Construction and Practice of First-Class Courses on Virtual Simulation Experimental Teaching of Urban Overpasses

Virtual simulation experiment,as a new way to promote the digital transformation of education,has a broad development prospect and application value.The civil engineering experimental volume and space are huge,it has a long construction period,is highly dangerous,and is difficult to experiment with.In order to solve the contradiction between the traditional theory teaching of civil engineering and the engineering training of students,the construction of virtual simulation experimental teaching courses with a high degree of realism,intuition,and accuracy can be used as a useful supplement and innovation of experimental and practical teaching.This paper takes the virtual simulation experimental teaching course of urban overpasses as an example,introduces the necessity and practicability of the course construction,and describes the experimental principle structure of the course,the simulation scene design,the experimental teaching process,the experimental method,etc.The course has achieved good application results,and it has been recognized as the first-class virtual simulation teaching course of the Chongqing Municipal Government,which provides certain references to the construction of the same type of courses in the civil engineering profession.

Construction of University Librarian Team in the Context of Double First-Class Initiative

Data services,knowledge services,and information services are the core service elements of university libraries in the context of the Double First-Class Initiative.Combined with the current situation of insufficient overall service capacity of libraries,this paper proposed strategies and implementation paths for optimizing the service system from three aspects:the construction of the professional qualification system for librarians,the establishment of post institutions,and the construction of library culture.Long-term path:putting library human resource management into the legal track,taking the lead in local legislation,and promoting the construction of library legislation and professional qualification certification system;optimizing the personnel system,implementing hierarchical management and classified assessment for professional librarians and auxiliary librarians.Short-term path:intensive post allocation,namely,assigning the core strength in the core post,and tackling the temporary major work combining multiple forces in the form of a"working group";building an open knowledge service ecosystem,accelerate the cross-border integration of libraries and other organizations,and striving to build the core competitiveness of libraries.

Trend Analysis of the Research on Construction Grammar in CSSCI Journals from 2010 to 2020

This study aims at analyzing the tendency and change in the research on construction grammar from 2010 to 2020.Descriptively,this study includes the publication year,research topic,research direction,research content,and the research methods.Twenty-four CSSCI journals were selected as the research samples using the keyword–“Construction Grammar.”The research topics mainly include Chinese construction research,foreign language construction research,and comparative studies on Chinese and other language constructions.The results showed that there are many Chinese construction research,but the other two research topics still require improvement.Ontology research was the main focus;acquisition research and teaching research are worthy for further exploration.Case studies and theoretical studies were the most concerned contents,whereas studies on language acquisition,pedagogy,and corpus construction were feeble.Qualitative description and theoretical review were the most popular methods,while empirical,quantitative,and diachronic analyses were less frequently used.After analyzing the trends,it has been predicted that the research on construction grammar would continue to heat up in the future,and there would be more research directions and contents along with diversified research methods.

Build an International Teaching Resource Construction System and Practice International Talent Training in the Context of “Double First-class” ——Take the School of Software of Northwestern Polytechnical University Case as an Example

From the perspective of the development of world-class universities,internationalization is an essential strategic choice and external feature,and also an inevitable choice to improve the discourse power and competitiveness of international higher education.In line with the national“double first-class”international development strategy of higher education,based on the cultivation of students’overall quality,the improvement of teachers’professional ability,and the development of school’s improvement of quality and efficiency,we School of Software,Northwestern Polytechnical University,explore new ideas and new measures for the cultivation of international software engineering talents,build a set of international teaching resources construction system,to form a reference standard and scheme for the cultivation of international software engineering talents.At present,we have achieved excellent results.

Research on the Curriculum System of Software Engineering under the Background of“Double First-Class”Construction

To build the top class of higher education by focusing on the goal of the“Double First-Class”,it needs to analyze the defect and deficiency and identify the demand for the training of the talent under the background of“Double First-Class”.Considering of those issues,it is suggested that building the curriculum system scientifically and rationally in following aspects:deepening the training objectives,professionalizing the structure and contents of the curriculum system,optimizing the content,enhancing the construction of practical education system and internationalizing the curriculum system.Also,with those aspects,a reference is provided for the cultivation of talents with innovative consciousness and ability to solve complex engineering problems under the background of the“Double First-Class”construction.

Enlightenment of Intelligent Construction in the Construction of First-Class University Campus

In September 2017,the Ministry of Education,Ministry of Finance,and the National Development and Reform Commission jointly announced the first batch of“double first-class”construction universities,aiming to improve China’s education level and strengthen the country’s core competitiveness.In addition to first-class teaching and first-class scientific research,first-class universities should also have first-class campuses.The campus of a first-class university should have a complete range of infrastructure,scale,and function to meet the requirements of school-running and scientific research;it should also advocate sustainable development,which includes the concept of energy-saving,smart,and green.The traditional production methods and management models of the construction industry are far from being able to meet the needs of the construction and development of first-class campuses.Digital,intelligent,and informatized construction models are the only way for current campus construction.

论我国学术期刊运营中的制度建设--以稿件采编中的干扰与回避为例

我国已是世界上科研产出的大国,但在成果的刊发和传播环节尚未拥有与之相匹配的地位,具体表现即是缺乏数量足够的世界一流学术期刊。我国学术期刊虽有进步与发展,然而整体上运营仍受传统办刊模式的影响,在规范化、制度化方面尚需发力,尤其是不能有效应对和克服诸如权力、人情等对采编的干扰,抑制了公正、公平筛选稿件,限制着期刊学术品质与学术声誉的提高。我国期刊亟需加强和完善内部制度建设,通过自我赋能、向内挖潜,增强期刊的影响力、提升期刊品质。建章立制、实施规则之治,当成为助推我国期刊迈向现代化的重要举措。在采编环节,完善制度、认真实行回避,遴选出优质稿件,用正向激励的办法促进优秀中外稿件向我国期刊的汇聚。

以内蒙古地区9所“一流学科”建设高校的优势学科与其主办的中文学术期刊为研究对象,完成了内蒙古地区“一流学科”建设高校中文学术期刊与优势学科的匹配度分析。从期刊与优势学科、期刊收录情况、载文数量等方面进行统计分析研究。研究表明,内蒙古地区“一流学科”建设高校主办的中文学术期刊数量、被收录情况、载文数量与优势学科匹配度均偏低。在此基础上,提出了内蒙古地区“一流学科”建设高校中文学术期刊促进学科建设协同发展建议。
