According to the legal definitions of land transfer under shareholding cooperative systems,rural groups,collective rights of members,and this paper discloses the necessity of protecting the collective rights of member...According to the legal definitions of land transfer under shareholding cooperative systems,rural groups,collective rights of members,and this paper discloses the necessity of protecting the collective rights of members.In terms of qualification definition of members,rights of fetus,married daughters and sons in law cannot be guaranteed.In terms of rights protection,partial rights cannot be assured,power of personal stake inthe collective members is imperfect which results in inadequate,unbalanced,shaky and unpunctuated benefits.Based on objective and subjectivecauses,the democratic management rights of members in land transfer process have been weakened or even deprived,the protection of the basiclife is hard to realize.The paper proposes that it is necessary to build the social protection mechanisms of rural land shareholding cooperative sys-tems.The first is to treat those members that own land,attending the shareholding cooperation but having not taken part in the land transfer proces-sion as the protection objects.The second is in the procession of land transfer,making it clear the compensation standards of land transfer,estab-lishing the intermediate agencies of land transfer and performing the collective economic organizing functions.The third is that the account capital ofsocial protection is contributed together by personal member,the land users(shareholding cooperative companies) and government.The fourth isto pay more attention to the added value and safety management of capital operation.展开更多

Aiming at the problem on cooperative air-defense of surface warship formation, this paper maps the cooperative airdefense system of systems (SoS) for surface warship formation (CASoSSWF) to the biological immune s...Aiming at the problem on cooperative air-defense of surface warship formation, this paper maps the cooperative airdefense system of systems (SoS) for surface warship formation (CASoSSWF) to the biological immune system (BIS) according to the similarity of the defense mechanism and characteristics between the CASoSSWF and the BIS, and then designs the models of components and the architecture for a monitoring agent, a regulating agent, a killer agent, a pre-warning agent and a communicating agent by making use of the theories and methods of the artificial immune system, the multi-agent system (MAS), the vaccine and the danger theory (DT). Moreover a new immune multi-agent model using vaccine based on DT (IMMUVBDT) for the cooperative air-defense SoS is advanced. The immune response and immune mechanism of the CASoSSWF are analyzed. The model has a capability of memory, evolution, commendable dynamic environment adaptability and self-learning, and embodies adequately the cooperative air-defense mechanism for the CASoSSWF. Although the technology required for these vehicles is relatively advanced, the challenge is firstly to ensure that drivers can understand the capabilities and limitations of such systems and secondly to design a system that can handle the interaction between the driver and the automated intelligent system. In this study, we describe an approach using different strategies for an autonomous system and a driver to drive a vehicle cooperatively. The proposed strategies are referred to as cooperative planning and control and determine when and how the path projected by the autonomous system can be changed safely by the driver to a path that he wishes to follow. The first phase of the project is described, covering the design and implementation of an autonomous test vehicle. Experiments are carried out with a driver to test the cooperative planning and control concepts proposed here.展开更多
Cooperative Intelligent Transport System(C-ITS)plays a vital role in the future road traffic management system.A vital element of C-ITS comprises vehicles,road side units,and traffic command centers,which produce a ma...Cooperative Intelligent Transport System(C-ITS)plays a vital role in the future road traffic management system.A vital element of C-ITS comprises vehicles,road side units,and traffic command centers,which produce a massive quantity of data comprising both mobility and service-related data.For the extraction of meaningful and related details out of the generated data,data science acts as an essential part of the upcoming C-ITS applications.At the same time,prediction of short-term traffic flow is highly essential to manage the traffic accurately.Due to the rapid increase in the amount of traffic data,deep learning(DL)models are widely employed,which uses a non-parametric approach for dealing with traffic flow forecasting.This paper focuses on the design of intelligent deep learning based short-termtraffic flow prediction(IDL-STFLP)model for C-ITS that assists the people in various ways,namely optimization of signal timing by traffic signal controllers,travelers being able to adapt and alter their routes,and so on.The presented IDLSTFLP model operates on two main stages namely vehicle counting and traffic flow prediction.The IDL-STFLP model employs the Fully Convolutional Redundant Counting(FCRC)based vehicle count process.In addition,deep belief network(DBN)model is applied for the prediction of short-term traffic flow.To further improve the performance of the DBN in traffic flow prediction,it will be optimized by Quantum-behaved bat algorithm(QBA)which optimizes the tunable parameters of DBN.Experimental results based on benchmark dataset show that the presented method can count vehicles and predict traffic flowin real-time with amaximumperformance under dissimilar environmental situations.展开更多

However, existing cooperative guidance laws in the midcourse or terminal course a...Salvo attacking a surface target by multiple missiles is an effective tactic to enhance the lethality and penetrate the defense system. However, existing cooperative guidance laws in the midcourse or terminal course are not suitable for long-and medium-range missiles or stand-off attacking. Because the initial conditions of cooperative terminal guidance that are generally generated from the mid-course flight may not lead to a successful cooperative terminal guidance without proper mid-course flight adjustment. Meanwhile, cooperative guidance in the mid-course cannot solely guarantee the accuracy of a simultaneous arrival of multiple missiles. Therefore, a joint mid-course and terminal course cooperative guidance law is developed. By building a distinct leader-follower framework, this paper proposes an efficient coordinated Dubins path planning method to synchronize the arrival time of all engaged missiles in the mid-course flight. The planned flight can generate proper initial conditions for cooperative terminal guidance, and also benefit an earliest simultaneous arrival. In the terminal course, an existing cooperative proportional navigation guidance law guides all the engaged missiles to arrive at a target accurately and simultaneously.The integrated guidance law for an intuitive application is summarized. Simulations demonstrate that the proposed method can generate fast and accurate salvo attack.展开更多

The high redundancy actuator(HRA)concept is a novel approach to fault tolerant actuation that uses a high number of small actuation elements,assembled in series and parallel in order to form a single actuator which ha...The high redundancy actuator(HRA)concept is a novel approach to fault tolerant actuation that uses a high number of small actuation elements,assembled in series and parallel in order to form a single actuator which has intrinsic fault tolerance.Whilst this structure afords resilience under passive control methods alone,active control approaches are likely to provide higher levels of performance.A multiple-model control scheme for an HRA applied through the framework of multi-agent control is presented here.The application of this approach to a 10×10 HRA is discussed and consideration of reconfguration delays and fault detection errors are made.The example shows that multi-agent control can provide tangible performance improvements and increase fault tolerance in comparison to a passive fault tolerant approach.Reconfguration delays are shown to be tolerable,and a strategy for handling false fault detections is detailed.展开更多
