Chinese National Park System can be constructed from four levels, including policy, management, economic and social levels, and through such ways as reconstructing the national conservation system, making laws and regulations, establishing planning system, setting up independent and specialized regulatory agency, adopting way of franchising, innovating funding investment mechanisms and establishing mechanisms of public participation.

"With copper as a mirror,you can wear a crown;with history as a mirror,you can know the rise and fall."This paper takes the 70-year development process of Southwest Minzu University as the carrier,the casting of the Chinese national community as the main line while tracing back to the source,adopts the recording method of"oral history of the school,"interviews witnesses to the development of Southwest Minzu University,including school leaders,teachers,alumni,and other representative figures,records the memories of these parties on the practices of Southwest Minzu University in different periods to cast the awareness of the Chinese national community,and collates them into a text.From the perspective of students,it is important to understand the history of the Chinese national community in the past 70 years since the establishment of Southwest Minzu University,collect and sort out the historical memories of Southwest Minzu University for the education of the Chinese national community,supplement and confirm the school's historical documents,preserve the history,make up for the gap in the history of the school,and at the same time provide a realistic basis for Southwest Minzu University to formulate future development strategies.

The musical dance art recorded in early Dunhuang Grottoes,though supposed to be created by ancient northern ethnic groups such as the Hun and Xianbei,gives expression to a strong thought of"Chinafication"and a sense of community for the Chinese nation.By analyzing the essence and content of the musical dance art in the Dunhuang Grottoes created during the Northern Liang(A.D.397-460),Northern Wei(A.D.386-534),Western Wei(A.D.535-556)and Northern Zhou(A.D.557-581)Dynasties,and by exploring the contribution of ancient ethnic groups such as the Hun and Xianbei in the formation and development of Chinese nation,this study reveals that the musical dance art in early Dunhuang Grottoes faithfully reflects the community pattern of the Chinese nation featured by"unity in diversity"developed since ancient times,and hopes that the future research and creation may expand their horizon by incorporating the musical dance art of early Dunhuang Grottoes into the system of contemporary Dunhuang dance.

国家建构视域下中华民族共同体认同的形塑机制--基于世界价值观调查的实证探索

中华民族共同体认同的形塑,既与宏观层面国家建构中的国家—社会和中央—地方双结构休戚相关,又受微观层面地方认同、政府信任和宣传动员等要素的影响。通过对世界价值观调查(WVS)最新数据的分析,实证探索地方认同、政府信任、新闻媒介信任对中华民族共同体认同的形塑机制,研究发现:一是地方认同与中华民族共同体认同呈正向显著关系;二是政府信任在地方认同对中华民族共同体认同作用过程中,存在显著的中介作用机制;三是新闻媒介信任不仅能够调节地方认同对政府信任的影响,也调节着政府信任对中华民族共同体认同的作用机制。在国家建构视域下,为提升中华民族共同体认同,应注重“第二个结合”增强地方认同、以党建引领提升政府信任、以全过程人民民主机制赋能新闻媒介信任提升的“有形、有感、有效”的中国式路径。

作为重要政治话语资源的中华民族共同体意识近年来引发学界关注。通过“话语的历史”与“历史的话语”双重互动维度,探讨相关话语在抗战时期香港进步报刊的历史溯源和媒介构建。研究发现,1936年的《生活日报》以“大众文化”的推广促进了抗日救亡“民族联合阵线”的形成,1938年创刊的港版《大公报》从“明耻教战至一心抗战”并且“团结各方并声讨汪逆”,1941年的《华商报》更是注意到“五洲四海”的“民族解放与世界运命”,勾勒出相关话语的产生、强化和拓展,以及话语主体与对象的内在逻辑;而中华民族共同体观念的历史资源和现实需求塑造着话语的缘由,抗战时期香港进步报刊上的友敌想象、编读实践与统战宣传则呈现了话语的影响;同时,香港进步报刊的独特性体现在其作为纽带和桥梁的作用显著,拓展着中华民族共同体的多维立体空间。为在港地较为复杂的舆论场中处理好话语表征的问题,和为港民的国家认同与人心回归制定出话语动员的策略,提供来自历史层面的参照。
