A method of continuous-discontinuous cellular automaton for modeling the growth and coalescence of multiple cracks in brittle material is presented. The method uses the level set to track arbitrary discontinuities, and calculation grids are independent of the discontinuities and no remeshing are required with the crack growing. Based on Grif- fith fracture theory and Mohr-Coulumb criterion, a mixed fracture criterion for multiple cracks growth in brittle mate- rial is proposed. The method treats the junction and coales- cence of multiple cracks, and junction criterion and coales- cence criterion for brittle material are given, too. Besides, in order to overcome the tracking error in the level set ap- proximation for crack junction and coalescence, a dichotomy searching algorithm is proposed. Introduced the above the- ories into continuous-discontinuous cellular automaton, the present method can be applied to solving multiple crack growth in brittle material, and only cell stiffness is needed and no assembled global stiffness is needed. Some numerical examples are given to shown that the present method is efficient and accurate for crack junction, coalescence and percolation problems. 展开更多

The dynamic restoration behavior of 99.99% polycrystalline aluminum was investigated. The deformation was carried out by compression test at 533773 K and initial strain rate of 0.0022 s-1 to a true strain of (1.0) followed by water quench. Polarized optical microscopy and transmission electron microscopy were applied to observe the deformation microstructure. It’s found that discontinuous dynamic recrystallization, which is commonly observed in lower stacking fault energy metals or ultra-high purity aluminum(≥99.999%), occurs when Zenner-Hollomon parameter(Z parameter) is low, but the true stress—strain curve doesn’t accompany stress oscillation. Continuous dynamic recrystallization occurs when Z parameter is intermediate, and only dynamic recovery takes place if Z parameter is high. 展开更多

隧道爆破作用下堆积层边坡稳定性的耦合数值分析

隧道施工爆破荷载会对地表边坡产生较大的动力扰动,加上堆积层边坡自身稳定性较差,极易形成堆积层滑坡、隧道塌方等工程事故。以渝湘高速樵坪山隧道工程为背景,结合CT扫描技术和PFC中clump命令,建立土石混合体颗粒流堆积层边坡数值模型... 隧道施工爆破荷载会对地表边坡产生较大的动力扰动,加上堆积层边坡自身稳定性较差,极易形成堆积层滑坡、隧道塌方等工程事故。以渝湘高速樵坪山隧道工程为背景,结合CT扫描技术和PFC中clump命令,建立土石混合体颗粒流堆积层边坡数值模型并开展动三轴试验对堆积体模型的力学参数进行标定,运用FLAC^(3D)-PFC^(3D)耦合分析方法研究隧道开挖爆破作用下不同堆积层厚度边坡的稳定性。结果表明,在爆炸应力波的作用下,随着堆积层厚度从0.25倍隧道跨径增加至1.0倍时,堆积层颗粒速度减少4倍左右且颗粒松动范围几乎消失,颗粒沉降量从2 cm缓慢降至1 cm后保持稳定,颗粒间粘结与张拉力链比值从2.2迅速增加至4.5,此后颗粒间的张拉破坏作用较小,颗粒间不易发生滑移,堆积层稳定性较好;在超过1.0倍隧道跨径后,爆破产生的塑性区面积基本呈对称分布,且接近于隧道横断面面积,塑性区位于基岩范围内且集中在拱顶和拱底附近;总体上,当堆积层厚度超过1.0倍隧道跨径后,可显著降低隧道开挖爆破对边坡的动力扰动影响,研究结果可为隧道洞口段的设计与施工提供理论依据。 展开更多

背景:胰岛素抵抗与小肠黏膜通透性的关系可能与脂肪过多、炎症和氧化应激等有关。目前不同种类的运动对该关系的影响尚不清楚,还需要进一步进行相关机制研究。目的:以高脂饲料诱导胰岛素抵抗小鼠模型,观察不同形式的长期运动(持续运动... 背景:胰岛素抵抗与小肠黏膜通透性的关系可能与脂肪过多、炎症和氧化应激等有关。目前不同种类的运动对该关系的影响尚不清楚,还需要进一步进行相关机制研究。目的:以高脂饲料诱导胰岛素抵抗小鼠模型,观察不同形式的长期运动(持续运动和累积运动)对胰岛素抵抗小鼠肠黏膜通透性的影响,并比较不同运动强度的效果差异,以评价累积运动的健康促进效应。方法:采用4周龄雄性C57BL/6J小鼠,以高脂饲料诱导胰岛素抵抗小鼠模型,造模成功的小鼠随机分为5组,分别为高脂胰岛素抵抗组、普食胰岛素抵抗组、中强度持续运动组、中强度累积运动组、高强度累积运动组,其中高脂胰岛素抵抗组饲以高脂饲料,其余各组饲以普通饲料。各运动组接受8周的不同形式的跑台训练:中强度持续运动组小鼠进行50 min,速度为11 m/min的运动;中强度累积运动组小鼠进行每天4次,每次12.5 min(次与次间隔3 h),速度为11 m/min的运动;高强度累积运动组小鼠进行每天4次、每次7.5 min(次与次间隔3 h),速度为19 m/min的运动。末次运动48 h后取材,检测各组小鼠血清中的脂多糖和右旋乳酸含量,采用苏木精-伊红染色观察回肠组织病理变化,通过Western blot法检测肠道紧密连接蛋白的表达,ELISA法测定血液和回肠组织中的炎症因子白细胞介素10、肿瘤坏死因子α及肠道黏膜分泌性免疫球蛋白A的表达。结果与结论:①高脂膳食诱导的胰岛素抵抗小鼠伴有体质量增加、血清内毒素和右旋乳酸水平显著升高、血清和小肠组织促炎因子肿瘤坏死因子α水平显著增加等表现;长期规律性的累积运动和持续运动均可降低胰岛素抵抗小鼠的体质量,并明显改善糖代谢功能,纠正或改善胰岛素抵抗症状;②长期规律性的累积运动和持续运动均可提高肠黏膜组织中紧密连接蛋白的表达量并增加分泌性免疫球蛋白A分泌量,从而改善肠黏膜通透性,增强肠道免疫功能,降低血清中内毒素脂多糖的含量,进而降低循环血和肠组织中的促炎症因子表达,最终发挥对胰岛素抵抗小鼠肠黏膜屏障的保护作用;③等运动量的高强度累积运动与中强度累积运动、中强度持续运动相比,在降低胰岛素抵抗小鼠的体质量、改善胰岛素抵抗症状、保护肠黏膜屏障方面效果更明显。 展开更多

本研究旨在比较仿野生林下栽培人参(PSM)与农田栽培人参(NPSM)根际土壤代谢物的差异,以期为提升林下栽培人参的品质提供科学依据。通过采用气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测技术和分子生物学方法,分析了仿野生林下栽培人参和农田栽培人... 本研究旨在比较仿野生林下栽培人参(PSM)与农田栽培人参(NPSM)根际土壤代谢物的差异,以期为提升林下栽培人参的品质提供科学依据。通过采用气相色谱-串联质谱(GC-MS/MS)检测技术和分子生物学方法,分析了仿野生林下栽培人参和农田栽培人参根际土壤代谢物的差异。结果显示,仿野生林下栽培人参和农田栽培人参根际土壤代谢物具有差异,在检测到的68种差异代谢物中,有17种代谢物表现出显著差异,其中14种上调,3种下调。这些差异代谢物主要包括糖类、脂质类、有机酸类、酯类等物质。其中糖类占总显著差异代谢物的47%,是差异代谢物的主要部分;这些根际土壤差异代谢物直接或间接的影响了林下人参的品质。本研究不仅揭示了林下栽培人参和农田栽培人参根际土壤代谢物的差异,而且为提高林下栽培人参品质、探索克服林下人参栽培连作障碍的新途径以及提升林下人参药用价值和食用价值提供了科学参考。并为中国东北地区林下人参产业发展及乡村振兴战略的实施提供了新思路和方法。 展开更多

Dopamine improves apple replant disease resistance by regulating physiological resilience and rhizosphere microbial community structure

Apple replant disease(ARD)is a complex agricultural problem caused by multiple stressors that can lead to increased reactive oxygen species(ROS)levels and limited nutrient utilization in plants.However,existing countermeasures cannot effectively address this challenge.Here,we used Malus hupehensis as a test organism to investigate whether the pleiotropic molecule dopamine can alleviate ARD using pot experiments.Exogenous application of 100μmol L-1 dopamine significantly promoted the growth of apple seedlings in the replanted soil,with a relative growth rate increase of 17.44%.Our results revealed two major pathways by which dopamine regulates ARD resistance in apple trees.First,dopamine effectively reduces the level of ROS and activates the expression of genes related to nitrogen(N)transport and metabolism.Among those genes,MdNLP5,MdNRT1.1,MdNLP2,MdNRT2.5,MdNLP3,MdNRT2.4,MdNADH-GAGOT,and MdFd-GAGOT were strongly regulated by dopamine.These regulatory effects promoted the uptake and utilization of soil N by the plants.Second,dopamine improved the physical and chemical properties,enhanced microbial community diversity,and promoted mutual cooperation between microbial communities in the soil.Furthermore,dopamine altered the microbial structure of rhizosphere soil(upregulating Clostridiales,Gaiellales,Sordariales and Mortierellales;downregulating Micrococcales,Longimicrobiales,Hypocreales and Cystobasidiales).Notably,dopamine significantly upregulated the abundances of Gaiella and Mortierella,both of which were positively correlated with soil urease activity,soil available N content,plant growth and N uptake.Dopamine also significantly downregulated the abundance of the plant pathogen Gibberella(by 11.71-fold)in replant soil.Our results provide insights into the mechanisms by which dopamine promotes ARD resistance,and can promote the sustainable development of the apple industry. 展开更多

In this study,the phase transformations,crystallization kinetics and dissolution mechanism ofβphase(Mg_(17)Al_(12))in magnesium alloy AZ91 were investigated by optical microscopy,X-ray diffraction,differential scanning calorimetry and differential dilatometry.The results indicate that this AZ91 alloy undergoes a phase transformation during aging,a discontinuous precipitation of theβphase(Mg_(17)Al_(12))at 150℃at the grain boundaries and another continuous at 350℃within the grains.The activation energy of the dissolution reaction of theβphase(Mg_(17)Al_(12))under non-isothermal conditions is 116.781 kJ/mol,while it is 129.7383 kJ/mol under isothermal conditions.The Avrami coefficient,n,relevant for the dissolution kinetics of theβphase(Mg_(17)Al_(12))is 1.152 and 1.211 in the non-isothermal and isothermal conditions respectively.The numerical coefficients m and Avrami n are 0.993 and 1.152. 展开更多

Microstructural evolution and dynamic recrystallization(DRX)mechanisms of a Ti-48Al-2Cr-2Nb(at.%)alloy prepared by selective electron beam melting(SEBM)during hot deformation at 1150℃and 0.1 s^(-1)were investigated by hot compression tests,optical microscope(OM),scanning electron microscope(SEM),electron back-scattered diffraction(EBSD)and transmission electron microscope(TEM).The results show that the initial microstructure of the as-SEBMed alloy exhibits layers of coarseγgrains and fineγ+α_(2)+(α_(2)/γ)lamellar mixture grains alternately along the building direction.During the early stage of hot deformation,deformation twins tend to form within the coarse grains,facilitating subsequent deformation,and a small number of DRX grains appear in the fine-grained regions.With the increase of strain,extensive DRX grains are formed through different DRX mechanisms in both coarse and fine-grained regions,involving discontinuous dynamic recrystallization mechanism(DDRX)in the fine-grained regions and a coexistence of DDRX and continuous dynamic recrystallization(CDRX)in the coarsegrained regions. 展开更多

薄板坯连铸机保护浇注新技术的开发与应用

In this paper we embark on the study of Dynamic Systems of Shifts in the space of piece-wise continuous functions analogue to the known Bebutov system. We give a formal definition of a topological dynamic system in the space of piece-wise continuous functions and show, by way of an example, stability in the sense of Poisson discontinuous function. We prove that a fixed discontinuous function, f, is discontinuous for all its shifts, whereas the trajectory of discontinuous function is not a compact set. 展开更多
