Parts with high-quality freeform surfaces have been widely used in industries,which require strict quality control during the manufacturing process.Among all the industrial inspection methods,contact measurement with coordinate measuring machines or computer numerical control machine tool is a fundamental technique due to its high accuracy,robustness,and universality.In this paper,the existing research in the contact measurement field is systematically reviewed.First,different configurations of the measuring machines are introduced in detail,which may have influence on the corresponding sampling and inspection path generation criteria.Then,the entire inspection pipeline is divided into two stages,namely the pre-inspection and post-inspection stages.The typical methods of each sub-stage are systematically overviewed and classified,including sampling,accessibility analysis,inspection path generation,probe tip radius compensation,surface reconstruction,and uncertainty analysis.Apart from those classical research,the applications of the emerging deep learning technique in some specific tasks of measurement are introduced.Furthermore,some potential and promising trends are provided for future investigation. 展开更多

By measuring the deformed circle grids that are printed on the sheetsurface before forming, the strain distribution of the workpiece is obtained. The measurement andanalysis results can be used to verify numerical simulation results and guide production. To getgood accuracy, some new techniques are employed: camera calibration based on genetic algorithm,feature abstraction based on self-adaptive technology, image matching based on structure feature andcamera modeling pre-constrains, and parameter calculation based on curve and surface optimization.The experimental values show that the approach proposed is rational and practical, which can providebetter measurement accuracy with less time than the conventional method. 展开更多

The results showed thatfor a given P concentration, increasing the pH of suspension could cause a fast transformation of monodentatecomplexes of phosphate ions on goethite surfaces to binuclear ones. When lowering the PH, additional adsorp-tion of P occurred and the binuclear complexes reverted slowly to the monodentate ones. The dissociationand association of protons of the sorbed P caused by PH changes was considered to be a major reason lewtingto the transformation of the coordinate forms of P on the surfaces. The stability of binuclear surface complexof P was greater than that of monodentate complex. The possible reactions on the interface of goethite andsolutions with pH changes, and the reasons causing the different stabilities of the two coordinate P complexesare discussed in the paper. 展开更多

The effects of forming damage are analyzed,which occur during hot stamping process,on the load-carrying capacity and failure mode of hot stamped beams.A damage-coupled pre-forming constitutive model was proposed,in which the damage during hot stamping process was introduced into the service response.The constitutive model was applied into the three-point bending simulation of a hot stamped beam,and then the influences of forming damage on the load-carrying capacity and cracks propagation were investigated.The results show that the forming damage reduces the maximum load capacity of the hot stamped beam by 7.5%.It also causes the crack to occur earlier and promotes crack to propagate along the radial direction of the punch. 展开更多

针对目前巷道自动成形截割控制调试周期长、调试成本大、安全风险大、成形质量难以评价等问题,提出了一种数字孪生驱动的巷道自动成形截割虚拟调试方法。采用基于即时外观建图(RTAP−MAP)技术重建巷道三维环境,构建掘进机控制系统模型,... 针对目前巷道自动成形截割控制调试周期长、调试成本大、安全风险大、成形质量难以评价等问题,提出了一种数字孪生驱动的巷道自动成形截割虚拟调试方法。采用基于即时外观建图(RTAP−MAP)技术重建巷道三维环境,构建掘进机控制系统模型,形成虚拟调试环境,并利用虚拟传感器技术实现物理空间到虚拟环境状态的精准映射。针对难以量化评估断面成形质量的问题,确立了巷道自动成形截割性能评价方法,以断面成形截割控制过程在数据传输中心的记录为基础,主要对断面成形精度、截割效率与油缸开关次数、硬岩切割调整、超挖欠挖4个评价指标进行计算,从而为深度学习算法的迭代优化提供精准反馈信号,并提出了一种融合强化学习的自动截割控制策略,以提高自动化作业的适应性和精确度。为验证该虚拟调试方法的有效性和准确性,搭建了掘进机自动控制实验平台,并将虚拟调试系统应用于掘进巷道成形截割自动控制程序中。虚拟仿真结果表明:①被调试软件在控制关键点位处的X,Y,Z轴定位误差的最大值分别为74.8,72.93,123.67 mm,说明虚拟调试方法的定位精度达到性能要求。②虚拟样机与物理样机轨迹基本一致,说明该调试方法实现了对物理空间的映射。应用结果表明:①强化学习控制器在虚拟掘进测试中适应了复杂环境,将虚拟传感器输入有效转换为精准控制指令,验证了模拟−现实迁移训练的可行性。通过处理掘进精度和避免超欠挖的实时反馈,控制器学习并优化了策略。②优化后的断面成形截割控制性能得到了提升,根据数据库中控制量时间戳的记录,用时126 s,较优化前耗时减少了8 s。③优化后截割部末端轨迹跟踪最大误差为6.0 mm,较优化前降低了0.3 mm,避免了截割轨迹抖动导致的欠挖,同时使得轨迹和断面更加平滑。 展开更多

伊犁河谷是维护新疆土地生态安全的重要生态保障区,其土地利用与土地生态安全相协调对区域可持续发展有重要意义。以2005—2020年土地利用数据为基础,采用综合指数模型、改进的耦合协调度模型和灰色关联度模型等方法对伊犁河谷2005—202... 伊犁河谷是维护新疆土地生态安全的重要生态保障区,其土地利用与土地生态安全相协调对区域可持续发展有重要意义。以2005—2020年土地利用数据为基础,采用综合指数模型、改进的耦合协调度模型和灰色关联度模型等方法对伊犁河谷2005—2020年土地利用隐性形态、土地生态安全时空特征以及两者协调特征进行研究。结果表明:(1)2005—2020年伊犁河谷各县市土地利用隐性形态指数总体上缓慢提升,大体呈现以伊宁市为中心,向四周辐射降低的发展态势。(2)2005—2020年伊犁河谷土地生态安全水平表现为波动增长趋势,并与土地利用隐性形态变化密切相关。(3)2005—2020年伊犁河谷土地利用隐性形态与土地生态安全为高耦合关系,中心城市协调性高于边缘城市。(4)伊犁河谷土地利用隐性形态与土地生态安全协调发展程度主要受土地产出效益、土地开发强度、土地产权变化和生态环境的影响。 展开更多

A new form of geodetic coordinate system based on geodesic coordinates instead of geodetic longitude and latitude was proposed.The vertical and horizontal geodesic coordinates measured with length were defined as coordinate parameters,but the two families of coordinate curves were still meridians and parallel circles.The first fundamental form on the ellipsoidal surface and its three coefficients were deduced by the geodesic coordinate.The formula for the latitudinal scale factor of length for geodetic parallel lines was derived,by which the obtained result conformed to that standard value calculated from geodetic latitude,and it is applicable in the range of 400 km from north to south.Therefore,it lays the foundation for establishing the differential equation and differential relationship based on this type of coordinate parameters;and consequently,it is convenient and accurate enough to operate on the ellipsoidal surface in this new form of geodetic coordinate system. 展开更多
