As the sources of overt and covert potential safety hazards were widespread, the safety control and management of rural tourism became more complicated and difficult, which required more for technological support of rural tourism safety management. Based on the latitude of technological support, from the perspective of management practice of rural tourism safety, through analysis on inner symbiosis of management and technological support of rural tourism safety, the paper had studied three parts of control and management system of rural tourism safety, which were rural tourism safety identification, rural tourism safety isolation and control, and rural tourism safety treatment and solution; and the connotation of technological support during safety management had been discussed from the three aspects. The flux-modulated compound-structure permanent magnet synchronous machine (CS-PMSM), composed of a brushless double rotor machine (DRM) and a conventional permanent magnet synchronous machine (PMSM), is a power split device for plug-in hybrid electric vehicles. In this paper, its operating principle and mathematical model are introduced. A modified current controller with decoupled state feedback is proposed and verified. The system control strategy is simulated in Matlab, and the feasibility of the control system is proven. To improve fuel economy, an energy management strategy based on fuzzy logic controller is proposed and evaluated by the Urban Dynamometer Driving Schedule (UDDS) drive cycle. The results show that the total energy consumption is similar to that of Prius 2012. 展开更多

Electrical system of military vehicle is a typical parameterized nonlinear system where complicated bifurcations may exist and threaten its safe and stable operation. An algebraic criterion for Hopf bifurcation is presented briefly and applied to find Hopf bifurcation point of the electrical system with automatic voltage regulator(AVR) dynamics in military vehicle. Hopf bifurcation controllers are designed for this electrical system by using wash-out filter,linear feedback,nonlinear feedback and their combination. The linear feedback control makes the system bring Hopf bifurcation at preferable parameter,the nonlinear feedback control modifies the type of the bifurcation,and the wash-out filter enhances the system damping,thus,the Hopf bifurcation is eliminated and the electrical system stability is ensured. Regarding the current difficulties in SME(small and medium enterprise)supervision,especially considering the problem that the emission reduction task cannot be effectively implemented under the off-site daily supervision and the new normal of epidemic prevention with control of heavily polluted weather,a new type of intelligent power management technology has been proposed.Power information collection equipment and intelligent data collection and transmission terminal are installed to collect power consumption information of enterprise production facilities and pollution control facilities,and their operating conditions are monitored in 24 h.Abnormal operation alarm and closed-loop disposal management are provided through the software platform.The practical application of power monitoring technology in Rizhao City proves that the system alarms accurately and monitors efficiently.On the one hand,it has improved the efficiency of daily supervision of the ecological environment department,and can accurately investigate and correct corporate pollution control violations.On the other hand,it has enriched environmental supervision methods to accurately control the implementation of emergency emission reduction measures.The application of this technology has realized the transformation from civil defense to technical defense,from random law enforcement to precise law enforcement,and from on-site law enforcement to off-site law enforcement in the supervision of polluting enterprises in the jurisdiction,creating a new mode of off-site law enforcement for enterprises. 展开更多

Reliable load frequency control LFC is crucial to the operation and design of modern electric power systems. Considering the LFC problem of a four-Area interconnected power system with wind turbines, this paper presents a distributed model predictive control DMPC based on coordination scheme. The proposed algorithm solves a series of local optimization problems to minimize a performance objective for each control area. The generation rate constraints GRCs, load disturbance changes, and the wind speed constraints are considered. Furthermore, the DMPC algorithm may reduce the impact of the randomness and intermittence of wind turbine effectively. A performance comparison between the proposed controller with and without the participation of the wind turbines is carried out. Analysis and simulation results show possible improvements on closed-loop performance, and computational burden with the physical constraints. © 2014 Chinese Association of Automation. 展开更多

Due to soaring fuel prices and environmental concerns, hybrid electric vehicle(HEV) technology attracts more attentions in last decade. Energy management system, configuration of HEV and traffic conditions are the main factors which affect HEV's fuel consumption, emission and performance. Therefore, optimal management of the energy components is a key element for the success of a HEV. An optimal energy management system is developed for HEV based on genetic algorithm. Then, different powertrain system component combinations effects are investigated in various driving cycles. HEV simulation results are compared for default rule-based, fuzzy and GA-fuzzy controllers by using ADVISOR. The results indicate the effectiveness of proposed optimal controller over real world driving cycles. Also, an optimal powertrain configuration to improve fuel consumption and emission efficiency is proposed for each driving condition. Finally, the effects of batteries in initial state of charge and hybridization factor are investigated on HEV performance to evaluate fuel consumption and emissions. Fuel consumption average reduction of about 14% is obtained for optimal configuration data in contrast to default configuration. Also results indicate that proposed controller has reduced emission of about 10% in various traffic conditions. 展开更多

After the complete study of the manufacturing process and production data-failure causes, failure rate and data etc. FMEA discover the weak processes in the form of higher risk priority number in the manufacturing of the car painting process, which required reducing by identifying and implementing of the defects and this will improve the process quality of the painting surface of the car. To analysis, the improvement of the car surface defects SPC (Statistical Process Control) tools are more efficient where can easily visible the defects trends. SPC chart is chronological graphs of process data that are used in manufactures industries to help understand, control and improve the process and that although based on statistical theory area easy for practitioners to use and interpret. Previous literature showed mixed results about the impact of CEOs’financial literacy(CFL)on small and medium-sized enterprises’(SMEs)innovation.This relationship can be motivated by relevant variables,which are missing in the previous literature and make a difference as mediators.In this sense,based on the theoretical framework related to upper echelon theory and resource-based view,this study focuses on the mediating effect of risk-taking attitude and management control systems(MCS)varia-bles.Empirical data from 310 SMEs gathered using a qualitative research questionnaire are analyzed using structural equation modeling methodology.Specifically,estimations are carried out considering the partial least square method.Findings show that MCS and managers’risk attitudes fully mediate the relationship between financial literacy(FL)and innovation.Between these two mediating variables,the implementation of MCS stands out because it also enables the mediating effect of CEOs’risk-taking in the CFL–technological innovation relationship.As the results do not support the significant direct relationship between FL and risk attitude,they confirm an indirect effect through MCS.Furthermore,based on the study findings,SMEs’directors and owners,business associations,and public authorities can improve SMEs’technological innovation by implementing training programs and policies to foster CFL.They can also acknowledge the interdependency between organizational factors and individual characteristics to enhance SMEs’technological innovation. 展开更多

The number of EVs is growing very fast over the years. However, the high adoption of EVs will impose a burden on the power system, especially for neighborhood level network. In this paper, we propose a mixed control framework for EV charging scheduling to mitigate its impact on the power network. A metric for modeling customer's satisfaction is also proposed to compare the user satisfaction for different algorithms. The impacts of the proposed algorithms on EV charging cost, EV penetration and peak power reduction are evaluated with real data for a neighborhood level network. However in our simulation, even if smooth handover in Mobile IPv6 (MIPv6) is implemented, TCP can not always achieve better performance due to packets forwarding burst. Based on the study of buffer management for smooth handover, this paper proposes an enhanced buffer management scheme for smooth handover to improve TCP performance. In this scheme, a packet-pair probing technology is adopted to estimate the available bandwidth of the new path from Previous router (Prtr) to Mobile Node (MN), which will be used by Prtr to control the buffered packets forwarding. The simulation results demonstrate that smooth handover with this scheme can achieve better TCP performance than the original scheme. 展开更多

Two charging regimes are assumed. The Controlled Charging Regime (CCR) between 16:30 hours and 06:00 hours of the next day and the Uncontrolled Charging Regime (UCR) between 06:00 hours and 16:30 hours of the same day. During the CCR, the charging of EVs is coordinated and controlled by means of a wireless two-way communication link between EV Smart Charge Controllers (EVSCCs) at EV owners’ premises and the EV Load Controller (EVLC) at the local LV distribution substation. The EVLC sorts the EVs batteries in ascending order of their states of charge (SoC) and sends command signals for charging to as many EVs as the transformer could allow at that interval based on the condition of the transformer as analysed by the Distribution Transformer Monitor (DTM). A real and typical urban LV area distribution network in Great Britain (GB) is used as the case study. BCM aims to reduce risks and develops plans for restoring business activities if they are interrupted by a disaster. The purpose of the paper is to analyze and describe two standards, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) and Control Objectives for Information and Related Technology (COBIT), especially their mapping for the improved planning and implementation of the BCM as well as the increased control over the BCM activities. COBIT is used more as a management framework, providing management tools, such as control objectives, metrics and maturity models in order to complement the control framework. ITIL includes process steps and tasks because it is more oriented towards IT processes (process framework), defining the best practice for IT service management.
