Effects of chemical ecological adjustment and control experiment on phytoplankton community in the Aoshan Bay

In June 1999, the chemical adjustmentand control experiment was made in the Aoshan Bay. Following tracts investigation was carried out before the experiment and on the 1st, 2nd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 45th day/after the experiment. While the variance of amount of phytoplankton, the replacement of superior species and the species composition of phytoplankton were researched. The results show that the amount of phytoplankton in the Aoshan Bay rises gradually after the experiment. Ceratium macroceros Cleve of pyrophyta was the dominant species before the experiment, its dominant index was 37.7%. Six days after the experiment, its dominant index dropped to 17.6% . Meanwhile the dominant index of Asterionella japonics Cleve rose from 7.1% to 39.2% , it became the first dominant species. Forty-five days after the experiment, the amount of phytoplankton in the Aoshan Bay was 5.15 to 137.32 times more than that in 1997. 展开更多

Source illusion is an important issue in acoustic fields that has significant applications in various practical scenarios.Recent progress in acoustic metasurfaces has broken the limitation of manipulating large-scale waves at subwavelength scales and enables a better illusion capability,while there is still a problem that most previous studies are hampered by a lack of tuning capability.Here we propose a reconfigurable source illusion device capable of providing azimuthallydependent phase delay in real-time via changing the static voltage distribution.The resulting device is implemented by employing an adjustable piezoelectric metasurface with a subwavelength thickness that can achieve a full 2π-phase shift while maintaining efficient transmittance.The effectiveness of our mechanism is demonstrated via two distinctive source illusion phenomena of shifting and transforming a simple point source without changing the device geometry.We anticipate that our methodology,which does not require a large device size or a complicated phased array,will open up new avenues for the miniaturization and integration of source illusion devices and may promote their on-chip applications in a variety of fields,such as acoustic camouflage and manipulation precision. 展开更多

A low noise distributed amplifier consisting of 9 gain cells is presented.The chip is fabricated with 0.15-μm GaAs pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor(PHEMT) technology from Win Semiconductor of Taiwan.A special optional gate bias technique is introduced to allow an adjustable gain control range of 10 dB.A novel cascode structure is adopted to extend the output voltage and bandwidth.The measurement results show that the amplifier gives an average gain of 15 dB with a gain flatness of±1 dB in the 2-20 GHz band.The noise figure is between 2 and 4.1 dB during the band from 2 to 20 GHz.The amplifier also provides 13.8 dBm of output power at a 1 dB gain compression point and 10.5 dBm of input third order intercept point(IIP3),which demonstrates the excellent performance of linearity.The power consumption is 300 mW with a supply of 5 V,and the chip area is 2.36×1.01 mm^2. 展开更多

An adjustable anti-resonance frequency controller for a dual-stage actuation semi-active vibration isolation system

In the semiconductor manufacturing industry,the dynamic model of a controlled object is usually obtained from a frequency sweeping method before motion control.However,the existing isolators cannot properly isolate the disturbance of the inertial force on the platform base during frequency sweeping(the frequency is between 0 Hz and the natural frequency).In this paper,an adjustable anti-resonance frequency controller for a dual-stage actuation semi-active vibration isolation system(DSASAVIS)is proposed.This system has a significant anti-resonance characteristic;that is,the vibration amplitude can drop to nearly zero at a particular frequency,which is called the anti-resonance frequency.The proposed controller is designed to add an adjustable anti-resonance frequency to fully use this unique anti-resonance characteristic.Experimental results show that the closed-loop transmissibility is less than−15 dB from 0 Hz to the initial anti-resonance frequency.Furthermore,it is less than−30 dB around an added anti-resonance frequency which can be adjusted from 0 Hz to the initial anti-resonance frequency by changing the parameters of the proposed controller.With the proposed controller,the disturbance amplitude of the payload decays from 4 to 0.5 mm/s with a reduction of 87.5%for the impulse disturbance applied to the platform base.Simultaneously,the system can adjust the anti-resonance frequency point in real time by tracking the frequency sweeping disturbances,and a good vibration isolation performance is achieved.This indicates that the DSA-SAVIS and the proposed controller can be applied in the guarantee of an ultra-low vibration environment,especially at frequency sweeping in the semiconductor manufacturing industry. 展开更多

At the same time, a set of control system has been designed for this kind of liner. Many experimental results have been obtained based on this control system. In fact, the present investigation shows the possibi1ity of active control of sound absorption coefficient or impedance of a liner according to external sound source condition by means of a standing wave tube. The experimental results show that the sound absorption coefficient of the liner can keep optimal under any sound source condition by controlling the cavity depth and the flow rate through the perforated plate of the liner. In addition, hoth the resistance and the reactance of the liner can also be controlled independently corresponding to any given condition. which is necessary to control unsteady How in turbomachinery. 展开更多
