This paper reviews the major achievements in terms of mechanical behaviors of coal measures,mining stress distribution characteristics and ground control in China’s deep underground coal mining.The three main aspects of this review are coal measure mechanics,mining disturbance mechanics,and rock support mechanics.Previous studies related to these three topics are reviewed,including the geo-mechanical properties of coal measures,distribution and evolution characteristics of mining-induced stresses,evolution characteristics of mining-induced structures,and principles and technologies of ground control in both deep roadways and longwall faces.A discussion is made to explain the structural and mechanical properties of coal measures in China’s deep coal mining practices,the types and dis-tribution characteristics of in situ stresses in underground coal mines,and the distribution of mining-induced stress that forms under different geological and engineering conditions.The theory of pre-tensioned rock bolting has been proved to be suitable for ground control of deep underground coal roadways.The use of combined ground control technology(e.g.ground support,rock mass modification,and destressing)has been demonstrated to be an effective measure for rock control of deep roadways.The developed hydraulic shields for 1000 m deep ultra-long working face can effectively improve the stability of surrounding rocks and mining efficiency in the longwall face.The ground control challenges in deep underground coal mines in China are discussed,and further research is recommended in terms of theory and technology for ground control in deep roadways and longwall faces. 展开更多

Aiming at the problems of large load of rotation drive system,low efficiency of torque transmission and high cost for operation and maintenance of liner steering drilling system for the horizontal well,a new method of liner differential rotary drilling with double tubular strings in the horizontal well is proposed.The technical principle of this method is revealed,supporting tools such as the differential rotation transducer,composite rotary steering system and the hanger are designed,and technological process is optimized.A tool face control technique of steering drilling assembly is proposed and the calculation model of extension limit of liner differential rotary drilling with double tubular strings in horizontal well is established.These results show that the liner differential rotary drilling with double tubular strings is equipped with measurement while drilling(MWD)and positive displacement motor(PDM),and directional drilling of horizontal well is realized by adjusting rotary speed of drill pipe to control the tool face of PDM.Based on the engineering case of deep coalbed methane horizontal well in the eastern margin of Ordos Basin,the extension limit of horizontal drilling with double tubular strings is calculated.Compared with the conventional liner drilling method,the liner differential rotary drilling with double tubular strings increases the extension limit value of horizontal well significantly.The research findings provide useful reference for the integrated design and control of liner completion and drilling of horizontal wells. 展开更多

In allusion to the problems of complex stress distribution in the surrounding rock and deformation failure laws, as well as the difficulty in roadway supporting of the gob-side entry driving in the island coal face, 2107 face in Chengjiao Colliery is researched as an engineering case. Through physical mechanical test of rock, theoretical and numerical simulation analyses of rock, the analysis model of the roadway overlying strata structure was established, and its parameters quantified. To reveal the deformation law of the surrounding rock, the stability of the overlying strata structure was studied before, during and after the roadway driving. According to the field conditions, the stress distribution in coal pillar was quantified, and the surrounding rock deformation feature studied with different widths of the pillars in gob-side entry driving. Finally, the pillar width of 4 m was considered as the most reasonable. The research results show that there is great difference in support conditions among roadway roof, entity coal side and narrow pillar side. Besides, the asymmetric control technique for support of the surrounding rock was proposed. The asymmetric control technique was proved to be reasonable by field monitoring, support by bolt-net, steel ladder and steel wire truss used in narrow pillar side. 展开更多

All the underground coal mines in China are gassy mines. The gas emission at coal face increasingly grows with the increase of working depth and coal output, for example, the gas emission at a full mechanized coal face of mine No. 2 at Yongquan with a daily output of 2. 000t/d is up to 66-72m2/min. Special gas emission phenomena such as gas blowout, gas and coal outburst etc. have occurred at some faces, which threatens the safe production of face. obstructs the growth of productivity and limits the full play of mechanized equipment.In this paper, gas at face is divided, according to its origin, into three constituents, namely , coming from the coal wall, mined coal and goaf;and a formula for calculation is given. Also , the characteristics of the variation of gas emission at coal face, and the influence of mining sequence of a group of seams and supplied air quantity on the gas emission are discussed. Furthermore . based on the regularity of gas emission at coal face from the above three sources, and on the experiences of years, three principles on controlling gas emission at coal face are presented, that are managing the gas on classification basis, harnessing each source separately and comprehensive prevention and control. Finally, technical measures for prevention and treatment of the accumulation of gas in the upper corner of face, at the working place of coal-winning machine and in the bottom trough of conveyor are introduced. 展开更多

Given the actual working of a fully mechanized plough at a mining face, we have proposed a formula for running constraints between powered supports and a coal plough under assumed geological conditions of the coal face and, on this basis, established an automatic control model of powered supports for the coal plough face. We introduced the working principle of the powered support control system of the plough at the mining face. We established three advanced characteristics of this control system: response speed, reliability and easy maintenance of the system. As well, we briefly introduced, the principal function of primary and subordinate controllers and the realization of the communication system by a Single Bus. Ten controllers were constructed and tested in our laboratorium. The results show that the control model is practical and meets actual conditions. It provides a theoretical basis for designing a comouter control system for a oowered support system of a plough at a mining face. 展开更多

To investigate the abnormal ground pressures and roof control problem in fully mechanized repeated mining of residual coal after room and pillar mining, the roof fracture structural model and mechanical model were developed using numerical simulation and theoretical analysis. The roof fracture characteristics of a repeated mining face were revealed and the ground pressure law and roof supporting condi- tions of the repeated mining face were obtained. The results indicate that when the repeated mining face passes the residual pillars, the sudden instability causes fracturing in the main roof above the old goal and forms an extra-large rock block above the mining face. A relatively stable "Voussoir beam" structure is formed after the advance fracturing of the main roof. When the repeated mining face passes the old goaf, as the large rock block revolves and touches gangue, the rock block will break secondarily under overburden rock loads. An example calculation was performed involving an integrated mine in Shanxi province, results showed that minimum working resistance values of support determined to be reason- able were respectively 11,412 kN and 10,743 kN when repeated mining face passed through residual pillar and goaf. On-site ground pressure monitoring results indicated that the mechanical model and support resistance calculation were reasonable. 展开更多

The control system, which includes structure, the composition of software and hardware, the form of PID control system and its systematic closed-loop, was used in No.4236 full-mechanized coal face of Xinlongzhuang mine. The typical fuzzy PID control system structure was investigated, and a simplified fuzzy PID control system was taken the place of the complex three-dimension fuzzy controller. Based on the parameter relation between fuzzy controller and normal PID controller, a common method of parameter adjustment of PID controller was summed up and the computer simulation was realized. This system can overcome the problems of large delay, nonlinear, poor running en- vironment and great load change in the full-mechanized coal face. The simulating investigation indicates that the de- signing method of fuzzy controller is simple and feasible. 展开更多

In the present research,we proposed a scheme to address the issues of severe heat damage,high energy consumption,low cooling system efficiency,and wastage of cold capacity in mines.To elucidate the seasonal variations of environmental temperature through field measurements,we selected a high-temperature working face in a deep mine as our engineering background.To enhance the heat damage control cability of the working face and minimize unnecessary cooling capac-ity loss,we introduced the multi-dimensional heat hazard prevention and control method called"Heat source barrier and cooling equipment".First,we utilize shotcrete and liquid nitrogen injection to eliminate the heat source and implemented pressure equalization ventilation to disrupt the heat transfer path,thereby creating a heat barrier.Second,we establish divi-sional prediction models for airflow temperature based on the variation patterns obtained through numerical simulation.Third,we devise the location and dynamic control strategy for the cooling equipment based on the prediction models.The results of field application show that the heat resistance and cooling linkage method comply with the safety requirement throughout the entire mining cycle while effectively reducing energy consumption.The ambient temperature is maintained below 30℃,resulting in the energy saving of 10%during the high-temperature period and over 50%during the low-temperature period.These findings serve as a valuable reference for managing heat damage in high-temperature working faces. 展开更多

煤矿掘进过程中粉尘聚集严重,目前针对综掘工作面混合式风流调控下粉尘沉降规律及优化的研究还不够深入。基于混合式风流调控系统,依托陕煤集团神木柠条塔矿业有限公司综掘工作面,分析了压风口距工作面距离、压风口右偏角度、压风口口... 煤矿掘进过程中粉尘聚集严重,目前针对综掘工作面混合式风流调控下粉尘沉降规律及优化的研究还不够深入。基于混合式风流调控系统,依托陕煤集团神木柠条塔矿业有限公司综掘工作面,分析了压风口距工作面距离、压风口右偏角度、压风口口径、抽风口距工作面距离和压抽比等混合式风流调控参数对粉尘沉降规律的影响:随着压风口距工作面距离增加,司机处和回风侧行人呼吸带截面大颗粒粉尘占比先增后减再增,小颗粒粉尘占比增加;随着压风口右偏角度增加,司机处和回风侧行人呼吸带截面大颗粒粉尘占比变化明显;随着压风口口径增加,司机处截面小颗粒粉尘占比先增后减再增,回风侧行人呼吸带截面大颗粒粉尘占比先增后减;随着抽风口距工作面距离增加,司机处截面大颗粒粉尘占比先增后减,小颗粒粉尘占比先增后减再增,回风侧行人呼吸带截面粉尘粒径分布变化不大;随着压抽比增大,司机处和回风侧行人呼吸带截面小颗粒粉尘占比减小。以上述风流调控各参数为自变量,回风侧行人呼吸带全尘平均浓度和司机处呼尘平均浓度最低为优化目标,建立了粉尘沉降优化回归模型,利用粒子群优化算法求解模型,得到最优风流调控方案:压风口距工作面距离为8.9 m,压风口右偏角度为14.8°,压风口口径为0.9 m,抽风口距工作面距离为4.3 m,压抽比为1.1。搭建了风流调控下粉尘沉降实验平台,实验结果表明:测试值与粉尘沉降优化回归模型的模拟值误差在13%以内,验证了模型的准确性;优化后粒径为71~100μm的粉尘受风流调控参数影响明显,沉降在掘进机前方;优化后回风侧行人呼吸带全尘平均浓度和司机处呼尘平均浓度分别降低了47.4%和42.4%,降尘效果明显。 展开更多

锚杆钢-木组合托盘极限承载力学性能研究

为降低动压冲击对支护系统的破坏,适应大变形巷道的需要;基于球壳结构理论构建锚杆拱形钢托盘承载力学模型,给出钢托盘最大承载力计算式,分析钢托盘各参数尺寸对其承载力的影响关系,研究木托盘压缩实验特征;通过Abaqus软件对钢托盘与组... 为降低动压冲击对支护系统的破坏,适应大变形巷道的需要;基于球壳结构理论构建锚杆拱形钢托盘承载力学模型,给出钢托盘最大承载力计算式,分析钢托盘各参数尺寸对其承载力的影响关系,研究木托盘压缩实验特征;通过Abaqus软件对钢托盘与组合托盘开展有限元静态力学强度实验,对比分析钢托盘与组合托盘受压状态下的不同特征,分析让压距离对组合托盘承载性能的影响规律。结果表明:对钢托盘承载力的影响顺序为拱高>拱底圆半径>孔口半径,拱高与承载力服从对数增加关系,拱底圆半径、孔口半径与托盘承载力基本成线性增加关系;钢-木组合托盘中木托盘先受力,并经历了压密阶段、弹性变形阶段和塑性变形阶段,木托盘被压缩可降低钢托盘30.03%的承载受力,组合托盘的应力-位移曲线右移,组合托盘的极限承载力增加;钢托盘受压破坏从孔口处开始,基本成圆形向四周扩展,托盘底部四边中间区域与四角区域形成的高应力差是导致托盘四角破坏的主要原因。 展开更多

为提升东减河水体质量,探究了曝气增氧-生态浮床联合技术对河道水体中氮磷及有机物的去除效果及机理.实验结果表明,联合技术对主汛期河道水体的COD去除率达到65%,总氮和磷酸盐去除率分别达到72%和46%.常规水质指标的相关性分析得出,氨... 为提升东减河水体质量,探究了曝气增氧-生态浮床联合技术对河道水体中氮磷及有机物的去除效果及机理.实验结果表明,联合技术对主汛期河道水体的COD去除率达到65%,总氮和磷酸盐去除率分别达到72%和46%.常规水质指标的相关性分析得出,氨氮、硝酸盐和亚硝酸盐是水体富营养化的主控因子.河道水温和藻类生长呈显著正相关,和溶解氧呈显著负相关.同时,在7—9月河道表层沉积物的有机氮和有机磷矿化释放作用增强且具有持续性.这些是造成该时段河道水质状况较差的关键因素.曝气-生态浮床联合技术既可以有效地去除河道水体中氨氮、总磷等污染物,还可以提高水体溶解氧含量,抑制水中藻类的生长.联合技术增加了河道底泥细菌群落的多样性和功能菌群的丰度,多种丰度较高的菌属与脱氮更为相关.其中脱氮功能菌有Thiobacillus、Sphingopyxis、Nitrospira、Pseudomonas、Thermomonas.除磷功能菌有Bacillus、Rhodobacter、Acinetobacter.同时检测出高丰度的黄杆菌属(Luteolibacter)是良好水质水体的指示生物. 展开更多

为解决目前综掘工作面传统混合式通风下粉尘聚集污染严重的问题,提出了利用出风口风流调控装置与抽风口射流风幕综合调控优化粉尘场的思路。以陕北某矿综掘工作面为研究对象,建立了风流-粉尘气固耦合场有限元模型,分析了调控装置口径、... 为解决目前综掘工作面传统混合式通风下粉尘聚集污染严重的问题,提出了利用出风口风流调控装置与抽风口射流风幕综合调控优化粉尘场的思路。以陕北某矿综掘工作面为研究对象,建立了风流-粉尘气固耦合场有限元模型,分析了调控装置口径、调控装置右偏角、风幕出口宽度、风幕出口速度及风幕出口张角等参数对粉尘场的影响;设计了正交试验以确定最佳综合调控方案,设计搭建了实验平台进行综合调控方案准确性和降尘效果验证。结果表明:在该综掘工作面通风系统布局下,当调控装置口径1.2 m,调控装置右偏角9°,风幕出口宽度0.14 m,风幕出口速度7 m/s,风幕出口张角60°时,司机位置粉尘质量浓度和行人呼吸带高度平均粉尘质量浓度分别降低91.7%和74.9%,测试误差均在10%以下,有效改善了通风环境。 展开更多

水酶法可以实现花生油脂和蛋白的同步提取,但得到的水相体系中部分油脂稳定存在,不利于油脂得率的提升。通过湿法粉碎花生,利用激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)和生物显微镜对花生水酶法制油水相体系的微观形态进行观察,分析不同粉碎时间下水相... 水酶法可以实现花生油脂和蛋白的同步提取,但得到的水相体系中部分油脂稳定存在,不利于油脂得率的提升。通过湿法粉碎花生,利用激光共聚焦显微镜(CLSM)和生物显微镜对花生水酶法制油水相体系的微观形态进行观察,分析不同粉碎时间下水相残油率和油滴分布之间的联系。在单因素试验基础上,采用响应面法优化影响水相残油率的工艺条件。结果表明:花生水酶法制油得到的水相是一个高蛋白低油脂的体系,当粉碎时间为120 s时,水相残油率最低(10.78%),水相体系油滴分布最少;最佳工艺条件为酶解时间1.37 h、酶解温度47.92℃、加酶量1.25%、液料比4.89∶1 mL/g,在此条件下得到的水相残油率为8.79%±0.03%,与响应面预测值8.82%无显著性差异。研究结果为间接提高水酶法制油提升油脂得率提供理论依据。 展开更多

综掘工作面风流调控下风速及瓦斯粉尘浓度融合预测模型研究

针对综掘工作面传统的通风总量控制管理模式不能根据实际需求进行风流调控,造成瓦斯及粉尘聚集和污染隐患等问题,对风流调控下的风速及瓦斯粉尘浓度多源数据融合神经网络预测模型进行了研究。采用欧拉-拉格朗日法建立了风流调控下的瓦... 针对综掘工作面传统的通风总量控制管理模式不能根据实际需求进行风流调控,造成瓦斯及粉尘聚集和污染隐患等问题,对风流调控下的风速及瓦斯粉尘浓度多源数据融合神经网络预测模型进行了研究。采用欧拉-拉格朗日法建立了风流调控下的瓦斯及粉尘气固耦合模型并进行了测试验证,模拟分析瓦斯和粉尘颗粒在综掘巷道的分布情况,获取大量不同风流调控方案下的风速及瓦斯粉尘浓度样本数据。采用多层感知器神经网络技术建立预测模型结构,选取对瓦斯及粉尘浓度具有较大影响的风流调控等参数作为输入层,根据风速及瓦斯粉尘的隐患位置确定输出层,对样本数据进行预处理,通过引入差分进化算法搜索最佳隐藏层节点数和学习率,利用TensorFlow框架搭建多源数据融合神经网络预测模型。以陕北某矿综掘工作面为研究对象,对不同风流调控方案进行预测和井下实测验证。结果表明:该模型相对误差最大值为9.7%,具有较高的准确性;选取出风口距端头最短距离5 m和最远距离10 m这2种工况下的最佳调控方案,与调控前相比,风速符合规范要求,端头死角区瓦斯体积分数分别降低34%和35%,回风侧人行处平均粉尘质量浓度分别降低40%和41%,司机处粉尘质量浓度分别降低38%和36%,研究可为风流调控提供参考。 展开更多
