Parental Psychological Control and Internet Gaming Disorder Tendency:A Moderated Mediation Model of Core Self-Evaluation and Intentional Self-Regulation

Internet gaming disorder(IGD)among junior high school students is an increasingly prominent mental health concern.It is important to look for influences behind internet gaming disorder tendency(IGDT)in the junior high school student population.The present study aimed to reveal the explanatory mechanisms underlying the association between parental psychological control(PPC)and internet gaming disorder tendency among junior high school students by testing the mediating role of core self-evaluation(CSE)and the moderating role of intentional self-regulation(ISR).Participants in present study were 735 Chinese junior high school students who completed offline self-report questionnaires on parental psychological control,core self-evaluation,intentional self-regulation,and Internet gaming disorder tendency.Analyses were conducted via mediation and moderated mediation.The results showed that:(1)Parental psychological control was positively related to junior high school students’Internet gaming disorder tendency.Core self-evaluation,and intentional self-regulation were negatively related to junior high school students’Internet gaming disorder tendency,respectively.(2)Core self-evaluation partially mediated the relationship between parental psychological control and junior high school students’Internet gaming disorder tendency.(3)Intentional self-regulation moderated the association between parental psychological control and Internet gaming disorder tendency,as well as the relationships between parental psychological control and core self-evaluation and core self-evaluation and Internet gaming disorder tendency in the mediated model.Based on these findings,we believe that there is a need to weaken parental psychological control,strengthen junior high school students’core self-evaluation and intentional self-regulation,and to recognize the important role of parents as well as their children’s personal positive traits in the healthy development of junior high school students. 展开更多

Preventing Health Anxiety:The Role of Self-Evaluation,Sense of Coherence,Self-Rated Health and Perceived Social Support

Background:Components of Self,completed with the perceived social support determine the individual differences in theevaluation of a stressor and the behavioral responses toward it,such as health-related anxiety.The study set as a goal theanalysis of associations between the components of Self,such as self-evaluation,sense of coherence,perceived social support,and reported health-related anxiety in an adult sample.Methods:147 adults from the 18–73 age group(mean age 37.5)voluntarily completed the questionnaire through Qualtrics online platform containing the Short Health Anxiety Inventory,Core Self-Evaluation Scale,Social Support Assessing Scale,and one Health Self-Evaluation Item.Results:ANOVA foundrelevant differences in total scores and subscales’scores of the health anxiety scale depending on the positive self-evaluation.Linear regression shows that the analyzed variables were responsible for the prediction of a higher value on the“Perceivedprobability of becoming ill”subscale in a proportion of 45.6%and for the“Perceived consequence of illness”subscale in aproportion of 20.2%The predictive value of the linear regression model for the total score on the health anxiety scale was46.3%.Our findings show that negative Core Self-Evaluation is linked with perceived health anxiety.Conclusions:Selfevaluation,sense of coherence and perceived social support influence the perceived health and can explain the differences inthe reported health-related anxiety. 展开更多

This process constantly encounters deconstruction from its own smelllessness, senselessness and aphasia, thereby implying the lack of human subjectivity and value through Grenouille’s failure to find identity. The present study discusses the relationship among Chinese adolescents’parental involvement,core self-evaluation,and school adaptation.The Parental Involvement Behavior Questionnaire,Core Self-Evaluations Scale(CSES),and the School Adaptation Inventory were used to survey 1258 Chinese middle school students.The results showed that adolescents’school adaptation was significantly positively correlated with parental involvement and core self-evaluation.Furthermore,parental involvement and core self-evaluation were positively correlated.Mediation analysis found that core self-evaluation had partially mediated the relationship between adolescents’parental involvement and school adaption.Parental involvement could directly affect adolescents’school adaptation and indirectly affect school adaptation through the mediating effect of core self-evaluation.The present study results suggested that parents and educators could improve adolescents’school adaptation by increasing parental involvement and enhancing the adolescents’core self-evaluation. 展开更多

This study aimed to investigate the link between the exposure to intimate partner violence(IPV),core self-evaluations(CSE),and psychological adaptation of Chinese adolescents,through analysis of the results from the Survey of Children’s Exposure to Domestic Violence Scale,Core Self-Evaluations Scale,and Strengths and Difficulties Questionnaire,involving a total of 597 Chinese middle school students.It is indicated that the exposure to IPV is positively correlated with lower levels of psychological adaptation and CSE,and CSE is positively correlated with higher levels of psychological adaptation.Mediation analysis revealed that CSE partially mediated the association between the exposure to IPV and psychological adaptation.These results suggest that educators and parents should help adolescents tackle their emotional and behavioral problems by reducing the risk of IPV exposure and increasing their CSE. 展开更多

Then, the self-evaluation o... <strong>Background:</strong> To ensure quality and relevance of Postgraduate Programs are a commitment of the National Quality Postgraduate Programs (PNPC), and those from UNAM. Then, the self-evaluation of the Masters in Nursing Program (PME) is necessary for it to be part of the PNPC. This study focuses on self-evaluation of implementation mechanisms to assure effective communication and collaboration with and among graduated alumni. <strong>Methods:</strong> The research was qualitative, exploratory and descriptive. An informed consent was signed by four informants, graduated from the seventeenth generation of PME. Data collection from a focal group and descriptive data analysis by atlas.ti from guidance questions that were contrasted with the scale value from PME curriculum. <strong>Results:</strong> Four categories emerged from PME graduated alumni: Category <strong>I</strong>, Professional academic performance, Category<strong> II</strong>, International activities attendance, Category <strong>III</strong>, Academic networks, and Category <strong>IV</strong>, Higher satisfaction of international activities.<strong> Conclusions:</strong> It is concluded that self-evaluation shows a graduate’s vision of conditions and networks where PME develops. Masters in Nursing Program fulfills graduates expectancy to create networks, which will contribute to knowledge and recognition of professional practice, as well as on the area’ opportunities opening for better contributions. 展开更多

在学习西方旅游学说的同时,我国旅游学界一直在尝试建构有中国特色的旅游管理知识体系。文章以中山大学旅游研究团队的集体研讨成果为基础,提出自主知识体系建设应以人类旅游活动为主要研究对象,并主张采用“旅游需要”“旅游响应”“... 在学习西方旅游学说的同时,我国旅游学界一直在尝试建构有中国特色的旅游管理知识体系。文章以中山大学旅游研究团队的集体研讨成果为基础,提出自主知识体系建设应以人类旅游活动为主要研究对象,并主张采用“旅游需要”“旅游响应”“旅游实践”和“旅游效应”等基本概念来解释旅游活动的过程、行动、关系与结果。通过分析“旅游需要—旅游响应”的矛盾运动规律,文章推导出“社会成员旅游需要的无限性”“社会响应个体旅游需要的能力有限性”和“社会响应个体旅游需要的态度有界性”等基本假设,并借此归纳出中国旅游管理学科建设的主要任务--化解“人民群众日益增长的旅游需要”与“社会对旅游需要的响应相对滞后”之间的矛盾。总的来说,旅游管理学科的自主知识体系建设应立足于中国式现代化发展的实践,摆脱西方旅游研究的传统经济分析范式,从而更好地服务于文化和旅游事业的高质量创新发展需求。 展开更多

悖论式领导对亲组织不道德行为的影响机制研究——基于角色模糊视角

作为一种新型的领导风格,已有研究表明悖论式领导对个体、团队和组织层面均有正向影响,有必要进一步研究悖论式领导可能存在的“阴暗面”。文章基于社会信息加工理论,构建了悖论式领导、角色模糊、亲组织不道德行为及矛盾思维的被调节... 作为一种新型的领导风格,已有研究表明悖论式领导对个体、团队和组织层面均有正向影响,有必要进一步研究悖论式领导可能存在的“阴暗面”。文章基于社会信息加工理论,构建了悖论式领导、角色模糊、亲组织不道德行为及矛盾思维的被调节中介模型。通过对分时段收集的300份样本数据进行实证分析,结果发现:悖论式领导对员工亲组织不道德行为有显著正向影响;角色模糊在其中发挥中介作用;矛盾思维负向调节悖论式领导与角色模糊的关系;矛盾思维负向调节角色模糊对悖论式领导与亲组织不道德行为的中介作用。研究结论丰富了悖论式领导的影响后果,并且为组织有效地避免悖论式领导的负向作用等提供了实践参考。 展开更多

低剂量沙利度胺辅助治疗20例成人结核性脑膜炎矛盾反应的临床分析

目的:分析低剂量沙利度胺辅助治疗成人结核性脑膜炎(tuberculous meningitis,TBM)矛盾反应的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取2020年1月1日至2022年12月30日长春市传染病医院收治的符合TBM矛盾反应诊断标准的患者共20例进行回顾性研究。20... 目的:分析低剂量沙利度胺辅助治疗成人结核性脑膜炎(tuberculous meningitis,TBM)矛盾反应的临床疗效和安全性。方法:选取2020年1月1日至2022年12月30日长春市传染病医院收治的符合TBM矛盾反应诊断标准的患者共20例进行回顾性研究。20例患者均在不调整原有糖皮质激素用量及抗结核治疗方案的前提下,口服沙利度胺25 mg(4次/d)治疗。分析患者应用沙利度胺后临床症状转归、脑脊液参数变化、影像学表现及药物不良反应。结果:20例患者中,14例(70.0%)出现新发结核瘤,11例(55.0%)原有结核瘤病变恶化、10例(50.0%)脑池渗出增多,5例(25.0%)新发脑梗死。经沙利度胺治疗后,14例新发结核瘤及11例原有结核瘤恶化的患者,病灶明显好转,≤3 mm的结核结节可完全吸收,>3 mm的结核结节可表现为完全吸收或病灶范围缩小;10例脑池渗出增多的患者,病灶明显消退。5例脑梗死患者,无进展性卒中发生,梗死周围水肿明显消退并形成软化灶。17例脑脊液异常患者中,8例脑脊液白细胞计数恢复正常,9例脑脊液参数好转稳定。沙利度胺中位治疗时间为16(12,16)周。全部患者均在颅内病变明显好转或脑脊液指标好转稳定后,停用沙利度胺。治疗期间,2例患者出现末梢神经炎,给予营养神经治疗后好转,无其他可归因于沙利度胺的不良事件报告。结论:低剂量沙利度胺辅助治疗结核性脑膜炎矛盾反应,可有效改善患者颅内病变及脑脊液参数,且安全性较好。 展开更多

心脏磁共振下早期矛盾运动可多角度评估急性心肌梗死患者术后心功能状态

目的探讨心脏磁共振(CMR)早期矛盾运动与急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者临床特征、危险分层和临床预后的相关性。方法连续纳入2022年6月~2024年4月在我科住院并确诊的首发AMI患者77例,其中男性53例,女性24例,年龄61.75±11.92岁。所有患者... 目的探讨心脏磁共振(CMR)早期矛盾运动与急性心肌梗死(AMI)患者临床特征、危险分层和临床预后的相关性。方法连续纳入2022年6月~2024年4月在我科住院并确诊的首发AMI患者77例,其中男性53例,女性24例,年龄61.75±11.92岁。所有患者均在入院后行罪犯血管血运重建术,并在术后平均1周内行CMR检查。根据心肌应变是否出现矛盾运动,将其分为矛盾运动组(n=47)和非矛盾运动组(n=30)。所有患者平均随访7月,统计主要不良心血管事件(MACEs)的发生。结果矛盾运动组患者的脑钠肽、中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值高于非矛盾运动组,淋巴细胞计数低于非矛盾运动组(P<0.05)。两组病变支数、罪犯血管、Gensini评分的差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CMR结果显示,矛盾运动组患者的梗死面积、左室收缩末期容积指数、微循环障碍容积高于非矛盾运动组(P<0.05),而左房射血分数、左室射血分数、梗死节段径向应变、梗死节段周向应变、梗死节段纵向应变、整体径向应变、整体周向应变、整体纵向应变均低于非矛盾运动组(P<0.05)。二元Logistic回归显示,中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值、梗死节段周向应变、整体纵向应变可以独立预测患者是否出现心肌矛盾运动。在矛盾运动组患者中,MACEs事件发生率高于非矛盾运动组(P<0.05),其中矛盾运动是AMI患者在接受成功血运重建后发生MACEs事件的独立危险因素(HR=2.551)。结论CMR可以多角度评估AMI术后心功能状态,为患者个体化治疗、改善临床预后提供了重要的参考依据。 展开更多
