Blockchain-Based Key Management Scheme Using Rational Secret Sharing

Traditional blockchain key management schemes store private keys in the same location,which can easily lead to security issues such as a single point of failure.Therefore,decentralized threshold key management schemes have become a research focus for blockchain private key protection.The security of private keys for blockchain user wallet is highly related to user identity authentication and digital asset security.The threshold blockchain private key management schemes based on verifiable secret sharing have made some progress,but these schemes do not consider participants’self-interested behavior,and require trusted nodes to keep private key fragments,resulting in a narrow application scope and low deployment efficiency,which cannot meet the needs of personal wallet private key escrow and recovery in public blockchains.We design a private key management scheme based on rational secret sharing that considers the self-interest of participants in secret sharing protocols,and constrains the behavior of rational participants through reasonable mechanism design,making it more suitable in distributed scenarios such as the public blockchain.The proposed scheme achieves the escrow and recovery of personal wallet private keys without the participation of trusted nodes,and simulate its implementation on smart contracts.Compared to other existing threshold wallet solutions and keymanagement schemes based on password-protected secret sharing(PPSS),the proposed scheme has a wide range of applications,verifiable private key recovery,low communication overhead,higher computational efficiency when users perform one-time multi-key escrow,no need for trusted nodes,and personal rational constraints and anti-collusion attack capabilities.

1. Introduction With the opening ceremony of the Gotthard Base Tunnel on 1 June 2016, a new world record was established: the commissioning of the longest railway tunnel in the world. As of 11 December 2016, the Gotthard Base Tunnel has been an integral part of the new timetable of the Swiss Federal Railways (SBB-CFF-FFS), and is in full operation. With a total length of 57 km and a cruising speed of 200 km·h^-1 for passenger trains, the Gotthard Base Tunnel reduces the journey time through the Alps by 40 min, significantly reducing the distance between the south and north of Europe.

The status quo and significance of contract and management right transfer of rural land are analyzed,and major problems existed in contract and management right transfer of rural land in Anhui Province are studied,containing unsound transfer market,insufficient flow demand motion,single transfer form,non-standard register,right determination and certificate issuing. On this basis,several policies and suggestions are proposed,such as combining practical use with suitable use of land right determination and certificate issuing,establishing multilayer rural social security system and expanding land management range.

Scheduling on tractor and trailer transportation considering the influence of disrupted events based on the contract net and simulated annealing algorithm

To provide a much more resilient transport scheme for tractor and trailer transportation systems,this paper explores the generation method of tractor and trailer transport schemes considering the influence of disrupted events.Three states of tractors including towing loaded trailers,towing empty trailers,and idle driving are taken into account.Based on the disruption management theory,a scheduling model is constructed to minimize the total deviation cost including transportation time,transportation path,and number of used vehicles under the three states of tractors.A heuristics based on the contract net and simulated annealing algorithm is designed to solve the proposed model.Through comparative analysis of examples with different numbers of newly added transportation tasks and different types of road networks,the performance of the contract net algorithm in terms of deviations in idle driving paths,empty trailer paths,loaded trailer paths,time,number of used vehicles,and total deviation cost are analyzed.The results demonstrate the effectiveness of the model and algorithm,highlighting the superiority of the disruption management model and the contract net annealing algorithm.The study provides a reference for handling unexpected events in the tractor and trailer transportation industry.

The paper argues that labor contracts between employees and organization includes two facets, i.e. economic contracts and psychological contracts, and along with enterprise competition becoming fierce increasingly and labor force becoming diversified all the more, the psychological contracts have crucial effects on employees＇ attitudes, behaviors and performances. Secure and Efficient Computing Resource Management in Blockchain-Based Vehicular Fog Computing

In vehicular fog computing(VFC),the resource transactions in the Internet of Vehicles(IoV)have become a novel resource management scheme that can improve system resource utilization and the quality of vehicle services.In this paper,in order to improve the security and fairness of resource transactions,we design a blockchain-based resource management scheme for VFC.First,we propose the concept of resource coin(RC)and develop a blockchain-based secure computing reource trading mechanism in terms of RC.As a node of the blockchain network,the roadside unit(RSU)participates in verifying the legitimacy of transactions and the creation of new blocks.Next,we propose a resource management scheme based on contract theory,encouraging parked vehicles to contribute computing resource so that RSU could complete proof of work(PoW)quickly,improve the success probability of block creation and get RC rewards.We use the gradient descent method to solve the computing resource utilization that can maximize the RC revenue of RSUs and vehicles during the block creation.Finally,the performance of this model is validated in simulation result and analysis.

Foreign exchange risk management by Indian IT companies:an empirical analysis

The increased volatility in the foreign exchange market in recent years has increased the foreign exchange risk faced by companies worldwide. This phenomenon holds good in the Indian context also. This paper tries to report on the foreign exchange risk-management practices among Indian IT (information technology) companies. The results are consistent with expectations that foreign exchange risks faced by Indian IT companies is very high especially in the light of the recent appreciation of the rupee against the USD and most of the companies are using all the available techniques to mitigate the risks. The evidence suggests that the forward cover is the most widely used derivative instrument in managing the risks and the respondents taking part in the survey believe that the government is failing in maintaining a stable exchange rate.
