进行分析。[结果]以浙江中医药大学为例,从强化“尊师重道”正向影响、纠正导学关系失衡和完善相关制度三个方面入手,提出了相应的可行性建议。通过良好导学关系的构建,导学关系普遍得到了正向影响,师生间的沟通更加密切而高效。通过一系列正向激励机制,导师在学术引领、学业指导和生活关怀等方面更加积极主动地为研究生提供支持和帮助,研究生也更加积极地配合导师开展各项科研工作,研究生发表学术论文的数量和质量得到了显著的提升,导师团队的科研、教学工作开展更加高效,进展显著。[结论]通过一系列有效举措,浙江中医药大学着力探索导学关系新模式的构建,显著改善了导学关系,不仅对提升研究生专业思想水平、沟通交流能力、科研创新能力有积极的作用,同时也为导师顺利完成教学科研工作提供了保障,值得进一步完善并推广。

“双一流”建设是新时代党中央、国务院为促进高等教育内涵式发展、提升高等教育质量、增强国家核心竞争力、建设教育强国做出的重大国家战略安排。传承创新优秀文化作为“双一流”建设五大建设任务之一,已经明确纳入“双一流”建设大格局,彰显大学所肩负的文化使命。文章以“双一流”建设所涵盖的重要维度为观察视角,在深刻把握大学文化建设发展规律的基础上,分析大学文化与大学功能之间的交互作用机理,进而从实践层面开展应用对策研究,旨在更好地推动中国特色大学文化创新发展,为深入推进新一轮“双一流”建设、加快建设教育强国、文化强国提供参考和建议。

顶层设计与角色重塑:高校学术期刊高质量发展的路径迭代

作为学术共同体的重要组成部分,高质量的学术期刊是助推高校“双一流”建设的重要引擎。然而,“双一流”建设背景下,高校学术期刊高质量发展面临困局。其中,国家“双一流”建设的顶层制度设计对高校学术期刊的高质量发展观照不足,高校学术期刊的角色定位在曲折中发展,在资助政策下成长;主办高校对学术期刊支持不够,存在高校科研评估与期刊建设理性、主办高校对外“窗口”与学术公共“平台”、特色发展与集约规范管理等对立冲突,高校学术期刊的基层实践成效不佳。因此,应以“双一流”建设为契机,促进高校学术期刊的高质量发展与“双一流”建设良性互动,积极构建有利于高校学术期刊高质量发展的生态圈层,重塑高校学术期刊的角色定位。在顶层设计上,指引学术期刊深度参与“双一流”建设的发展定位;在中层支持上,强化主办高校统筹“学术期刊和学科发展”互融互促学术共同体建设的主体责任;在基层创新上,提升高校学术期刊在助力“双一流”建设实践中的学科贡献力和学术引领力。

“双一流”建设高校图书馆科研支持服务现状调查与发展对策分析

科研支持服务是“双一流”建设背景下高校图书馆开展的主流创新服务之一。运用网络调研法,对42所“双一流”建设高校图书馆的科研支持服务现状进行调查。研究发现,大多数“双一流”建设高校图书馆主页已有科研支持服务相关栏目设置,科研支持服务内容主要包括科研咨询与指导、科技查新与查收查引、知识产权服务、科研评价、科研成果存储。指出当前“双一流”建设高校图书馆科研支持服务存在重视度不够、相关栏目设置有待改善、固化在学科服务框架中、新兴服务开展较少等问题,提出可通过优化相关栏目设置、深化服务内容与完善服务体系、利用数据赋能精准科研服务、加强人才引进与培养等对策,以提升高校图书馆科研支持服务水平。

中英高校教师绩效评价的比较研究与启示

在高校教师绩效评价的体系建设和内容建设上,英国作为最早提出发展性教师评价制度的国家,其经验有一定参考价值。以英国大学教师评价为参考对象,具体分析中英高校教师绩效评价的目的、主体、方法、指标,并总结出两国高校教师绩效评价的特点。最终得出如下结论:我国高校教师绩效评价应结合教师不同类型,建立差异化层次化考评体系;强化教师主体地位,建立多元评价与内外结合的激励模式;绩效沟通贯穿全过程,形成双向发展的双向互动模式;设置差异化考评周期,建设动态机制缓解教师压力;转变评价结果导向,实现评价的发展功能。

新文科背景下地方高校“双师型”大学英语教师队伍建设研究

“双一流”建设背景下地方高校与区域经济协调发展——基于湖南省的实证研究

在“双一流”建设背景下,推动地方高校与区域经济协调发展可为湖南省建设教育强省战略注入新动能。依据2013—2022年湖南省9个地级市的相关数据,在采用熵权法统计测度地方高校综合发展水平与区域经济综合发展水平的基础上,运用协调度模型探讨两者综合发展水平协调度的时空演化特征。结果显示:湖南省地方高校综合发展水平与区域经济综合发展水平存在非同步性与不平衡性,多数地级市为地方高校发展滞后于区域经济发展类型;两者的综合发展水平协调度偏低,但整体上呈波动增长趋势;两者的综合发展水平协调度存在明显的空间分异特征,东部经济发达地区协调等级显著高于中西部地区。对此,从地方政府、地方高校和企业三个主体出发提出相关建议,以推动地方高校与区域经济高水平协调发展。
