Influences on Excellent Course Network Teaching to Imported Courses Implementation of International Cooperative Education in Vocational Colleges

Both the ＂Interim Provisions on Sino-foreign Cooperative Education＂ and the ＂Regulation of the People＇s Republic of China on Sino-Foreigu Cooperative Education＂ are not specifically mentioned the implementation proposals to the foreign imported courses.The implementation methods of those introduced courses of China are basically like someone crossing a river by feeling the stones, which lacks the mature theoretical guidance and successful practical experience.The release of ＂Implementation Proposal to Construction of Excellent Open Courses of Ministry of Education＂ and the ＂Notice of ＇Construction Measures of the Top-quality Sharing Courses＇＂ have pushed the excellent course construction of vocational colleges into a restructuring and upgrading stage. Focused on the poor teaching effect of current introduced courses appeared in the Sino-foreigu cooperative education, this paper aims to expand teaching time and space of the Sino-foreign cooperative education through the excellent courses construction and network sharing technology.

Research on the Teaching of Landscape Engineering by Foreign Teachers in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education in SUCC

Sino-foreign cooperative education plays an important role in undergraduate education.It has also proved itself popular in higher vocational education in recent years,in which foreign teachers are undertaking the task of teaching some specialized courses.The teaching by foreign teachers has certain irreplaceable advantages,but nonnegligible disadvantages as well.Questionnaires have been distributed to the students majoring in Landscape Engineering from Shanghai Urban Construction College to investigate the teaching of specialized courses by foreign teachers.Based on the statistics,the advantages and disadvantages of their teaching have been analyzed,and several suggestions on how to adopt the good points and avoid the shortcomings are offered,so as to improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational college.

E-commerce development in rural and remote areas of BRICS countries

E-commerce plays an essential role in modern trade today.It is expected that e-commerce volume amounted to 29 trillion USD in the world in 2017,and would grow with the spread of the Internet and information and communication technologies(ICTs).Brazil,Russia,India,China and South Africa(BRICS),together with many others,consider e-commerce a means to facilitate rapid,inclusive and sustainable economic growth,improving the living standards and alleviating poverty.This article examines areas for potential cooperation by BRICS countries in e-commerce development across rural and remote areas to fight poverty.It analyses the current state of e-commerce development in rural and remote areas in each of the BRICS countries,including cases of public and private initiatives to support it.The article also defines the opportunities which e-commerce brings to people living in rural and remote areas.Moreover,it evaluates the existing challenges and risks.The article concludes that despite the rapid e-commerce development in BRICS countries,and significant opportunities created,there are still issues of disproportionate e-commerce in varied regions and the lack of BRICS cooperation in this sphere.Based on a comparative and normative in-depth,systematic analysis,the article develops a set of recommendations for deepening BRICS countries'cooperation in the following areas:infrastructure in rural and remote regions;education;consumer protection;online dispute resolution;coordinated policy in the international scene,including representation of BRICS countries in international indexes,such as the Organization of Economic Co-operation and Development(OECD)Digital Services Trade Restrictiveness Index(STRI).

U.S.’ Recognition, Evaluation of China-U.S. Educational Cooperation and Its Enlightenment to China--Analysis Based on the Survey Reports by U.S.’Policy Elites

Educational cooperation is one of the key factors to embody humanistic exchanges and promote the development of international relations.Through the analysis of four survey reports on China-U.S.educational cooperation,it is found that American policy elites generally attach importance to the distribution of power,the application of law,mutual benefit between the two countries in educational cooperation,and pay attention to the potential motivation and influence of China.China should rationally refer to the views and suggestions,strengthen the effectiveness of dialogue mechanism,enhance the credibility of international discourse,and at the same time encourage the negotiation and governance among cooperative universities,so as to promote the stable and sustainable development of education cooperation.

Training Strategies for Applied German-speaking Talents in the"One Belt One Road"Initiative

Student exchange program has been an integral part of higher education,which is popularly known as international joint-,double-,and combineddegree programs,which perform an important role in which its strategic plan is aimed to allow students to become true global citizens.Educational Internationalization strategy brings important benefits to individuals,institutions,and the nation’s education systems.The international student exchange program is not only a powerful tool in strengthening the relationship between two institutions but also helps in building the social,political,and economic development of the partner nations.Also,it is among the most cost-effective ways to project influence around the world.Educational collaboration on student exchange has had a beneficial impact on the status of any country,institution,and students,influencing society at its prominent backdrop for only favourable outcomes and a brighter future.CSU-CCECC-ABU collaboration was the first of its kind,and it was in accordance with both institutions'missions to encourage collaborative innovation to address the needs and problems of Nigeria,the People's Republic of China,and the rest of the globe.This paper first outlined the background concepts and explicitly analyzed the pattern of cooperation practice,research on the National,University,and Students benefits respectively.Second,it provided a comprehensive description of challenges faced by exchange students during their stay in China.Third,suggestions were also provided on how to improve and sustain the educational cooperation practice of the joint degree program.Furthermore,it provides the current status of the CSU-CCECC-ABU cooperation practice.Finally,the paper provides directions to subsequent research studies.

Throughout the development of labor education in the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,its development characteristics are different along with the varying stages of economic development.The development of labor education has an important relationship with the political system,economic policy,and cultural foundation.This article reviews the development process of labor education in the past 70 years since the founding of the People’s Republic of China,analyzes the characteristics of labor education in each period,and proposes suggestions to promote the development of labor education in China,whereby the development of labor education should follow the basic rules of education development,grasp the characteristics of the times of labor education,and build a new system of labor education;adhere to people-oriented education and establish proper educational orientation;innovate the labor education system and build a labor education model with Chinese characteristics;improve the support and guarantee system of labor education and earnestly promote the implementation of labor education;enhance the internationalization of labor education and the international competitiveness of labor education.

Improving the Law Teaching System Review of Foreign-Related Arbitration in China: From the Perspective of the Amendment to the Arbitration Law

To cultivate high-quality rule-of-law talents, XI Jinping Thought on the Rule of Law must be fully carried out, the spirit of the Opinions on Strengthening Law Education and Law Theory Research in the New Era must be implemented, the law teaching system must be improved, and the paths of talent cultivation must be optimized. The first is improving the ideological and political education and legal professional ethics education, teaching the ideological and political courses and legal professional ethics courses well in line with the essence of “bringing out the facts and reasons,” and doing an excellent job in ideological and political theory teaching in all courses from the perspective of all persons, the whole process, and all-around education. The second is improving the multi-level law education and teaching system and quality certification system, supporting and developing legal vocational education, consolidating undergraduate law education, boosting graduate law education, and developing professional degree education in law. The third is improving the curriculum system for law majors, accelerating the construction of courses reflecting the achievements in the practice of state governance and administration in the new era, such as the science of intra-Party regulations, the science of oversight law, and social governance jurisprudence, and so on, exploring the availability of the characteristic new course “science of field law,” and setting up diversified major-oriented modules to accommodate a large number of new courses. The fourth is improving the practical teaching and cooperative education system, adapting to the new form and requirement of “internet + education” to innovate education and teaching methods and means, strengthening the cooperation between law schools and rule-of-law work departments and legal service providers, enhancing education through work practice, and improving the in-service education system for rule-of-law talents.
